I'm a member of Caesar's Rewards and frequently visit Harrah's. However I was pretty unsatisfied with my last stay. Once again I had a terrible experience with the front desk and the workers being rude. I paid for a Bayview tower room which is part of their recent renovations. The room itself was overall clean except for the bathroom. There was a ton of hair in the tub, it was obvious from a quick glance so I don't understand how housekeeping didn't clean it prior. Also, we had no hot water in our shower. It took about fifteen minutes of just running the shower for it to get slightly warm, but still not warm enough to shower in. This isn't the first time we have had issues with the water there either. I recommend staying at either Bally's or Caesars if you are a rewards member, customer service and overall experience is much better there.
