Truly feel they are paid on commission and unless you are actively looking to buy a bike that day they will literally avoid you. From taking 1-2 steps further away to making sure to avoid eye contact. On busy days whatever but when they are just standing in groups. When spending that kind of money people wanna be made to feel like they are now part of something. HD is a lifestyle.

3 stars because of past experience, not present. I bought a bike from them about a year ago and everything went awesome.(great sales team and service department)
About a month ago I ve got a call from Harley headquarters (or some agent, not sure). They invited me to the test ride of new electric bike. We agreed on the date and scheduled it. Next week I came for a ride, talked to salesman for a moment and went for a ride (bike is awesome by the way). Then we talked again and I said that I m planning to renew my bike to another one in a few mont and will definitely consider the one I just rode.
Then he said wait a moment, I ll introduce you to my manager . I said fine and he walked me to the manager. He asked me some questions including the why not to take it home now . I said again that maybe I ll do it, but few months after now because of financial reasons. His next question literally killed me so why you came for a test drive if you were not planning to buy it today? .
Because YOU invited me for it god dam!
After this rude conversation Eastside Harley Davidson sales department died I m my eyes.
It s honestly very sad, I m a huge fan of H-D and some time ago this dealership felt like second home for me, I just had this special feeling about it. Now I buy everything I need wherever but not here. I m not mad or angry, it s just really very very sad.

Bought my first bike here, a used Iron 883. Chris Elizaga was exceptionally respectful and generous with his time in the sales process. I had previously been to another Harley dealer in Renton, whose sales process was very high-pressure and wanted to upsell me on a new bike. There was none of that here. It was relaxed, casual, and he let me ask a million questions without any feeling like he was trying to push me into buying anything (even the bike I came here to buy). I had such a great experience I feel like I want to go back there for any bike-related purchase...clothes, parts, service, etc...despite the higher cost of HD-branded items.

Talked to James in sales, he gave me low ball my trade so bad, I walked away and got one from Renton Harley gave me alot more for my trade got my new street glide. I purchased from here but won't come back again. So disappointment to Bellevue harley!!!!!

I m going to write a formal letter to the owner of Eastside Harley in Bellevue, WA. Until then, I wanted to write this to let potential buyers know what s up. I ve purchased several new vehicles from dealerships, and the salesman are usually scum bags that don t want to get a real job. They ll listen to how you are not comfortable financially, but have saved to buy whatever it is, then they ll talk you into spending more money, and they ll throw numbers out at you that sound great, but when all is said and done, if you weren t vigilant in keeping an eye on the real numbers, you ll realize you got taken BIGTIME! In my experience, sales people are right up there with yuppies and insurance companies; a complete and total waste of oxygen!
BUT, not at Eastside Harley. These people were sincere and fair, friendly, kind, and honest. I set out to purchase a used bike, which was almost new, and I had a certain budget. After choosing the used bike, the salesman Jon, said he could probably get me a brand new model for the same payment, the warranty had run out on the used bike, and the new ones had better...everything! Not only did he make good on his word, my monthly payment was $2 LESS/Mo.!! They gave me a genuine deal, it took no time at all, and I got much better for what I bargained(I have this thing with never ending a sentence with a preposition...). This was, BY FAR, the best sales experience I have ever encountered. My gratitude goes out to everyone at Eastside Harley!

Thanks,

-Kilroy

Had some parts replaced at Eastside Harley Davidson and when i went to pick it up they had broken my tail light and destroyed my battery.. they replaced the battery for free with the lowest quality battery they could find which lasted a week.. and claimed the tail light was my fault and wouldnt replace it..

New battery.. $180

New tail light $90 and multiple harassments from police while waiting for the new one, ordered elsewhere, to arive.. my harley is my only transportation..

I will never go back there... and if you value your bike i wouldnt suggest you go there either..

After an initial bad experience the won my
business back, good customer service and fast to correct mistakes, here is the summary:

Two days ago I had the 1K-mile service of my new Iron done there thinking that for the $400 price I was going to get a service similar to my Lexus. How wrong I was, the first impression was getting back the bike hearing from them that it had been washed, they poorly cleaned a couple of the most visibles areas like the two fenders, that's about it. The worst part of the experience could had got me killed, the left foot peg base that is screwed into the frame was loosen, I arrived home today after a short ride with an almost dangling peg base. After inspecting it noted that the two bolts were broken, one had come out completely and the other one was on its way. I'm calling them tomorrow to find out how they plan to fix it since I can't take the bike anywhere. How did this happen? Was the bike dropped on the left side and the foot peg base took the main force to the point of cracking these bolts? I'll come back with the resolution...

Just came back from HD Eastside. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. They did a good job of fixing the bike, and an OK job washing it. The service person was very professional and considered of the situation, even offer a discount for the 5K-mile service. It turns out that the technician did not attach the base of the peg correctly after doing the service. Something to pay attention to since it is a major safety issue.

Decided to stop in and check out some bikes today. Met with Jacob Tenace who was more than willing to answer and ask questions about bikes I was interested in. They worked with me on the price, got me financed, gave me the tour, introduced me to some service techs, and everybody that worked there was more than friendly and super cordial. Next thing you know, I m buying a new bike and out the door in less than an hour. Highly recommended. Not pushy, no hurry up and give me your money and leave attitude. Best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had.

I have been a customer here since three years ago, honestly the best Harley Davidson dealer in Washington state. Friendly and respectful staff, cool motorcycles and merchandising, and well organized events.

I bought a 2020 Road Glide Special from Eastside Harley Davidson and had a fantastic experience. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the brand, not in an annoying cheerleader sort of way, but in a truly authentic way. Colin was my salesman who patiently answered all of my questions and allowed me the space to think about things. Big shout-out to Andrew in sales management, Darla in financing, Erik and Steve in Service and Big Brad in Parts. This place might be a little harder to find, but the destination is worth the journey. I look forward to many happy miles on my new Glide and its all to the good people at Eastside H-D. Life is short, buy the damn motorcycle.

First impression was a good one. Staff was very friendly answering questions and were very laid back. Not a pushy sales experience at all. The facility is really nice making it easy to look around.

Amazing customer service and super friendly staff, especially Shaun... What a guy! I Was shopping some accessories for my HD Softail Deluxe and I got everything I needed in seconds. Shaun showed me the new Milwaukee-8 2017 rides and invited me to a trial test ride on any sunny day. If I lived around here, he would have definitely sold me one of those babies!

They are silent about telling you any details of the bike so be careful to ask about all details yourself. In my case they tried to sell me a 2016 bike by keeping silent about the model year and just saying that its a brand new bike. I had to take a refund of my downpayment when I found that out from paperwork.

They ve had my bike after a crash for three months and haven t even started repairing it yet. Lots of finger pointing and blame deflecting. This is the worst experience I could ever have at a dealership. Take your bike and your money elsewhere.

The salesman Jon was really honest and helpful when my wife and i came in to buy an Iron 883. They even threw in a merchandise credit for our helmets and gear. Super awesome place and will work with you on the price of whichever bike you are interested in. Will definitely be back to do business again.

This rating is for the service department only. Sales might be great. The service department is absolutely horrible though. First off they have you sign a letter agreeing to pay a diagnostic fee of $160. This is a money grab pure and simple. I brought my bike in because the driving lights weren t working. They told me they needed to do a diagnostic on it when in actuality any decent tech would have checked the fuse first thing and replaced it. (10 minutes from start to finish max.)The personnel are not attentive do not call back do not provide accurate information and as I was told by Scott I had no right to be upset with them for being ignored after only 30 minutes at a Harley Davidson dealer. Two people in line in front of me left without being acknowledged in any way too. Additionally I was told that my front tire needed to be replaced. It had less than 2,000 miles on it. Scott said it had irregular wear and I must not keep the pressure up. Someone else said the tread was gone. Someone else said it looked like the sidewalls were all cut up and that I must have run over a lot of rocks. I told them to replace the tire since I need a good tire for a 4000 mile trip coming up. I then called the service writer and told him not to replace it. I wanted to examine it first. The tire was replaced anyway. I threw an absolute fit with these people. Scott offered to just comp everything after I told him what I thought abut their service. He told me to get out and never come back. I wasn t looking for anything free. I did want to be treated fairly and courteously. Apparently if you re a Harley dealer this is not in the formula. I payed for the new tire, took my old tire and left. Do NOT do business here! You ve been warned.

Easiest purchasing experience ever. No upsell, very laid back atmosphere. I'll be back when it's time to upgrade to something bigger. Been there several times for parts and accessories, prices are comparable to online.

Outstanding service. The parts department tracked down a part for a product they are not even the dealers for, and called me back with the information. All this knowing, they were not even making a sale. Great guys.

No pressure, hassle-free, hands down the best motorcycle experience we've have ever had and this is the 4th! Thank you Monica for helping us realize our dream 2008 CVO, you rock!! Eastside Harley is the ONLY place to go!! Make the drive you won't be disappointed! We're very proud to be part of their family!

I got a good deal on a used bike. I had a good sales experience. I was able to negotiate price and was not pressured more than normal.
The bike was immaculate when I picked it up and I was given a good demo of how everything worked. I have been back and purchased on the retail side and had a pleasant experience that side as well..
I would recommend giving them a shot.

I called a couple days ago about getting my bike in for an oil change. Said I was out of town on a month-long bike trip and had hit 5000+ miles. The guy was very friendly and asked if I would call back on Tues when their Service dept was open. I said sure. Jump ahead today: just tried to call twice, put on hold for 12 minutes each time, and disconnected after each time. The third time I asked for a phone call back. The person was very impatient like I was inconveniencing them, but took my info, and not even two minutes later, I received a call back from Service and was finally able to talk with them. I told them my story, and he said they were booked until Friday. Not a huge deal; I will find another dealership to help me out, but it would have been really nice if I didn't waste so much time waiting on someone to tell me they couldn't help me. Not the friendliest dealership I've been to, and trust me, I've been to a lot over the last month on my travels.

Awesome. Had a great experience here buying a used Buell. My salesman, Jon Jaffe, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There was zero sales pressure, a great change from other area dealers. They offered a fair amount for my trade-in, and delivered my bike free. Absolutely will be coming again for my next bike.

I'm not to keen on the location (extremely busy street that's difficult to get in and out of), the setup of the showroom (super crowded), or the sales manager(s) (heavy on the pressure). However, Ryan Slater is an excellent and knowledgeable salesman that provided me with a great experience for each of the two bikes I purchased from here. He was willing to work within the parameters that I gave him, even if it wasn't the most profitable approach for the dealer- the sales manager on the other hand was a little pushy. If it wasn't for Ryan's low pressure and down to earth approach I probably would have gone somewhere else. I look forward to working with him in the future! Thanks Ryan!

The service department should wear masks as the will rip you off whenever possible. I had such a bad experance with them that after eleven years dealing with them, I will not set foot in thier store again. Too bad really.

Felt like I was chaperone around the showroom floor was never meant to be left alone and someone was always watching me, even with a sales person present. They didn't even give a chance to find what I liked there. I will never go there again.

A couple days ago I had the unfortunate experience of being in the way of a car that ran thru a stop sign in a parking lot near Eastside Harley. I called 911 then Eastside and Eastside ended up beating the police to the scene. After getting to the dealership I felt as if I had nothing to worry about, the whole crew at Eastside made my accident much easier to deal with. The big bummer is my 2012 Street Glide is a total loss.

I give them absolute ZEROS across the board. They lie to your face, they do not call you or return calls, and they lie about the services that they SUPPOSEDLY have done to your bike. They suck and I would not recommend them in any way to anyone.

Excellent customer service, Adrienne found the exact bike we wanted, arranged the Harley class and came up with financing that also allowed us to get insurance and a warranty right away. Staff is friendly and extra helpful and gave us a tour of the shop while we waited so we knew about all of the extras we might need in the future.

Words cannot completely describe how wonderful my experience with Eastside Harley-Davidson was today. Imagine the dismay of having your bike running poorly, stalling and overheating in Seattle traffic and you are 1000 miles from home. Then having the bike brought to Eastside Harley-Davidson on a tow truck after hours on a Friday night on the eve of their big 25th Anniversary event. Two people stand out for their incredible customer service in the service department - Rich and Sprocket you guys sure know how to make a Canadian girl's day. They got my bike into the shop right away and checked it all over, and provided me with the reassurance that the bike was fine. It just went into "limp mode" because of the overheating. They delivered it back to me minus the 1000 miles of road grime I had on it, and then made sure my husbands bike was washed as well. You guys rock!

This dealership is really hit or miss. Some of the people I interacted with while purchasing my new HD motorcycle were good; however, many acted like it was my privilege to ask them a question. Once I purchased the bike, I needed some things done before taking it. I never received one follow-up call about when it would be ready. I had to do everything. The bottom line is it totally depends on who you get when you go there. Not a good customer service organization throughout.

The new location is absolutely awesome. More space and more bikes. I was immediately greeted by a Harley representative and was helped within seconds. Before coming to Eastside, I had taken the Harley Davidson Riders Course the weekend before and I also did some research on the bike that I wanted...for over a year. I was a little hesitant at first to jump on such a purchase, but since Harley announced that they stopped making V-Rod's, it was all or nothing (I really did want to sleep on it). Jonnie (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very informative and helped me ease into purchasing my very first Motorcycle. 2015 Harley Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special. Eastside is full of warm and friendly staff members and I will be returning for accessories and such. Ride on!

Very disappointed in Eastside Harley...Very poor business ethics, sold our bike (which they were doing the financing for) out from under us! The finance person was unaware as were we that they sold our bike! Talked to the sales man and he was not honest about what was happening with us...We do not recommend this dealer,, as they are only in it for them selfs certainly not the customer! Very sad

This place has gone downhill quick after the previous sales manager Ryan left. The sales staff is terrible, and the maintenance department has gone downhill since Jon left.

They do not care about customer loyalty and the outstanding service that this dealership used to provide is no longer there. There is a reason that all the employees that used to make this dealership awesome have left.

After bringing hundreds of thousands of dollars of bike sales to them just within the past 2 years, I will not be stepping foot in this place again and I recommend nobody else does either. Plenty of other dealerships to visit in Washington that are more than happy to take time out of their day to make something work.

Location beats out the old HD bellevue. Friendly staff! If you want to test ride one, they have a big parking lot if you are a little skiddish. Big apparel section too. Service center on site, can't comment on what kind of job they do, I maintain I do not own a harley. (But I'd buy one here)

For 25 years, Eastside HD has been the dealership to get to in Seattle. Great bikes and all the gear you need to ride comfortably in the Pacific Northwest. Service techs know their stuff and the motor clothes staff has all the right answers. It is truly a must to stop by if you are anywhere in the vicinity!

I've had an amazing experience with this shop, between the amazing sales staff, the knowledgeable parts and service group, and even the welcoming motorclothes department. I've yet to have an unpleasant encounter here. They've taken care of me from the moment I walked in the door, as well as after I'd ridden off into the sunset. I will definitely buy my next bike(s) here and would highly recommend them to a friend considering a Harley.

I call service and parts and no one is answering the phone? Left message no call back and called 5 more times and sat on hold for 30 minutes and still no answer so I call the number again and the sales department answered like always and I tell them I can t get through to parts and they say oh sorry they are supposed to be there but they must be out back or something? I say well should I go to another dealership and was told yes you will probably have better luck? Doesn t make any sense.
