My overall experience with Destination H-D (since 2008) has been a very positive one. I appreciate their friendliness and helpful nature from the staff. The owner is always willing to take time to answer any questions or to check in on how things are going with your ride. I would give them an overall 10 in customer service. If you want a great experience from motorclothes to bike purchases, this is the dealer you need to come and see.

Theres no other Harley-Davidson dealership in the Pacific Northwest that compares to Destination Harley-Davidson. As soon as you walk in the door, youre greeted with a smile from the ladies at the front counter and every department from Parts to the Sales Team to the Repair department are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have purchased 3 bikes from Nikki, who we think is absolutely the best to work with. Our first bike was a used 2017 Blue Ultra Limited. The second was a graduation gift we bought our daughter Silver 883 custom. We really enjoy all the memories were making with on our rides, especially with her. The latest is a 2020 Tahitian Teal Road Glide Limited. Thanks Nikki, Derrick and Brent for our over the top customer service.

Incredibly grateful to Ed and his team for helping us sell our bike. I met Ed at a charity event (which is another reason for this review giving business to those who support others in need is really important to me and Ed is generous beyond measure!). I mentioned we were thinking about selling our custom Harley and he told me to reach out anytime for help if we decided to. I sent a message a few weeks later and Ed took care of everything from there. We dropped our bike off a week and a half ago to sell on consignment and they already sold it and for full price!!! Their consignment rate was extremely fair and every employee we encountered was amazing! Our next Harley purchase will definitely be from Destination Harley!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!! "You will probably find this an odd way to begin a review considering the 5-star rating. For context we must go back many years. PLEASE READ TO THE END. I began riding motorcycles when I was in high school, back then I had nothing but distain for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Instead riding Hondas and Kawasaki's. At the urging of a friend I first succumbed to the Harley bug and bought a 2002 Fat-Boy, I really loved that bike and the die was cast. After riding the Fat-Boy for three years, I decided I wanted a bike that I could use to travel cross country. Destination Harley Davidson was the closest dealer and the folks there were most accommodating. I test rode both the 2005 Electra-Glide and Road Glide, finally choosing the Road-Glide. A deal was struck, and a Road-Glide was ordered. All went well until the new bike arrived at Tacoma. For reasons I've never understood the deal went badly sideways. Rather than argue the summer away, I bought a 2005 Road-Glide from Bellingham HD and rode it 86,000 miles. My wife decided she wanted to ride and went through several Harleys a 2003 V-Rod, 2006 Street Glide and finally a 2009 CVO Road Glide. Her bikes were purchased at Bellingham and Northwest Harley Davidson. We purposely avoided Destination. There was a period when we both ran off the rails, I bought a Goldwing and my wife a BMW K1600GTL. Now to present day, I had the Harley bug again. I looked at Jet City Harley Davidson and Northwest Harley Davidson all great folks, but they didn't have The Bike. I decided to give Destination another look. I'm glad I did, and I now own a 2020 Road-Glide. Everyone involved in the transaction was great. Starting with Scott and Nik fit specialist and sales, Linda in finance and Des in delivery. I spoke to Ed Wallace briefly and told my story. As the owner of the dealership he assured me whatever happened in the past would never happen again. Now I would not hesitate to recommend Destination Harley Davidson. Well done"

What a fantastic experiance! Im riding the coastal hwy and had fuel pump issues. They had the part. And got my bike in. Not only did they do great work. They found a couple other issues and took care of them on the spot. Mark Schwartz the service manager is top notch! Happy to have people like himself and his excellent staff in an H-D dealership.

They couldn't diagnose my bike & gave me a flawless report when the bike ran like a mentally challenged 3-legged deer wearing roller skates on ice. Thankfully the V-Twin wizard at "Urban Custom Bikes" a mile East from here was competent enough to tackle the problem. The customer service is great if you don't go here. The products are typically overpriced but that's HD. This is all I could think of after a few years of going here. Don't need a dealership to own a Harley. It's really a damn shame.

Andrew insured bike was fixed on a timely manner and service went above and polished and surface of the head surfaces. This insures proper seating of top end gaskets which has gained back lost compression due to blown head gaskets. Truly quality work! Bike has never had the power it does now!

In December of 2017, I brought my 06 FLHTCI for service. Jessica had me test ride a new 2018 Ultra Limited which I fell in love with. I wanted the 115th Anniversary Edition and the entire dealership went to work to locate one for me. Mark and his team did a Stage III engine upgrade and following that they did some other mods including the audio system and chrome. Lee assisted with this effort. The dealership also repaired and returned from hibernation my Dad's 96 XLH 1200. Teresa was instrumental in making everything come together. Truly life altering experience!

I always feel like a valued customer, employees remember my name, and they go out of their way to order the motor clothes that fit me and contact me once received. The parts staff are friendly professionals who are knowledgeable and have always sold or ordered me the correct part the 1st time, they have time and time again given me great options and recommendations. The owner is truly engaged in the dealership as witnessed by being seen chatting with customers, pushing bikes in and around the dealership and generally helping out as needed. Critical to be a hands on owner and Ed has nailed it. I have only purchased one bike here but have spent thousands and thousands on parts/motor clothes. I will purchase other motorcycles from this dealership in the future. I value this dealership and their entire staff. I also greatly appreciate their revolving 20% off and shop-and-pop sales. I caught her with my purchase request just days after the release of the new models for 2020. There were a lot of unknowns and confusing information on the Harley website about color combinations. Nikki did some research and helped unravel the mysteries. To get the colors I wanted required a full swap out of the standard chrome for a black-out look. Time-consuming, complicated and costly, but Nikki worked it all out with the service department. In addition, I want to thank the young man who works the desk between sales and parts. He helped me order a whole list of additional features for the bike--heated seats, quick-release trunk mounts, highway pegs and more, It all came together without a hitch. Finally, props to Gary Davis in service who managed most of the bike prep. Very knowledgeable and helpful. You have a great team!"

Picked up a new 2012 Switchback. The procedure took a rather long time because they had one associate that had to use or loose vacation, so they only had one person working in the finance department. Went back in ten days and had lo-jack installed and noted no problems with their service department. The owner Ed delivered my bike to my home so that I would not have to return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle I drove down there in I felt this was excellent service. In addition most at the dealership have made me feel like a member of their family.

I went to your store on May 31 for a part for my touring kit. The night before, I called the parts and was quoted and told the price of the part. I came in the store first thing in the morning and walked back to the parts counter. My interaction was with ***. (Not gonna write his name) I told him I was there to pick up the part that I called in about the day before. While giving him the description and price I was told that it cost, he started to raise his voice in a disrespectful way and laughing at me trying to insult me. He said in his 4 years working there he s never sold that part that cheap. I said, okay, well I can t afford the 800 dollar part right now but may I look at the bracket that mounts to the bike. I was telling him the bracket I had bought prior to coming to Destination made me remove a chrome cover because mine had 2 holes but the mount Harley sells has 3 which would cause me to have to drill a hole through my cover. I explained this to him while everyone at the parts counter was already looking over and watching how he was insulting me and being very disrespectful. At this time he grabbed the bracket and held it 6 inches away from my face and told me to count the holes while he was covering up the middle hole. He was speaking loudly saying it only had 2. I ask him to move his hand so him and myself could see that there was another hole which would make 3. After he held the part in my face and disrespected me, I had enough. I had to walk away because at that point I was about to do something I didn t want to happen to this man. As I left the store while walking out with the guy who rode with me to the store (who was interested in buying a bike that day) he asked me what that mans problem was. He said he didn't know how I handled that situation so well. Then I took a few more steps towards my vehicle and there was 3 more men outside that they said they had to deal with this man in parts as well. All 3 men said they have had bad experiences with this man and will not do any business with him. Destination may be a great store but they have lost my business in the future. The 3 guys went to another Harley because of this man as well.

Brought my bike in for a minor exhaust repair. Screaming Eagle has a new exhaust out for the 2018 road glides and there was a new gasket that wasn't seated correctly. Mark made sure I was back on the road and I was able to go visit family in eastern WA. Nikki is awesome and made sure the service department looked at my bike first thing upon arrival to the dealership. Great folks. Put 600 miles on the bike with no issues immediately after leaving the dealership.

I went into destination for what started as a pretty simple oil change, I recently inherited my dad's bike. Having never owned a Harley before I figured I might as well go and talk to somebody and get the right product and learn the right know how Little did I know there was what seemed like 20 different drain plugs. I don't get intimidated often but I sure was out of my element. After explaining the different types of fluid and the different ports in which those fluids and went, I felt a lot more confident in what I was trying to do. The whole process was very pleasant with absolutely no pressure. ( not that there should be for an oil change, but you never know ). All in all I had a great experience dealing with destination, and I will be back.

I would like to say that their store is nice. The people working the floor are polite and friendly. The sales people will work with you and answer any questions you have.
But the people at the service department are not exactly bright. I requested the mount hardware for just a backrest on an 883. They brought out the docking hardware for my model and said this is what you will need. I get home to install it and it is the hardware required for the backrest if you have saddle bags. I believe if your only job is to work the service desk you should have an idea of what inventory you hold and what it goes to.
