I am out of town, and out of state (Utah). I visited Destination Harley Davidson last year, and wanted to buy some extra t-shirts and poker chips as souvenirs a year later. Sarah went out of her way to send me pix of all the shirts and poker chips so I could choose what I wanted, as they don't have and online purchasing option. She's an outstanding example of what customer service is all about, and represents Destination Harley Davidson in a "customer first" fashion.
