The Folks who represent Sound Harley Davidson are some of the best people I ve had the pleasure to do business with. My Bike came from there, it s been cared for & serviced there. The Service Dept. has continually demonstrated their skill and desire to be known as some of the best technicians to repair-n-care for your bike. I recommend them all the time Big Thanks!

Probably the best buying experience we have ever had. Couldn't be happier with Sound Harley. Got treated like family from start to finish and beyond. Drove up from Roy Wa to buy our new to us bike and it was well worth the drive. Big Dave was our salesman, super nice and he was a no bs kinda guy who did everything he said he would and more. Great staff with great customer service.

Went in for a technical question on my bike, they had no time for me. They Only wanted to help customers that are handing over cash. Very transparent. You would think, with dealers closing all over the place they would consider long term customers. I was considering a trade up in the future. Not now. Remember, it always comes from the top,down. Btw, I am 50 and this is my first review ever.

First time I ever bought a bike from a dealer and I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Cant give enough Kudos to Frank Kai for his opening early due to my work commitments so I could close on my 2015 Fatboy. Kris as well followed up with a text and even after the clutch had a little issue, was resolved in a few hours.
Will be back for the accessories.

I was in the area 6 months ago. I decided to stop in to kill some time. My girlfriend bought a sweatshirt and I spoke with a few people on staff. They were very friendly and I liked the feel of a smaller dealership more personable. Fast forward a couple months later I see a bike advertised online. I call to get some more information on it and the sales guy keeps calling me chief and using 1980's sales tactics telling me he had 2 times available to look at the bike (trying to create urgency) No Harley dealership in the country is too busy to deal with you at anytime of day. This week I see they have another bike I was interested in. So I didnt have to speak with another guy calling me Chief I did their online chat and was very clear all I wanted was the price. Jeff emails me back with more 1980's sales tactics. He is inviting me to take it for a test ride, but still no price. I explain to him I do not want a test ride I want to know what they are asking for the bike and dont appreciate the runaround or games to which he tells me they will not email a price and I need to come in person to get one.

I travel from coast to coast for business. When I land in a new town that had a HD shop it's on my must do list. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Tony bravo is the best sales guy at sound he is more than willing to help anyone out! I definitely recommend going and talking to him if you are looking to buy a bike!

This place is like Heaven, and yes it's all true and you know God has and rides his own Harley. So of course you can wait it the lobby, order an espresso while waiting for the service dept to make sure everything is working up to their HD standards before letting you ride off on your own bike once your yearly inspection has been completed. By the way this is so kool you guys & chicks thanks for the love & respect your service people gives to each and every rider or future riders that walks through your doors receives. It's an amazing feeling and those of you that has ever been inside a Harley Davidson showroom knows what I'm saying... So thanks again from Whitewoman of Spokane, WA keep up the awesome work.

Went to look at the 18's . was a real welcoming event. Ran into a friend and fellow rider which made it even better. I currently ride a 15 chieftain and i like to see both brands advancing each other. Liked the v twin sounds and life pulse my whole life.

Go see Jason or Big Dave if you're in the market for a Harley. My two favorite guys! Justin and Paul, in parts, know their parts and are a great source for information on anything pertaining to motorcycles.

I've been a customer here for a over a decade and have bought 3 bikes here and I can't tell you how many 10s of thousands I've spent from 120 upgrades to full wheels forks etc. I walked in today looking for a specific bike and instantly noticed a huge difference. First of all, I was attacked by three different salespeople without ten steps in the door. Apparently a Cali investor bought it and I can tell you right now, stay far away. This place is a joke and I for one will never spend one penny here again.

I really like Sound Harley. I purchased my first Harley from them and they will get my business for my second one. Everyone is super friendly and even the General Manager remembered my name when I saw him a few weeks after the bike purchase and I had only talked to him for a few minues. Jeff Pope in service is a great mechanic and knows his stuff when it comes to getting performance out of your bike.

If you stop by talk to Ian, he ll treat you right.
Very knowledgeable and help make the process easy.

I just gotta give these guys a 5 star. I had the tire shredder put on my 15 street glide special exactly 1 year ago. It was running fine but seemed to be having some heat issues when the temp was above 80 degrees. They picked the bike up at a different dealership and brought it back to figure out what was going on. They called me today and they are doing a complete rebuild of every part they installed a year ago. That s the kind of customer service that you just don t find very often( try Comcast lol). Very happy and will recommend these guys to anyone. Oh I m not a bot by the way...

It's always a pleasure to shop here. This time we were looking for some hard-to-find parts & Justin was both helpful & knowledgeable. He was able to locate what we needed quickly & expertly.

Sound Harley Davidson is a shining example of how biking stores should be. I was greeted by a retired Navy Chief who welcomed me to their store. Sandy helped me find some excellent shirts and spent a few trips to the back room looking for something in my wife's size.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. If you are in the Northwest, stop by and visit, you will not be disappointed. Their selection of bikes and gear is extensive.

I recently purchased a new 2020 Roadglide Special. I was very happy with the entire sales process. The dealership was very welcoming. The sales person, sales manager, parts manager and service manager were all extremely helpful. I think they recently changed ownership and you can really tell. The service all around was excellent and they truly earned my business.

The employees take full advantage of having an absentee owner. Rude, lies, bad info, on and on. It's closest to my house is the only saving grace.

Horrible customer service. Ryan was very rude and acted like he didn't need our business. Wasted over 2.5 hours of hour time. Will never be back to this dealer.

Always friendly & helpful! Plenty of inventory of bikes, parts, & trinkets to choose from. I have 2 other Harley dealers that are more conveniently located for me, but I go out of my way to go here. Sound was able to fix an issue one of the other dealers couldn't fix after 2 trips to the shop. The other dealer has a pretentious atmosphere & their prices aren't all that great.

I love this dealership they have the best staff for whatever you need the sales staff is I pushy and always willing to work with you to find the right bike, my family has purchased 27 bikes from big dave he's awesome to work with always honest and does whats best for the customer the service department here is outstanding very knowledgeable and experienced the parts guys look for anyway to help you find the look or performance you want to add to your bike from the day you purchase and years after you feel remembered and always taken care of this is my dealership and always will be.

Sound is and has always been the best place the service here is right on....and today is no exception we love this family..so if your looking for your first or even your 5th or 10th Harley you really need to come and check sound out...and today they had a great Santa kid and family day..this is casper..some of you old bikers know me..so I say this merry Christmas to all..

Nice dealership parking is good, building is very nice, reception is very friendly, sales people didn't seem to have the time to talk to me about their $43,000 bike though.

This place is staffed with awesome people that will actually help their customers. I had a mishap with my Electra-Glide and Mike & Teri went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out perfectly. I had help from others there also, for other things. Everyone that I've interacted with in parts, accessories and the shop was fantastic.

Just stopped in this morning to buy a helmet. The clothing and accessories gal was awesome..friendly and so accommodating and helpful. She knew her stuff when it came to how the helmets should fit! Thank you for the great service!

Anthony bravo is by far the best sales/customer relations guy I know. Treats people right, makes killer deals on bikes and to top it off makes you feel welcome to the family at the dealership. I consider Anthony the best in the business!

A beutiful shop nice things to look at but OVER PRICED BY 75% ALL THERE BIKES LOOK LIKE THEAY CAME OUT OF A VENDING MACHINE Harley has just become a name/ if you tell somebody he rides a Harley the picture in there mind is some Rebel biker trash that will never go away because of Hollywood that is too bad whim you roll into a gas station and everybody rolls up their windows and locks there doors I know I have lived it THE PHOTO OF MY RIDE a 1971 800cc intruder buy Suzuki is what bikes used to be with their own special personalities not meeting yourself coming and going going down the road.

Great maintenance shop and parts department. Bought my first Harley here. They put together and installed new wind screen at no charge and fixed clutch at no extra charge. The sales men on the other hand could be a little more approachable. They just stand around in a group starring at new customers.

Sound Harley Davidson is a top notch dealership. Their pre-owned inventory is thoroughly inspected and comes with a 5,000 mile / 1 year warranty. No other dealerships in the area offer the same warranty! It was very pleasant working with Jason and his staff. Thank you for the positive experience!

Got a service done took a little longer than I was told but was clean and staff are all really friendly and take time to talk to you and don't make you feel as if your wasting their time.

Was trying to decide what bike I wanted. I narrowed it down to Triumph and Harley. Stopped by Sound Harley and Ryan helped show me different bikes they had. Not only was Ryan professional, but knowledgeable and patient. I told him I didn't want to buy that day and he did not pressure me at all. That weekend, my wife and I found ourselves back at the Harley dealership and Ryan met up with us. He showed me a bike that fit what I was asking for.
