I have always said this is by far the best Harley ...

I have always said this is by far the best Harley dealership I have spent time in and staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I just spent 3 weeks in the LA and San Diego area and visited all the dealerships there and still no staff compares to the service and attention that I receive when I come down to my local dealership here at Destination in Fife, WA.

A Couple weekends ago we ended up with a dead battery while at the Harley shop. Even though the Service side was closed they provided us the tools to install the new battery and even came out and helped out to make sure my bf got it reinstalled properly. THIS is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Nikki sales, and Sarah motor clothes and finance as well as sale manager and chrome advisor. I traded in a 2007 I had just purchased and Destination gave me a great trade-in, worked to get me on8 the new machine asap. They even offer pickup and drop off for repairs if needed. I briefly met Ed Jr., and was told he approved my special deal. Great place, great people, great machines. Live to ride, Ride to live.

Work was done as expected. Clutch adjustment feels good. The ignition was left on overnight and the battery was dead when I came to pick bike up; Mark installed a new battery for me! Great service from all that day.

I appreciate the service I received at Destination. Brought my bike in on appointment. It was checked out in a timely manner and I received a call back in less than 24 hours telling me what the problems were and the way forward to repair. I definitely recommend this dealership's service department.

Came into Destination on a Monday looking to trade in a bike on a used, smaller bike, to lower my payment. Between Kurt and Matt, trying different options, for my benefit, they came up with a new 2016 model which was more than I could have possibly hoped for, and lowering my payment that helped me considerably. Then, with Ed Wallace's approval, they took my bikes in on trade, sight unseen, and we finalized the paperwork, before they had seen my bikes. Being it was a Monday, the service department being closed, Ed Wallace delivered my new bike to my home, and picked up my used ones. Ed spent the time to run thru all the controls with me, before he left. I can't say enough of the effort of Kurt, Matt, and Ed , the ease of the transaction. This was a very pleasing and satisfactory experience, thank you all

I need to take a moment here and acknowledge your Service Dept for the work they did when I had an unexpected clutch problem yesterday just after having left you shop on a shopping trip. My 2008 CVO clutch went "south" while crossing the bridge near your dealership and a phone call resulted in an immediate dispatch of your truck, trailer and a Technician. I was quickly picked up and my bike and I transported back to the Dealership. The technician immediately went to work on my bike as soon as it reached the Dealership and quickly diagnosed the issue. Fortunately your parts dept had the broken part in stock and in a few short hours my problem was corrected and I was on my way. The guys did a terrific job and I wanted to pass along my most sincere thanks and gratitude. Having spent a few years in the industry at a couple of Harley shops north of the border I can see that I always attempted to re-inforce to my service dept staff the importance of treating every customer like they were our only customer, and your staff certainly succeeded in this reagard! Thanks again to the folks who helped me out and got me rolling down the road again!

This winter I decided to upgrade my 2010 streetgli...

This winter I decided to upgrade my 2010 streetglide with a 120st harley crate motor. It was a big and somewhat expensive decision,but I realized it was probably one of the better decisions I've made. Mark Swartz, service manager and Andrew, spent a good amount of time explaining the parts going into the engine swap, I added some of my ideas such as exhausts, air cleaner,tuner, and Mark explained me out of some of my ideas and saved me money. Mark was able to give me 20% off on all harley parts and 15% on all others plus a break on Labor. This was possible he said because of doing the work at their slow time during the off-season. Dan the tech who made all this happen and did the tune produced a perfect square on the dyno 130 hp/133ft lbs tq. Mark told me those were the best numbers they ever had come out of destination. This motor has incredible manners in traffic and awesome power on the open highway. Sorry for the long review but this service department deserves all the credit, and Ed Wallace for finding these extraordinary people.

"Good buying experience was helped out by Desirae and Scott got me the bike i wanted ! Derek made the process smooth and fast. Over at parts Ray helped me out getting the things i needed without a problem. Over all experience was good only drawback was the new 2020 Road King started making a small puddle of oil anywhere i parked it so its at Harley within 60 miles to get serviced. Got it 7/31/20 and I've ridden it once so im waiting to get it back before summer ends. "

"You guys picked up my bike back in January, unfortunately you had her until end of March waiting on Harley Davidson to ship you the part. I was a real jerk with Andrew and to his credit he explained the circumstances and then your service manager Mark explained as well, neither lost their cool. Between the two of them, they went above and beyond to please an unhappy customer. My part finally came in from Harley and they had my bike running and out THAT day. Wow, that was awesome of them, they really came through and I tell everyone if you need work on your bike, call over Destination and ask for Andrew. You guys are awesome and thanks for being so nice with me after I was not very nice with you. You are appreciated and you have a customer for life!"

Great place to meet people and be with fellow riders. Have food and live bands every week in the summer. Owner is cool guy, personally thanked me when I bought my 5th bike there, I said where's my loyalty discount!! Staff is always super nice.

Long time customer but Sadly disappointed in my recent visit to the service department. Scheduled an oil change and arrived a half hour early to drop off my bike. During check in, I told staff that I would be waiting in the store, offered my cell so they could call me when my bike was ready but staff said not necessary, I'll come get you when your bike is ready. After patiently waiting 4 hours, I decided to check the status of my bike and was told it had been ready earlier and they called MY HOME PHONE NUMBER. They didn't bother to come to the showroom to find me then had the audacity to tell me I should have paid for full service of $250 instead of the $188 for just a oil change! Seriously, trying to upsell me after the fact. I'll think hard before spending money in service again.

Happy to report I am riding a 2020 Road King thanks to Destination Harley! I will continue to ride my Dyna for those short trips but am thrilled to have a ride for some long wind time. I just wanted to say thanks to Josh and Nicky for all the support in helping me find the perfect Harley Davidson for me. They were both very supportive in making sure I received everything I wanted. Josh really took his time with me and let me pick motorcycles I liked and didn't try to pressure me to buy something more expensive like most creepy sales people do. He listened and walked around with me and answered all my questions which made me feel super relaxed like I was out shopping for a bike with a friend. I can't remember everyone's name I met that day but literally everyone was super polite and supportive. Thanks again guys!

Very welcoming, warm, fun dealership. Always has service specials, sales, mark downs. Friendly salespeople. Welcoming motorclothes sales people. Knowledgeable parts people. They remember your name. The service wait is half of other dealers. The local HOG group is like no other. Ed the owner will greet you with a big hello anytime you are in his shop. He is constantly asking us ' the customer' what we want to see. They will meet or beat any other dealer's prices and service.

Dez was awesome! I showed up to window shop for 883 and thanks to her I got something way more badass. The whole process was super smooth and pretty enjoyable. I am definitely thankful of her advice, leading to something way more suitable then what I had originally planned. It was nice working with riders, not salesman!

Any of the dealings I ever have with Mark are always the most positive and the best they can be. He has a way of making you feel at ease and confident about what is going on with the bike or any repairs that may have been done, or are about to be done. He takes the extra time to explain or physically show and describe how something is inspected or supposed to look or operate. I will continue to bring my bike to Destination Tacoma for all my service needs.

I purchased a 2001 Heritage Softail from Destination recently. The Sales person was Niki and she was amazing.
Niki was full of positive energy.
She made the purchase fun with zero stress.
She answered all of the questions I asked with her obvious years of knowledge.
I can't say enough about her professional demeanor. Not to mention great smile and sense of humor.
When I purchase another Motorcycle, it will definitely be at Destination.

All is perfect and it runs like a new one after service. My only question is my road pegs were way out of adjustment after the test ride and I can't imagine why you would need the road pegs at all let alone readjusting them. Other than that all is perfect.

Just bought a 2008 Ultra and needed to ask a ton of stupid questions. Mark Schwartz took the time to educate me in spite of all the stupid questions I asked. Showed me an exploded view so I could understand what I was doing and even told me about the pitfalls I might encounter. Then I went to the parts counter and told them i needed everything for a fluid change. The guy there was polite and went and got me what I needed. No judgement and no attitude, just excellent customer service. THIS is why I ride from Tumwater to Destination!!

Staff if knowledgeable, but there is always long lines when waiting to get parts. Average wait time to be helped is around 10-15 minutes it seems like. I've waited as long as 30-45 minutes before. Just plan understaffed imo.

Depends on which Destination you refer to, Silverdale or Fife/Tacoma? Tacoma is hit and miss for politeness and customer service and concern where Silverdale... Well you need to be part of the "in-crowd" to be treated decent and that isn't hit-or-miss either. Perhaps it was how we said "hi, could we please get some help here?" The first time we went there after standing at a counter for thirty minutes while staff chatted around us that did it.

Please extend my appreciation to Ray in the parts department. I owe him two debts of gratitude. A few weeks ago he took the time to try different seats on a showroom RK so I could make a very well informed buying decision, which I have installed and LOVE very much. I really needed it. I asked him for handlebar suggestions, and again I purchased the one he thought was going to work for me and I got it installed. My 2016 Rk now feels custom made to me. Today, I decided to buy a leather HD jacket Ive been eyeballing for awhile (it was the last one my size). So I called him and asked him to pull it off the rack for me until I could make it in later in the afternoon to buy it. He had it all ready to go behind the parts desk when I entered and it just confirmed that he was willing to go the extra distance to make me feel like a highly valued customer. I really appreciate it!!!! See you when my credit card recovers a little for phase 2 (exhaust and air cleaner).
