Poor product and service. Have been spending quite a bit in this store for the past few years although it is not in a close proximity to my house. The main reasons for shopping at GP Bikes were both quality of products and service.
About two months ago purchased a pair of Falco Ranger boots and after wearing them twice, one of the boots faded. Called them, explained the situation, was told to come to store so that could file a warranty. When came to store, the president of the company was there and got involved. He said they would not file a warranty as he thought it was normal for one shoe to fade as it's a leather because of the heat coming from the engine and clutch operation. After I explained him that I was riding automatic goldwing with the same heat dispersing from both sides, he realized he was out of excuses and told me that every leather would fade like this without giving a good explanation why it happened to a single shoe. So, he basically told me that he couldn't help me even though the shoes are still under warranty. Well, GP Bikes this is pretty disappointing, the quality of the product and the service I received are nothing else, but a frustration. You lost a good client for no reason.
