Purchased a KTM Duke 390. Had a problem with it. They were absolutely amazing with how the situation was looked after. Rare to find such amazing customer service like this now a days. I don't ever do reviews, but in this case I can't help it. Customer for life here! Tom and Jerry are outstanding.

Very popular, and since they're doing great and following COVID guidelines there's a line to get inside during peak days. There's lots of selection, but it's organized and clean. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to all the helmets.

I dont usually provide reviews though this time i had to due to my experience. Went in to get a new Shoei Rf-1200 helmet (and i did) though the guy at the counter in the back needs to re-assess his customer service attitude. I went in with a smile eager to shell out a thousand bucks and this dude who i dont want to name was just being an ass to me giving me obvious answers like i'm stupid - was about to walk out though i had spent 1 hr in the car driving from toronto to whitby. Next time i'll take my business elsewhere. I hope someone from GPBikes management actually reads these and train their staff because they are loosing sales because of bozos like this guy that i dealt with. Not looking for extra service here was just looking to buy a helmet. Terrible.

Been Dealing With GP Bikes for 4 Years. Mike Bolahood has gone above and beyond any other parts or KTM person I've dealt with. If he doesn't know, he gets back to me quickly. And with Free shipping to my house or work makes getting my parts, gear or accessories easy.

On recommendation from 2 friends, I bought a 2007 c90 Boulevard from GP Bikes and three weeks later had to take it back to replace the Ignition switch. They replaced it under their used bike warranty without any issues. Just last week the voltage regulator went caput back in it went. Once again they covered it under the warranty without hassle even though I was pretty close to the expiration, I was gearing up for a fight which I did not need to do. Getting parts for a Suzuki is very slow but the Service at GP is really fantastic. I've recommended them to another friend who also bought a used bike and he is super happy with it. I've never met Jerry, the owner, but he really stands behind his products and runs a great shop with some great staff.
