Caryn Platt is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly patient and helpful, and always responded promptly to all our questions! Very much so a people person.

This has been the most enjoyable and wonderful experience. Both Karen Red and Carole have been the most amazing realtors in Naples. They even provided the check-off list of things to do complete with phone numbers and other recommendations for pressure washers and even pool cleaners. They are both a blessing to whomever they re working with as well as others that may potentially help their possible endeavors in the future. I m grateful they re here to help newbies and help us out! I won t forget all they did for our family!

I have to admit that my wife and I are not necessarily easy people to please but I feel compelled to write this review as a result of our experience. We couldn't have been more impressed with our realtor Danan Delsing in finding a home in Naples. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional in every respect and just frankly made the search for a property and really positive experience.. He definitely has gone way above and beyond in terms of overall service and follow up to make our transition to Naples pleasant and care free. If you are looking for a realtor to work with I just can't imagine that you could find anyone better than Danan in the Naples region and I suggest you give him a call..

It's hard to believe there's a better real estate agent than Stephen Shapleigh. The way he guided and nurtured us through the purchase of a small condo in Naples, you would have thought we were buing a multi-million dollar estate. His careful attention to every detail was especially important since we did it all long distance. No question was a bother and no concern was minimized. And responses were always quick both on the phone and with email. It will be great sharing some wine with him when we're in Naples.

Ask for John Ludwig. He takes care of our rental property every year & always answers his phone, text, or Email. He's a Naples native which to us is a huge help. Never any annoying "salesperson" tactics and he's always honest & upfront with current market information. Working on selling one of our properties with him now. Thanks John!

I can not recommend Poogie Cooper as a rental agent. Her attitude is less than consumer friendly. She seems to have a problem interacting with potential clients asking any questions. Too bad

Bad business practices by individual followed by terrible customer support by agency. Would not recommend D-F.

Stay far away from Nancy Martin. This lady is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful. She's a scam artist, and a pathological liar. After reading the other one star reviews, it seems like Downing Frye is full of low class scum bags like Nancy Martin.
