Great selection of bikes, clothing and accessories. Probably the best in the GTA.

Feel like a kid at a candy store whenever I visit. This place has everything for your two wheeler needs!

Amazing motorcycle store. I have been dealing with them for many years but finally came around to writing a review. I can't forget about Bob in parts as he always helps me out with all the extras. Now if only mother nature can cooperate so I can start riding.

Prices for bikes well over MSRP before tax, staff unhelpful and unfriendly, wanted to purchase a bike and will no longer be doing so from them. Came here because of all of the positive reviews, I wish my experience had been the same

Can't beat the selection and prices in the GTA. Friendly staff willing to help you find the right piece of gear. And even if something is not in stock it's easy enough to order it on their website and it'll arrive on your doorstep in a few days.

Picked up 2017 Kawasaki Versys 300 over the weekend. Was very happy. Initially i put a deposit down on Honda CTX700N. But when i came back for 2nd look as saw Versys was for sale my sales rep Ben was very nice and had no issues transferring that deposit to Kawasaki. He even arranged for a free Delivery. Over all very happy. Reyhan arranged all the financing & both these guys keept me in the loop and made sure i was happy from day i walked in to Day it was delivered to me. Guy delivering the bike was also very kind and professional. Answered alot of my stupid question and showed me everything i needed to know about the bike.

Got shoes, great parts for my bike, and even ordered spare keys from the manufacturer. There is nothing this store does not have and can't get.

Coming from Northern Ontario it's amazing to see a shop with the incredible variety they have at GP Bikes! The staff are very informative. I would consider going back for a purchase!

I would like to give a big tumbs up to these guys because they managed to ship within a week my product I deperately needed because of a long holiday weekend coming, they did not stock this product so they ordered and they received the wrong product and they managed to get the right product to me within the same week I ordered it! Thank's so much you guys.

I understand you guys are busy and trying to keep up with orders. But as a paying customer and also I work for a company where our customers is depending on their products to be delivered as well, I know the situation! Having to wait for parts to arrive, I understand that. But when its sitting on the shelves and 4 days has past and its not even put in a box and labeled to be shipped out.. is inexcusable!! Next time I'll shop by Fortnine! At least when stuff arrives they ship it asap and not wait for customer to call them to ship it out!

Went to shop here for some gear. I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. The design of the store makes it a great place to shop too - or just browse - it is really nice.

You can always gauge a business when things go wrong, and when my 100$ tank protector was defective they took care of it right away.

Great staff, the occasional epic sale make for a seriously good place to buy gear or a bike

First time at the store...everyone of the staff were very helpful from the people that greeted us, the guys that helped with our helmet selection and sizing and the ladies at the checkout. We are new to riding but most certainly recommend this place and will go back again.

Gp bikes advertise to me on their own website that they have an helmet for 20.99 cent it, I order it and they later emailed to inform me that the helmet could be sold to me for an discounted price of 200 dollar instead, it says clearly on their website they would price match, I was informed rudely by Alex from gp bikes over the phone that I was already informed from my understanding gp bike will not honour the price they post on their website, and I was told to me the item is not available when I clearly have an screen shot of the helmets and my receipt, so needless to say it was an unpleasant experience and I hope to never purchase from gp bikes for the headaches.

Bunch of clowns work at GP Bikes, they lie and try to rip you off when ever they can.

Always have what I need in stock or can order it in no problem. Knowledgeable staff and always friendly. Some of the best customer service.

One stop shop. Be prepared to be overwhelmed with the inventory.

Nice place but lowest bike range is $5000 + . Limited variety for under 600cc. Mostly Triumphs, Ducati's . Got lots of bike gear though. Ben was really helpful.

Bought my first bike, a Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster, from GP Bikes. The experience was excellent. No pressure and lots of patience to answer questions. While other dealers were resisting to provide extended warranty and financing details until after purchase along with pressure tactics to buy (i.e., Harley Davidson), GP provided full disclosure on all matters. Jonathan and CJ were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great staff and a huge selection. Purchased some items from them at the bike show, had a small issue and was given an quick and easy exchange.
The staff are very knowledgeable and were able to assist my wife with her first set of gear.
The selection is huge, one of the largest I've seen in the GTA area, well worth a visit. If they don't have it they will order, and in my case; when I did order, they called me with an alternative part that would arrive sooner in order to get me on the road quicker. Very happy.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Bought a used bike here. Jeremy was the salesman. No complaints. He was fair and honest. The store has a huge selection of bike accessories and decent prices. The whole place has a much nicer atmosphere than any other bike shop and I know why!!

Great place to buy a bike but the gear can be a bit pricy

The prices here can be a little bit higher than some other places but the selection cannot be beat. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a sales person at a desk who immediately offered his help with anything that we needed. I wasn't expecting this kind of service and was blown away when he offered to wheel a bike out for me just because I expressed interest in hearing it. Wow! That's service. Later we checked out some gear and the initial salesperson who helped us offered to call someone to give us a hand with the gear and answer questions. The selection was immense and there were tons of styles of helmets to choose from. Although they were not organized by size there were nice displays and wall stacks that were clearly designed to show off each particular brand. Something I didn't see at Royal Distributing. I'd honestly rather pay higher prices and get a better selection and amazing service than save a few bucks and do everything myself (not to mention get something just didn't want but had to settle on) I was looking at the triumph speed master, whoever was helping me did a great job and he should know it. Thank you!!

Very convenient location off the 401. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. They are well stocked and carry a range of products. Prices are very competitive and regular sales/promotions.

Great place for motorcycles, accessories and apparel. I bought a pair of boots and some rain gear.

Good parts and selection. However you pay the Ducati tax.

I would never buy anything from them ever again. During this pandemic they were so disorganized and could have done things, differently to help customers coming into the store.

Top notch gear and great sales. Staff are really what make this place. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

I'm not sure when they reopened during COVID, but they are doing a great job keeping the place safe for shopping. At times, certain areas were a little crowded for my comfort, but I would create my own space in this massive store. It was great to see staff cleaning around and wiping things down.

Large selection of everything motorcycle. Got me a new helmet and had my other shipped home for free.

Very nice Motorcycle store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and never pushy. Prices are fair. Coupons and sales make nicer prices.

Be sure to check GP Bikes when looking for most anything Motorcycle related.

Between wife and myself we have bought 3 bikes here from Caral (love the hair man) and many many accessories like helmets and such. Never had a issue with them at all. Just wish they where not 1 1/2 hr drive. But worth it, usually reasonable to great price range and lots of brands many don't have.

Called GP BIKES during COVID-19 in search of a helmet which was unavailable in local stores in Ontario. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jason and he arranged the item for a special order. I ordered 2 different sizes, 3 different shades and got my order within 3 business days. The service provided was impeccable. I kept the size and shade I wanted for the helmet and returned the rest. They were courteous enough to give me free delivery for the return and gave my refund in a day of them receiving the item.

Two days after receiving the helmet, I Removed the cheek pad of the helmet where one of the tabs broke off. Called Jason and he arranged a warranty replacement instantly and shipped the replacement pad. Again, the return shipping fee was exempted for the damaged cheek pad.

This is the first time I ordered anything from GP Bikes and they delivered the service. Jason is a Rockstar and will definitely buy more stuff from GP Bikes.

I went there to buy motorcycle gear today , i think it was the best customer service i have ever got. They were so patient yet quick and efficient. They have a huge selection. love this place and will be coming back.

Tried to buy a bike from these guys, Didn t hear a word back for a month and a half. Bought a new bike somewhere else and now they decide to bug me. They do not care about people period.

Human Resources Manager very unprofessional so as result won t buy product or bike there again. Doesn t return calls. Needs training or should change profession

This is without a doubt the largest motorcycle gear shop I've ever been in. Dozens of brands ranging from cheap to pricey, an entire section for women's gear, adventure wear, floor-to-ceiling helmets, a nice section of accessories, and a lounge for when your bike's being serviced.

I stopped in here to get a wheel wobble checked out. Unfortunately my tire had a flat spot and they couldn't do anything about it -- so they charged me $0. Honest and friendly folks. Check this out if you're in the GTA.

Was looking to buy a bike got ZERO attention even after the receptionist called for a sales person 3 times only 20 people allowed in the store how busy can you be, ill shop elsewere thanks

I ordered a pair of shoes from GP Bikes for $69.99.
After 3 days I received this e-mail:

" The shoe you ordered has been discontinued and we're sold out. Our distributor has a couple pairs left in stock so if you still want them we can order a pair for you for $99.99. This is still a very good deal since the MSRP is $209.95.

Please let me know if you are interested in this offer."

After I got this e-mail the product was still available for $69.99 on their website.

One stop shop. Just wished they opened on sundays and came closer to burlington and hamilton. They would dominate the area.

Great selection of gear so you can try everything on and find exactly what you want. Great parts selection too with lots of staff available to help. New and used bikes available - always enjoy riding up and seeing all the toys outside tempting me to trade up! Pick up the catalog at the front desk and use one of the coupons inside throughout the year. Repeat customer since I started riding - worth the the drive to Whitby.

Excellent deals to be had on bikes, helmets, and Bluetooth units!! Check their catalogue for discounts!!

All employees seam to kool or busy to help upstairs was better response

Great selection, but awful customer service. Im 16 and i bought first bike there and i dont know if it was because they thought i was spoiled brat who wanted a bike to look cool, but they treated me very poorly and did not take me seriously.

bad customer service, no one bothered to help me the employees were too busy talking to each other. the place looks like a mess. i wont be coming back

Ordered some stuff online which unfortunately Canada Post managed to mess up the shipping. Ashton followed up with Canada Post and when it was clear they didn't know where it was she arranged to re-send my order via Purolator and I received it the next day. Phenomenal customer serivce

Went for a new driving suit, particularly pants. Sales lady spent a lot of time being very helpful and patient. Got the pants but unfortunately could not find the corresponding jacket. Will get it in the spring.

Went in here to purchase a motorcycle. They wanted 6000$ for a used bike with almost 9k mileage, so left the store and bought the same bike elsewhere with mileage of less than 500 km at 4500$.
I went back to the store this time trying to buy jackets, jeans and accessories, I found some of the staff to be extremely personable and helpful and some that won't even make eye contact with customers.
Third time went to the store this time inquired about a service at their service department and found them to be overpriced and okay at best. Overall experience was OK.

Website is slow but they are Canadian and their prices are great, excellent!
