It's a place that is up to the top with detail attention given. The place is really likable and spaced out. Not like zoning out but I mean by that, feng shui. That's the Chinese term for: Good interior decorator. Just walk in even for fun. You'll see all kinds of bikes and even clothes. Also the pictures are cool to look at. Gives a vibe that is all together. Like it's planned well.

Great experience today building a new 2020 Street Glide Special. Thank you Nikki for all your help!! Quick painless buying experience. I was negotiating with Jet Cit, Eastside and Northwest Harley for this bike and Destination made the deal and gave me the most for my trade.

These folks are incredible. I was traveling on the road and broke a speedometer cable. They helped me locate the parts. I had them overnight delivered to the dealership. The service manager got my Harley fixed the same day and back on the road. Can't say thank you enough to the whole team.

Nikki couldn't have been more stress free and caring during my talks with her. I've bought 4 Harley's before this Muscle and this was, by far, the best experience I've had. I'd recommend her to anyone. The finance manager (her name escapes me) was also great.

By far the best motorcycle buying experience with amazing customer service. The sales team here goes above and beyond to make things work for me. I got everything I wanted. The sales manager Brent was very helpful and making things workout also the salesman cowboy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I usually don t post reviews. But it is a must with this dealership. The sales and service departments are great. They treat you well and do their job.
The parts department on the other hand I cannot say the same thing. My experience with them was and still is terrible. 90% of the time I go in for parts for one of my bikes they are very rude and don t know what I m talking about half the time. Of course owning a 2018 harley makes it hard to find parts. But 90% of the time I am given the wrong parts. I ve made multiple trips back and forth due to that. Also when I ask for a part they tell me there is no such thing or they can t find it. Yet I ve found it myself on their website. I ve done their job every time I go in for parts. Very disappointing.

Great service, friendly as most Harley dealerships are but the guys at Destination really do a great job making everyone feel like family.

I should have written this years ago but Tara and Katie have always done a great job when it comes to customer service. I have to say it started with Tara one day when I said I really wanted to get my bike serviced by you guys but I never got a returned call. She asked me a couple questions and gave me the book 51pickup written by Ed Wallace. Great book and yes I read it and love it. Tara leads by example and has sold my wife and I thousands of dollars in clothing from your store. I brought in my wife's Harley helmet to see if I could get a visor for it. It was a blonde gal and she was extremely helpful. Sorry I don't remember her name. She checked the catalog and showed it to me. The helmet has been upgraded and they no longer have that style. Visor was not available.

Destination is the only place I will purchase my Harley motorcycles, parts, gear, etc. Phil and Julie in sales are amazing. The Parts Staff is very knowledgeable and the gear staff is great!

When had trouble with my throttle sticking the service manager Mark Schwartz took his time and came out and took a look at my Harley. He ended working on the throttle cable and some other issues for 20 minutes or so. He was able to fix the issue at no charge. That was very professional and also a good way to get customers to come back. I won't take my bike to another place. I recommend this place for everyone.

Desiree has been fabulous helping me pick out some new clothing as well as getting items ordered for me. The other staff helps out in getting customers pointed to the right people in making sure the customer has a good experience. I enjoy getting greeted by the motor cloths ladies when I walk in
All the employees at Destination are very respectful and friendly. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of - from Sales, Parts, Service, to Motor Cloths. I love coming in and saying Hi to all the staff and love shopping motor cloths - Desirae is awesome and very helpful - just an awesome place to hang shop and hang out

Nikki and the finance dept got me a great deal and worked with me on financing a 2020 Low Rider S. Andrew and the service team did an excellent job installing my forward controls and exhaust on my bike. The team was also flexible with scheduling the work and holding onto my bike while I was deployed. 10/10 would recommend and Ill be returning here for future work on my motorcycles. Thank you

Bought a 2008 Street Glide from Lisa at Destination this year. The process was zero pressure and she was very patient. Got a great deal, and no regrets. Everyone there is really nice. They get to know you. This is not one of those shops with soaring ceilings, where the owner flaunts his personal collection and the sales people are sharks. Destination treats you like family.

Worked with Allen on getting some new shocks. He's the man!

Just bought a 2008 Ultra and needed to ask a ton of stupid questions. Mark Schwartz took the time to educate me in spite of all the stupid questions I asked. Showed me an exploded view so I could understand what I was doing and even told me about the pitfalls I might encounter. Then I went to the parts counter and told them i needed everything for a fluid change. The guy there was polite and went and got me what I needed. No judgement and no attitude, just excellent customer service. THIS is why I ride from Tumwater to Destination!!

Amazing store, the staff greeted us when we came into this great location. Super huge selection of motorcycles new and used. Parking lot, clean store and restrooms. Inside store they have a cute full area for coffee, snacks and more. Awesome decor and a lot of motor gear. Service department and parts was large with very nice and knowledgeable staff.

Got what I needed. No BS. The people know what they are doing and are easy to talk to. Thank you.

Not so enthused. Ordered a break cable, and had to returned it three different times. Never received the correct one. At the end of which o was told I could only get my no ey back through store credit or a check that may take 3 to four weeks to recieve. Also it's been over a month to get docking hardware.

After reading my review, ed the owner gave me a call. I have to say that he made the situation much better. He directed me to a place where I can get the break line I needed made, and also relieved the issue of getting my return back.

Went in today not sure what I wanted, explained a little bit of riding I wanna do and the sales person Mike, said I got the bike your looking for. Sure enough I'm the proud owner of a new road glide. Great place, friendly people. And had a great send off. Owner was a straight up old school guy, couldn't ask for a better place. Thanks guys.

Took my bike in for recall very fast service and they washed my bike ,very friendly staff

Had a wonderful experience, Matt was super busy but still managed to get me over to Nikki so that she could run some numbers and paperwork. Ended up getting financing that I thought I couldn't and went home with a smile. Will be picking up my new road king this week.

I'm Rating this store 5 ***** in all departments my husband and I have dealt with people in them all and they all are so very helpful even management all very friendly and helpful and polite and on there game very prompt I go to all Harley stores and Destination is my all around favorite they all are smiling always happy and greet you and help you right off the bat great job to the whole store I really appreciate you all you're all very kind and friendly.
And one thing I don't like is halving to hunt a worker down to get the help I need it's not like that st Destination at all.would highly recommend Destination over any other store period.

Service Manager (Mark) was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure our experience with the service department and repair of our bike was great.

They changed my tire so quickly and got my bike on the road. Great people in service and Candace for checking on the warranty.

I have bought bikes here, bought parts and accessories here, and have my service done here. I have also had one of my bike's motor worked-up here. EVERY department has been knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Prices are consistent.

I can't say anything bad about this place first time I went the salesman was really chill and didn't try and get me to buy anything the second time I went I had my wife and son and again the salesman was chill even let my wife sit on a few bikes knowing we were not going to buy and the clothing side was just as awesome the lady encouraged my son to try on the helmets even with him being too young to ride still. Now if I could afford a Harley id definitely get one here

Always good to me. I recall running late to drop off my bike one night any they stay open for me until I got there before they shut down. They always taking care of their customers.

I was not allowed to browse the motorcycles because I did not have an appointment. If your business is open I shouldn t have to make an appointment to view the bikes on the showroom. I m out and won t be back.

Got our first demo ride in thanks to the friendly staff here. I even got my first pair of Harley jeans so I could ride with my boyfriend. Great experience! helped us know what bike to get. Thank you guys/ladies.

On a long trip from Utah. Picked up a screw in my back tire so called Downtown Harley to get it changed. They were 3 weeks out and simply couldn't fit me in. Nice right!?!?! But, they were nice enough to give me the number for Destination Harley. Called these guys and got the same reception! Wow! Amazing service for an out of town HOG owner.

I m not sure why Jessica s name does not auto-populate as a choice but, she is a Poster-child for what salesperson should be. The whole process of acquiring and taking possession of my new bike was extremely pleasant and expeditious this was exactly what I was after and, thanks to Jessica s dedication to good service, I was able to enjoy the process. Thank you, E. Wallace for keeping an keen eye for good people. In 2005, I purchased a new 06 Street Bob from Destination; because of that experience, I came back back. Well, although both times were great, this experience was far superior; thanks again, Jessica!

Employees here are very helpful and have a good understanding of their product and are happy to check their stock if they can't find what you need on the floor. Always a good experience at Destination Harley.
