Rowdy and obnoxious. Clueless staff told us the bike we wanted to see was not in stock when they were literally standing next to one. Now we understand why they make such a ruckus when they luck into a sale. Lots of Harley cos playing customers hanging around just waiting to buy into the Harley lifestyle.
