Andrew is my go to there at Destination Harley. He's always helpful with any of my needs and he knows Harley. I appreciate his honesty and the knowledge he shares when I have questions about products, my bike or upgrades.

New Year, New Bike is the justification. The staff and team at Destination are outstanding. I inquired about a 2020 Low Rider S, response was prompt and I was in the showroom the next day. Thanks to Tony and Brent on the sales floor, they heard me out and wasted no time putting together a winning deal.

Week and a half later I was back for a 2020 Road Glide Special. Two bikes purchased weeks apart I think that s a testimony in it self. Much appreciation to Linda and Sami in the corner offices and Ron for running transport.

I ll do business with an active owner. Both times I was greeted by Ed and gratitude was genuine. Thank you all

"Destination's convenient physical location off the 5 is already a huge plus. Whenever I need something for my bike, it's easy to get there and pick up what I need. The staff at Destination is warm, friendly and helpful. I haver never felt hounded or pressured to make a purchase, and even when I purchased a new motorcycle last year, it was a several months long process of consideration where the sales team was very patient and accommodating. I test rode several bikes till I decided on one, and here is where they shine, letting me take a demo model out, ride it for some time without putting pressure on me to bring it back quickly, or escorting me on a controlled route. There's nothing more off putting than going for a demo ride and having to slowly follow a group and Destination doesn't do this at all. "

This place is pretty cool. The motorcycles are experience and loud, but the Harley community is pretty nice. I was riding my Suzuki and a guy pulled up and invited me to their BBQ. I was stunned how friendly he was. I always thought Harley guys would be mean, and hated foreign bikes. I was wrong.

Allowed me to browse without interference and got the parts I needed quickly on a late Friday afternoon. The price was just a bit (<105) higher that discount sales places on-line....happy me, no waiting!"

I bought my 2012 Road King from Destination H-D in August, 2012. They were great through the whole process, and I got the deal I was looking for. When it came for me to upgrade my pipes, they were very helpful with parts and installation. My only complaint is that it took 2 days to install pipes and do a dyno run: something that could have been done in a single day. Other than the delay, everything was tip-top. I highly recommend these guys.

I have had a bad taste in my mouth towards Destination for many years due to previous dealings with their service and parts departments however, after doing more frequent business with the parts and motorclothes department they are slowly winning me back.

I have always had an exceptional buying experience here. Everyone is helpful and takes the time to answer my questions and help me find things. Regina in parts always knows what I'm looking for and holds them for me when I come in. The clothing sales ladies are fun. Nikki always takes the time to say hi and greet me with her smile.

Both the shop and the parts desk have been very helpful in getting my FLHTCU back up and running, Earl in the shop was able to get my transmission rebuilt in less the 24 hrs. Awesome thanks guys!.

Honestly I love to go in just to hang out looking at the bikes and talking with the staff. The first day they made my friend and I feel practically like family. Nikki,Dez, and Sammi are wonderful infact all the staff are just awesome! Bought my first Harley at this shop, quick and easy. No problems or hassles. I brought my brother here to get his bike and honestly I would keep bringing anyone I know who wants a bike back to this place. Highly recommend. But if you dont want to take my word for it come on in and take a look for yourself.

However dealing with ray in parts and how rude he is to paying customers who s spend tens of thousands of dollars in there store is not my idea of quality , all other staff great and helpful . Don t think I ll be giving this parts store anymore Buisness my money is worth more then attitude every single time I call Ray in parts stay away from him , I to will be taking my business elsewhere, and I m currently looking to purchase a trike for my father -in-law but don t think I ll go here.

On 6-15-2012 I made arrangements to sell my wife's 2006 FXDWG with 7029 miles on the odometer to Destination Harley through the owner. He said that they would pay full trade-in value, which they said is wholesale, for my bike. I trusted him not to deceive me since he was the owner, however, when I returned home I decided to check Kelly Blue Book to verify their valuation. Much to my chagrin Harley cheated my wife and I out of $1000.00 on the trade-in value. KBB has the trade-in value listed at $8,490 with 27850 miles, Harley gave us $7,500 claiming the trade-in value was listed at $7,500 and that they could not go beyond the trade-in value listed in KBB. Needless to say the wife and I feel deceived and we are outraged that Harley, in this case the owner, would resort to such shameless and unethical tactics. As a consumer we assumed the professionals would conduct themselves accordingly, but we were sadly mistaken. They smiled at us during the entire exchange and we trusted them to provide us with an accurate valuation, instead they saw us as sheep and turned on the sheers for the fleecing. I would avoid these unethical S.O.B's at all cost, otherwise, you'll be the one holding the proverbial empty bag.

The owner claims that "Destination Harley is consistently voted #1 in customer satisfaction." I don't know whom they polled for that survey, but I suspect that it's a gross exaggeration and possibly biased as well. The owner probably surveyed his employees to get that testimonial.

First of all, Thank you Destination Harley-Davidson ! We were traveling through the Northwest and my bike was having issues. We stopped at Emerald City HD, they pretty much told me "we can't help you. So we went south to Destination HD, these guys are amazing. Service was closed on Monday afternoon, they not only wrote my bike up. They worked on it, John S in service called me and explained what he'd done. This Dealership is top notch, From Ed all the way down. Thanks again, with all the dealerships in the area, I'd go out of my way to see these guys. They a Rock !!

He is patient, taking the time to understand the customer's needs and wants then takes the appropriate action to make those a reality. "First of all, Nikki is the BEST! A year ago I traded my mistress, a 2011 Heritage Softail that I had been customizing for years, in for a 2017 Ultra... worst mistake of my life. The Ultra was a good bike, it just wasn't me. After a few days I tried to get her back but she had been sold. Nikki remembered! When my mistress was traded in a year later, Nikki called me and asked if I was still interested in getting her back. I was in Georgia, but of course I was. When I got back to Tacoma, WA a week later, Nikki had everything done! I walked into the dealership, traded the Ultra in and took my mistress home. Nikki Smith went above and beyond to reunite us and I can't thank her enough. "

Nice to know that my local Harley shop is probably one of the best ive been too. Everyone has always been more than courteous and helpful. Anyone from clothing to parts to sales even at the deli have been delightful. They remember your name and items you prefer and always go out of there way to be helpful.

Like all dealerships filled with salesmen who apparently are commissioned based but great service and staff once you get past them. I've been to lots of Harley Davidson dealerships and this place is one of best. Great selection and if they don't have it they will gladly assist in ordering it or helping assist in locating where you can find whatever. Great selection of hd merchandise, clothes and maintenance parts. My one complaint would have to be parking, lots of motorcycle parking but almost nome for automobiles.

Of course this time of the year there's a bit of a wait to get in for service, it's drag but expected so plan in advance. Service dept. customer service is the best there is- friendly staff along with clear and well explained service plan. The shop techs always do a fantastic job on the service, bike runs noticeable better after a service and service.
Had my bike in the several times over the last few years and never a single issue.

All of the team members I have dealt with and over the past seven years gotten to know well have been simply amazing. Update: I posted this today, on a Sunday before the store opened. Ed the owner called first thing when they opened, left a voicemail and sent me a text. I called back shortly after and he couldn't have been more helpful. He apologized and offered to fix the problem right now. He was willing to open a stereo kit to use the parts to fix my issue today and he would have ordered the parts to replace in his kit. The phone number he left was his cellphone and said I could call him if I ever had any other issues.
Thank you Ed and because of your action I will do business with Destination again.

New 2018 cvo road glide stereo problem. Trailered it to them twice and rode it down there two other times before they even believed me something was wrong. They find a wire bundle to the left rear amp and speaker that was sagging down to the drive pulley. It had worn through and grounded out
They fix that but didn't diagnose the blown speaker so I trailer it back home to find out it has to go back again. I call the service idiot that I had been dealing with and he tells me I have to drop the bike off again so he can diagnose a blown speaker that he would have to order to replace it. He told me he would work on it when he could because he was backlogged over a month. He proceded to tell me there were other people ahead of me. Hey guy, news flash, this the same proplem youy failed to fix 6 months ago before you scheduled anybody that you say is in front of me. It's a rear bag speaker that I can take out in under a minute.
I went to jet city that day, they listened to the speaker and ordered it under warranty. They will call me when it's in. Done.

Got my 5k service and the bike rides just as new as when I took it home. I've been taking my bike to destination with aftermarket parts in hand and they haven't failed me yet. I'll only let Louis Peebles Work on my bike and he does a good job on making sure what I want is what I get. Thanks Louis.

I Love this shop. I have always been treated great. I won't take my bikes anywhere else for service. Yes I said bikes. I have two and both were bought at Destination. The parts and motor clothes groups are top notch.

a. It's not uncommon for mistakes to happen in a place of work. Especially when you are one of a hundred customers. I have experienced a couple of mishaps, but believe these to be unintentional. I brought my concerns to Ed Wallace, in which he personally addressed these matters, and had them corrected at no cost to me. Nice people who are incompetent doesn t cut it with me. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A DISASTER! When you take your bike in for a 35,000 service and they don t check your brake pads and cylinder something s REALLY WRONG with the service tech. The error was caught 350 miles later by another dealership. I gave them a second chance (my mistake). and they screwed up again. Now I m done with them! Lucky I wasn t killed due to their negligence. Will NEVER recommend this place for service!
