We stayed at the Waterfront Tower where there is absolutely no cell phone service. However, since the pool and gyms were closed, we were offered WiFi services as part of the $27 daily resort fee. The Wifi did not work at all and we were then instructed to call IT who said they couldn't do anything about the issue and that our only option was to pay $13 plus tax for each device we had (total over $27). When we called the front desk and told them our issue and asked for a credit for the "premium" WiFi, they responded that it was "not [their] problem." They refused to provide a credit or to refund the resort fees. I think the least they could have done was to give a credit for the WiFi, instead, we got abysmal customer service. Never staying at Harrah's again.
