Allen took the time to completely explain the entire process and what is needed and what is a good idea while they have it apart. He really breaks it down so that anyone can understand it. Bike runs just like he said it would and there were no surprises other than is was done earlier than I was told it would be. Great job and I love the upgrade

I recently experienced a roadside emergency and contacted your service department. After being towed in (by a private company as your service was occupied for a few hours before they could get to me) I was greeted by the woman who took my call in a friendly, reassuring manner. This immediately put me at ease because, being on the last day of a 7 day journey, I was rather upset that my bike experienced a rear tire failure at highway speed. I was looked after by Mark Schwartz who took my bike in right away for repair. I can't express adequately how much this meant to me. I felt that they wanted to see that I made it home that day despite the fact that I came in around mid afternoon. Mark and his team went above and beyond to make sure that not only was my repair situation looked after, but that I was treated like more than just another number on a service sheet. I fully expected to be looking for a hotel for the night but they got me on my way within a couple of hours. The technician who repaired my bike even came out to describe what he found and what had been done to repair it. It should be noted that this was the second time that day that this problem occurred. The previous repair was done by a non-HD shop and the repair was not done well. Lesson learned. I have already been telling my fellow riders about the amazing service I received from Mark and his team at Destination and I will continue to tell anyone who will listen. When I am through that area again I will be sure to stop by.

Allen did a great job educating me on bars and he made the whole process as simple as it could be. He was very patient and did everything he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The service folks did a great job working with me to try out a few different bars and they made sure the bars I selected were the right fit. The job was completed on time as promised.

I made my appointment with Candace and she followed up as promised with an email reminder of it ahead of time. My work was an oil change and the brake fluid recall so I got there early and chose to wait and have some coffee. It also gave me a chance to meet and swap stories with a couple other bikers. After what was a reasonable time Candace took the time to call me on my cell phone and let me know the work was completed. I should also say that Mark arrived for work and saw me sitting outside in the cold. He Asked me if I'd like to come in where it was warm. I accepted and he was most gracious. Later he was the service writer who logged me in and arranged for the details needed. While my bike is pretty clean he also asked me if I had the time he would have my bike washed and dried for me upon completion of the work. I told him it was pretty clean and he politely said they could reach some of the tough to reach parts and would be glad to do so. I thanked him and told him to turn the guys loose. Later after paying the bill I was glad I let him do so as I could tell they had gotten into some of the hidey holes for road dirt and oil etc. Nice job by all Bob Ellsworth

Absolutely no pressure from the moment I walked in. Super friendly, honest, & extrememly helpful with all the questions we had. After a test ride, we noticed a leak. They found it, fixed it and in the process found another issue that would have came up sometime soon. They took care of that no problem, thank you Mark in Service!! Please extend my appreciation to Ray in the parts department. I owe him two debts of gratitude. A few weeks ago he took the time to try different seats on a showroom RK so I could make a very well informed buying decision, which I have installed and LOVE very much. I really needed it. I asked him for handlebar suggestions, and again I purchased the one he thought was going to work for me and I got it installed. My 2016 RK now feels custom made to me. Today, I decided to buy a leather HD jacket I ve been eyeballing for awhile (it was the last one my size). So I called him and asked him to pull it off the rack for me until I could make it in later in the afternoon to buy it. He had it all ready to go behind the parts desk when I entered and it just confirmed that he was willing to go the extra distance to make me feel like a highly valued customer. I really appreciate it!!!! See you when my credit card recovers a little for phase 2 (exhaust and air cleaner).

You know what I have always loved about this place...they don t judge you. Since day one walking in there knowing nothing about Harleys they made my wife and I feel welcome. From bikes, to service, to parts, to clothing. Always feel great coming here. One of my favorite places to visit.

I am new the the riding world but not the automotive world. As a new rider and not as much knowledge on a vehicle purchase as I am used to, I walked into Destination several times before my actual purchase. Desirae greeted me each time and always remembered who I was. She made me feel comfortable and I never felt any pressure to purchase a bike but she would answer all of my questions and offered her own personal experience with me. Once I found my bike she was just as attentive and her and Nikki S helped me through the whole process. I give them great credit on being so patient with me and my slight hesitation in making sure this was the correct choice. They were just excited as I was for my first bike! This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Destination if you're looking to purchase a bike or gear. I will be back here to visit for their many events!!

I showed up on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment. Mark Schwartz, Service Manager, dropped everything and personally came out to check out the problem on my bike. He figured out the solution, sent me to parts, and then came out and fixed it himself! It would have been easy to tell me to come back on an appointment, but Mark went above and beyond. Some of the best customer service Ive ever received! Im a customer for life.

I was a little disappointed. I came in on a rainy saturday. I bought a 2018 fxbb while living in California about 6 months ago. I moved up here for work and found this location closest to me. So I walk in with my gas cap that rattles like hell when I ride. First guy takes me to parts. Parts guy says ya idk anything about any warranty issues, you have to call the warranty lady on Tuesday. Cool so knowing that I'm a harley owner that just moved to the area and will need a good shop, not one person said hey let me swap it out for you and I'll take care of the paper later, you know build a relationship with a customer . Not only that but no one even said well hey we got this great looking upgraded cap here for sale. You know like the dealership that convinced me I needed a harley. Pretty much a go kick rocks. Update 5/26, I received an email from the dealership. I was invited back to give the dealership an opportunity to make it right. I went back and spoke with Matt, the sales manager. He came up introduced himself and made me feel welcomed and gave me a quick tour. They also replaced the gas cap for me. Thank you Destination Harley. I will be back.

Ok, I'll be honest... I've always had mixed feelings with Harley shops. 30+yrs of riding, metric both Jap and Brit, Harleys and Indians. This place is different, it's more like a cool and fun place to hang out, that you can shop and buy cool sh-tuff. Yes, they will happily sell you a bike, but no pressure, they don't make you feel like your being attacked by a used car sales-vulture. I live in S Thurston, and drive there instead of NWHarley in Lacey. I have bought a bike through Destination after over 2 years of checking their floor, am super happy. The sales staff always remember me by name and what I was hunting for. GO SEE NIKKI, SHES AWESOME!

I recently purchased a Harley from Destination and I felt that Brian and the sales staff did a great job. Asked to ride the bike I wanted and they practically threw the keys at me. Since my purchase (3) days ago, I have been in contact with parts several times and have nothing but great things to say about Dylan and their parts department as well. Destination Harley was certainly fair to me throughout the buying process.

She took my phone calls everytime, called me back when she said she would, and answered all the questions i had with an assist from Casey, both ladys were top notch and no b.s. Hey Ed, Destination Harley is a one of kind atmosphere. You have the best sales people who work hard to find the bike you really want. Ray in parts, that guy, I go to him for a bolt and leave with $500 in parts. Guy know his stuff. Service department is loaded with experience and dedication to the customer. The clothing people are all to happy to help and work tirelessly to keep your inventory stocked, neat and orderly. Its a great family of people you have. Another reason I like Destination Harley Davidson is it is not a desperate acting dealer. J*t c*&y Harley has called me countless times before and after I purchased from Destination. Even after I told them I just purchased a bike. 4 times before the purchase of the CVO I get a call about a bike that's a great deal, drive all the way over there, 4 times in row, to find out the bike was "just sold", but take a look over here at these is always the response. What ever it takes to get me there and try to sell me something I can't afford. "We'll defer payments for six months". Push push push. Never will I buy a bike from anywhere other than Destination. Great place, great people, great product!

I stopped in to this dealership to pick up a few shirts , and I believe the prices are higher than other dealerships in the area when it comes to clothing.
Most bikes didn't have prices on them. That alone would make me go elsewhere.

I had called Destination Harley to ask about a bla...

I had called Destination Harley to ask about a black 2015 Road King I had seen on their website. A rep named Desirae (Des) said it was available and also mentioned they had a red 2016 Road King as well. I remember Harley's red from the old days and wasn't too hot on that color. But I told Des that I would be in to see the 2015. When I got to the dealership Des told me the 2015 was at the Silverdale store but could be transferred to the Tacoma store in a few days. As we walked along the lines of used bikes we passed a sweet looking metallic wine red Road King. I turned to Des and asked her if that was the one she mentioned on the phone. She confirmed it was. I was stunned! This was one beautiful bike in that wine red color with laced wheels, white wall tires and less than 100 miles on the odometer. I had to have it. Brent put together a great finance package and Sweet Red is now sitting in my garage. Thanks Destination Harley!

Any of the dealings I ever have with Mark are always the most positive and the best they can be. He has a way of making you feel at ease and confident about what is going on with the bike or any repairs that may have been done, or are about to be done. He takes the extra time to explain or physically show and describe how something is inspected or supposed to look or operate. I will continue to bring my bike to Destination Tacoma for all my service needs

Your service department is awesome. I worked with Andrew and Joe and had a brief conversation in the beginning with Mark, all of whom went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my bike. Andrew invited me to swing by to meet with the tech who also was very professional. Joe was able to get my bike back to me in half the estimated time which made for an awesom ride on Sunday thanks to your team of professionals.

Long overdue review for an outstanding company that makes their customers feel like family. My husband and I appreciate a business for its customer service and destination provides outstanding service in every department. We ve worked with Sales, service, retail, and parts and have never had a bad experience. We ve visited all of the local shops and we have grown to appreciate destination as they re welcoming and remember their customers! Destination builds relationships and doesnt look at you solely as a dollar sign and we appreciate that.

I go to Destination Harley all the time. I needed a v-clip for my rear brake handle lever so I called the parts department to order it. Parts ordered it for me and said to bring the bike in when I pick it up and service dept will drop it in for me. I went over there today to pick up the v-clip and then went over to service and they gave me the complete run around. One service guy said to wait around for 40 minutes while the guys were at lunch and then they could get someone to install the clip. That s understandable so I waited around for 40 minutes. After the guys came back from lunch I was just kind of ignored. I had to walk back inside and ask them what s going on. They said they would see if there is somebody that could go ahead and install that clip in for me. It would take like five minutes but the service guy said it would take an hour. Whatever. So I waited and waited and nothing. i was ignored again for like 30 minutes. I finally had it and just left. Terrible service. Maybe I ll have to start going down to Northwest Harley in Olympia. It s a shame because I have them do a lot of work on my bike.

I just found out my daughter stopped by the dealership. She's 18, and likes Harley's, currently has an old street bike. She has dreams of bikes, been like that a couple years now.

She told me the staff was really nice to her, let her take a big old 1600cc bike for a spin around the block.

I'm so impressed that this dealership "gets it", that young folks like her are future customers. You guys made my kids day, and no doubt will one day buy a bike from you. And clearly she'll never forget how well you guys treated her. Congrats.

I came into Destination Harley-Tacoma in December 2019 to buy a 2020 fat boy 114. Nik my salesman was great, I wanted black, and rather than pressure me to buy a floor model with a different color he found me the color I liked at a nearby dealer. With the help of the manager they executed a trade of one of their motorcycles. He nicely coordinated my purchase with a visit to service to get the tune up and part upgrades I knew I wanted. He introduced me to both the sales manager and the owner of the dealership. He was all help, and no hype!

Two years ago, April 2018, I went to Tacoma Destination HD. New rider with little experience, I was interested in a FatBob. I had questions and wanted to speak to someone knowledgeable. After 40 minutes, walking, looking and sitting on many different models, we were never greeted by anyone. So we left, went down the road and bought two new HD's at another dealer. Now fast forward to today, my wife's Sportster needs it 5K service. I called and made an appointment with Megan in the service department. She had a date and time on Wed. that worked for us. Brought the bike in this Sat. morning to leave over the weekend for the Wed. appt. Megan stated that the bike may be ready by Sunday afternoon, that is three days before the scheduled appt. That really made me smile and was pleasantly surprised by her 5-Star demeanor and attitude. My wife and I decided to go into the store since it has been awhile since any HD store has been open due to the virus. Wow, what a world of difference since that first visit. So many nice sales associates, both in bikes, clothing and accessories there to greet you and offer help. Matter of fact, one thing that is very noticeable is that this store is well stocked with HD clothing and the fun stuff. I am thinking of moving/trading up to a Road Glide Limited and I most definitely will consider Tacoma Destination for my next purchase based on my recent experience. Hats off to the owner, managers and staff of Destination Tacoma HD for their positive turn around with their customer service approach.

I am out of town, and out of state (Utah). I visited Destination Harley Davidson last year, and wanted to buy some extra t-shirts and poker chips as souvenirs a year later. Sarah went out of her way to send me pix of all the shirts and poker chips so I could choose what I wanted, as they don't have and online purchasing option. She's an outstanding example of what customer service is all about, and represents Destination Harley Davidson in a "customer first" fashion. Thanks again Sarah, you're an asset to Destination Harley's team!

I was a former Yamaha motorcycle customer who hadn't ridden in 25+ years. Your salesperson made it all seem so natural to ease back into motorcycling and without ANY PRESSURE. I was so impressed, a bought a 2015 V-Rod Muscle. Great sales and service. The Parts and Accessories Departments also get kudos from me. The are tremendously knowledgeable and invaluable in helping me customize my bike. Its a friendly place where you can browse at clothing, have some GREAT FOOD at Lizzie Lou's and make your Harley into your personal statement. Its actually therapeutic!

I've been a customer of Destination Harley for awhile now. I'll usually pop in to view all the scooters (new and used) to see what's what. I love the Dyna Lowrider and when the S model first came out I loved it. I visited the store the other day and saw that there was still a Lowrider S for sale. I wasn't planning on purchasing it but got to talking to Matt about it and we worked out a fair price. Once agreed upon I worked with Jessica to close it out and with financing (Abigail). Everything went smoothly, any questions I had were addressed. I have always felt comfortable in this HD store. Also the parts & service departments are always helpful & informative. I have no qualms about pointing people to Destination Harley...in Fife/Tacoma.

Mat and Jessica found the bike and got it to me in under a week thousands of dollors cheeper then the other shops that are cl9se to seattle.
I will deffenantly go back. And i recomend this shop for all your needs.

There was an awesome Buffalo Soldiers event going on when we stopped in which means the shop must be doing something right.
However, my fiance needed to borrow a hand pump to adjust his suspension. He asked if there was one available in Service that he could use for a moment as ours was at our destination on the East side. The parts guys was very "not my problem" about it and kept trying to sell us one. We dont need two...for one bike as mine just needs a hand tool and elbow grease.
Then...I went over to the clothing sales area to grab a poker chip and while one girl was taking care of me, another walked right up and started flirting with my fiance. Normally it wouldn't bug me and it was funnier than it was anything else but he and I were talking to the lady ringing me up already and she just strutted up...kind of unprofessional.
