Amazing service! Just bought my first bike from here, found the ad originally on kijiji. Emailed back and forth with Ward H. I have had all my questions answered in detail and properly. I would recommend GP to anyone thinking of buying a bike. I went to see the bike, they had it ready outside, we were able to turn it on, look at it, listen to the engine, sit on the bike, etc.
Ward was most helpful, he made me very comfortable, considering i was buying my first bike ever. Then they delivered the bike to my home (i live about 150km's from the store), in a timely manner. They worked around my schedule for delivery, the bike was clean, fully serviced, full tank of gas.

5 Stars does not begin to describe the great level of service i have received.

Highly recommended, must check out their store in person, it was worth the 2hr road trip.

LOVE this place -
I'd been searching for months for Duc,
a RED M 696 in particular.
Than I found it at GP Bikes.
I walked in the Dealership and
came out with a Ducati Monster 696.
Nothing beats the smell of gasoline and burning rubber! Hooyah!

Great selection of products both bikes and accessories, ended up buying a new jacket. Only disappointing part some of the jackets I was looking into they didn't have to many sizes available(aka none in my size). But I still had a great experience overall, with a special thanks to the staff. Keep up the good work.

Thank you again.

Store was sweet. Free Keurig hot beverages available. First motorcycle dealer, or dealership in general, where I would go just to hangout and have a coffee. Atmosphere was that nice, sales people were not pushy. The selection of gear and accessories is massive, unmatched elsewhere. Bikes are shoved into every corner of the store to check out. Couldnt ask for a better customer experience. Kudos to the GP bike management team

Poor product and service. Have been spending quite a bit in this store for the past few years although it is not in a close proximity to my house. The main reasons for shopping at GP Bikes were both quality of products and service.
About two months ago purchased a pair of Falco Ranger boots and after wearing them twice, one of the boots faded. Called them, explained the situation, was told to come to store so that could file a warranty. When came to store, the president of the company was there and got involved. He said they would not file a warranty as he thought it was normal for one shoe to fade as it's a leather because of the heat coming from the engine and clutch operation. After I explained him that I was riding automatic goldwing with the same heat dispersing from both sides, he realized he was out of excuses and told me that every leather would fade like this without giving a good explanation why it happened to a single shoe. So, he basically told me that he couldn't help me even though the shoes are still under warranty. Well, GP Bikes this is pretty disappointing, the quality of the product and the service I received are nothing else, but a frustration. You lost a good client for no reason.

Bought a Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC from GP Bikes. Jonathan was the sales rep and Mark was from F&I. I had a trade-in and the entire transaction (trade in appraisal and financing) was done in one visit. Picked up the new bike and dropped off the trade-in a few days after. Very happy with the new bike and the overall dealership experience. As a bonus, got some free Triumph merch to go with the bike!

Hands down the best shopping experience we've ever had. Bob at the parts department went above and beyond to help us with returning a helmet and getting a better one. Did not know that first responders receive a discount, so Bob actually back logged almost 2000$ worth of purchases, providing us with an amazing credit that allowed us to not only get a more expensive helmet, but we actually left the store with MORE money then we came in with. 110% will recommend this store to absolutely everyone!! Thank you for the AMAZING service!

Good variety and great service. I find the service here is amazing compared to royal distribution... this place is a one stop shop. Sales, services, parts, accessories, gear and financing all under one roof. They also price match so no need to go anywhere else.

GP is a great place to shop. I ve purchased one motorcycle from Ginni Todd and it was the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. I ve purchased a lot of gear from them over the years as well and always felt like I got good value for my money. I can, and have, spent hours walking around the store. I m like a kid in a candy shop. I love this store.

GPBikes has amazing customer service! Always helpful. I pass by 2 Ducati dealerships on my way to GPBikes because GPBikes offers an awesome selection of bikes, great customer service and an amazing selection of bike gear. Whenever buying a bike, I highly recommend visiting GPBikes and talking to Ben, he will make sure you get the best possible deal and will make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

I'm a Harley man myself, but for helmets and basic gear, this place is great. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly; their prices are great; and every so often, I sneak a seat on a Ducati (sshhh).

I brought in some engine oil to exchange without a receipt, but probably made a mistake as to where I bought it. I was sure it was from GP bikes at first, but at the parts counter they said that normally they have their stickers on the items which mine did not. I must have made a mistake, but the parts manager (don't know his name), saw that I was a previous customer at GP bikes, and bought just a handful of items from them. Because of that, he allowed me to exchange my Motul 5100 engine oil to the 7100, which was what I wanted. I can say for a fact that i will DEFINITELY be back at GP bikes, their customer service is amazing!

I've never gone to a store because they had good customer service, but GP bikes has definitely influenced me with their good customer service! I'd 100% choose them over that other store down the street if they both had what I was looking for.

Things I'd like to see improvements are: basically just the website. I've noticed already great improvements, but filters and categories need to be easier to find, and sort.

Thanks!

Hello all.... I just wanted to write this review to let all who are doing business with GP know that they are an absolute pleasure to deal with! My main contact was Jerry when I traded my rune for a Kawasaki Voyager... this deal couldn't have gone smoother... he didn't try to low ball me when figuring out the trade and value and he worked with me on the price of the new bike.. which was very fair with me. . When the deal was made the transaction happened and was finalized within that day! Zero hesitation.. he even delivered the bike to me and picked up my rune. Kudos to Jerry and his staff... they are top notch to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anybody!

You have sincerely earned my business in the future and I hope I have the pleasure to deal with GP again !

Take care gents and ladies at Gp....

Been going here since they had the first little store in Ajax on Harwood ave before they expanded and before the big move. Loved the store back then, still like it now.The girls at checkout are always super friendly, but the odd time I've experienced the parts department being a little condescending.

Hello to all bike lovers!! This is the place for you! Especially if you are a new rider or you have a plethora of questions. The experience at this location is absolutely unmatched in all aspects of motorcycling. Not only are the staff educated and welcoming, you can get wrapped up in a conversation with the other consumers while looking at bikes. The sales staff are absolutely exceptional. They listen to your needs and help guide you in the direction you want to go. Lower price? No problem! Need gear? The latest in technology cover the walls. The used bike selection is massive and they all look like they are brand new! Come in and tell your story and let them know what your really looking for. A little on my experience, the salesman that helped me was absolutely wholesome and wonderful. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Not only did we dial in exactly what I wanted and how I could get it,for the price I could afford but I had the pleasure of being invited into their mechanical shop, getting recommendations to customize my bike for an unbelievable low cost! Completely change all your fenders for $600?!? Incredible. You could change your bike every year if you wanted. The salesman and I talked for hours about everything. I have been in sales and customer service for over twenty years and believe me I can smell bs from a mike away. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON GP BIKES ARE COMPLETELY FALSIFIED!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HATERS OR YOU WILL MISS OUT ON THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. We are all riders and the if the passion wasn t there we would not wave to each other each time we pass. Don t just call or look at the website go get the same experience I did. See you on the road, I ll be the one waving.

I have been dealing with gp since they where a storefront in Ajax; I loved them back then but experienced a lot of problems with some of the parts people s actual understanding of the new brands they brought on board. That was then and now a couple of years later they seemed to have been able to attract some genuine enthusiasts to work there; huge improvement, this is great it sure makes my parts shopping experience a lot easier and a lot more pleasurable. I also bought my newest bike from them and so far I am extremely happy, thank you very much gp

GP Bikes is the best place to go for KTM parts in the GTA, although ever since Jason left from KTM parts it's gotten really really slow. I'll sit on hold for 6 plus minutes on a non busy day and i'll just give up and call later. The Service in their KTM department has certainly gone down and it's a shame considering i rely on them most in the store.

Pretty dumb staff - purchased a visor for my Arai Corsair RX-7, and mentioned STRONGLY that this is a slightly different from newer Corsairs.. Salesman assured me this was absolutely the correct fitment. Get home, and it didn't fit.

If they can screw up a helmet/visor match I shudder to imagine what other advice customers are getting.

Avoid.

Purchased two helmets and Blue tooth units at the Bike show January 10th 2016. The area they had set up was great, the sales staff helpful, price was fair. Everything had to be ordered and while the Bluetooth units arrived with no problems, the helmets arrived 4 days later and both had shipping damage. One call to GP and I received a return shipping label that night. Packed the helmets up and sent them off and the replacements arrived 3 days later.

Great service and staff. Very happy.

I have rode well over a Million Miles and have dealt with Motorcycle Dealers from Toronto to Timbucktoo,I have been Dealing with GP Bikes many years, since they were a Small business in Ajax.I have purchased many Motorcycles from them and presently own 3 that were purchased from GP.They have grown to a large business and of course business and profit are what keeps a Company in Business.I have seen many companies fail over the years. That being said,I have found GP does an excellent job of keeping their Staff informed and up to Dates on Products.
Their prices are extremely competitive and in most cases cheaper then anywhere else. The Service Dept are very friendly have excellent service Techs, who will go out of their way to fit you in for service ASAP.
I will also say if your going to purchase a Motorcycle,no matter the Dealer, do some research, read up on the positives and negatives gain some knowledge before your purchase.
As for GP.I would recommend them for all your Motorcycle needs.

What a waste of a day! I had a mechanic lined up, now I have to wait another week to get it done. Good thing Royal distributing is just down the road! Thanks JP

My first visit to GP bikes was extremely pleasant. Rachel helped me in getting the perfect helmet and boots. As a first time rider I had a lot of questions. Rachel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I will visit GP bikes again to get additional gear. Cannot think of going anywhere else. The 1 hour drive from Mississauga was definitely worth it. 5 for GP bikes.

Employees don't have much time for you. Went to get a pair of MC shoes and when we got there was told there not in stock even though the website says they are. Wasn't offered any similar options. Was dismissed and the employee walked away from us.

Went next door to Royal and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, were very helpful and pointed us to another shop to keep looking. Customer service doesn't end when they don't have what you want.

Won't be returning to GP. Ever.

My local dealer stopped carrying Triumph which left me in a bind for OEM parts. I came across GP Bikes online and gave them a call to place a parts order and wow unreal customer service. The staff was awesome to deal with and the ordering process was effortless. The parts were shipped the same day and arrived within a couple days. I will definitely be ordering all my Triumph parts from GP Bikes from now on.

Been shopping here for a few years.
I purchase an item online and then get an email a week later that the item I purchased is not in stock.
This happened again with me recently I think I got a good deal and then same thing happened. And they are not able to order new stock in. This seems to be a reoccurring issue here that needs to be addressed.
I addressed this with gp bikes and they didn t have anything to say but here s your refund. No remorse or anything with them.

Very nice dealership with a great selection of new and used bikes. There is certainly a focus towards Ducati, Triumph, and KTM but they always have a crazy supply of nice bikes. Accessories are plentiful and we'll organized.
I just completed a purchase of a bike thru GPBikes. They made it fun and easy to get it done. They are meticulous when it comes to making sure you get a motorcycle in perfect condition. The owner personally followed up to make sure I was in the loop regarding delivery. The driver showed up exactly when they said and was a pleasure to deal with. If you need a bike, go talk to Carl. Cool guy who makes it a low stress process. Thank you CJ and Jerry. You guys were also a huge help. See you all soon.

Always satisfied with the service. I'm not one to do reviews but this time I feel like I have to. Went there yesterday for same day service to get my bulbs replaced since a closer shop in my area, Maranello Motorsports, took over 3 weeks to get my order of headlight bulb for my bike to come in.
Called GPBikes the day before to book the morning walk-in and no problem, they have it. They even went on a further step to inform me about my rear tire which was put on backwards by Maranello Motor Sports. Which really upset me since I ride in the rain and having my tire backwards affects the traction.
When I found Maranello Motor Sport, I was excited that it was closer and $25 cheaper. But I was mistaken, I thought it was more convenient, but it's not. I would rather take the 30 minute travel and pay extra for the service fee. It definitely is worth it.
Gone to GPBikes before, left because of conveniece, big mistake, now I'm back to GPBikes. Sorry for cheating on you guys. Hahahaha.
Thanks GPBikes. You guys are Boss! Definitely worth the travel from Toronto.
