Huge store with lots of gear. Wished they were closer! That being said, they really need a mirror in the women's clothing area! Would have liked to see the entire room dedicated to women's riding gear instead of split into clearance, rain gear and the women's section.

This is my second bike from GP. I have been a customer here since I started motorcycling close to 10 years ago. As per usual a GREAT experience buying a motorcycle here, despite the COVID related longer wait times. Jonathon was fantastic to deal with, communicated very well through the process and got me out riding as fast as he could. Thanks for everything Jonathon & GP team!

It was my first time here and I was not really serious to buy a helmet, but Jeff s effort caused me to buy whatever I liked. He was more active than other young staff and I am really happy. This message is to the owner to know he needs like staff like Jeff.

Their KTM service is not so good. I waited for 5 months for a top case that came with a defect on the keys... it was very hard to convince them that was not my fault but I finally did and they said they would sent to KTM and contact me after... they never called me back. Very frustrating

Oh yeah! An absolute proper motorcycle store..... Staff super friendly and helpful. Went there for the first time and one of the salesperson by the name of Carl helped with a helmet... He was patient and very helpful... The rest of the staff were also just as nice. Lots of selection, good prices. Will definitely go back.

Had an Arai helmet for sale online on their website and they refused to sell to me at that price listed because the price was "not loaded on their system correctly"
Poppycock !
I have made a formal complaint to Ontario Consumer affairs
Definitely NOT a dealer who can be trusted !

I'm only giving 1 star because its the only way to write a review. I was really disappointed with my visit to GP bikes. I bought a bike from there about 4 years ago. Went back in looking for another. Wanted to pay cash, and with paying cash you should get a better deal. GP Bikes have turned into a bunch of crooks. Oh yes they did better on the price ( only took $200 off ) What kinda place does this. So the $7500 bike I was willing to purchase right there. Would of cost me closer to $9000 paying cash. And there is no way the bike i was looking at was even close to the amount they wanted. I did my research on the bike when I left, and it seemed to be the highest that bike went for online was $4700, and that was with just a little more kms. I will never deal with or refer anybody I know to GP bikes..I rate theses guys -7 .

No idea how this place is rated so highly.

(If you're simply buying stuff from here (even though it's overpriced) then yea, I guess it's a straightforward experience...)

If you're trying to get servicing on a bike done or get straightforward and timely answers then forget it.

Literally just called in to ask a very simple question about a specific part (rocker arm in my cylinder head). I called first to ask if they have the part in stock (as I may have to replace it). The "Parts Department" said yes, they have it in stock. Ok. Great. (even though it's over priced $120 for one arm).

I then asked "I think I may need to have it replaced, can I bring it in (just the arm, not the whole bike/engine) so someone can take a look and better advise me?" - Parts guy: "I'm not sure, I'll direct you to the service department so a technician can better advise you" (Ok, fair enough).

I ask the same question, Service Dept.: "Ummm... I don't know... I don't have a technician right now...." (Me, ok... (why can't the person answering on behalf of the service dept. know how to advise me, they don't need to be a technician do they??)

Me: "Ok.... well I just simply want to bring in the rocker arm so someone can take a quick look at it and give me a yes or no answer"
Them: "Uhh, I don't know, I'm sorry I can't give you an answer on that..."

Really?

I've had so many problems with GPBikes over the years, I honestly don't know why I keep going back (I guess cuz they're one of the only KTM service providers in my area unfortunately).

I've literally paid close to 1K for them to fix a 2010 Duke 690 that stalls and dies when the temperature rises. Why is that so damn hard to fix?
Honestly now, 1K ? Really?

I've resorted to trying and service the bike myself at this point.
For gods sake, Reddit is providing me with better service than GP Bikes.

I've even emailed the manager at GP Bikes over a week ago about all this and I've heard nothing back.

I don't think I'll be spending any more time or money here.

I would say this is the largest motorcycle apparel (and lots of bikes) store in the GTA area. They have the largest selection of high end clothing and helmets from major manufacturers.
But the best part of the store are the people who work here. So far; I delt with David (helmets) and Marilyn (clothing). There was never any push to sell me anything and they were professional, knowledgable, and showed genuine desire to help me with all my inquiries.
I live approx 1 hour drive from the store and would make the trip any time I am looking for anything motorcycle related.
Thank you David and Marilyn for your patience and professionalism.

I've been to GP many times, and have purchased quite a bit of my gear here. The staff are friendly and helpful and got me fully kitted out when I first started riding. When I wanted to take a Tiger 800 out for a test ride, they let me have if for the afternoon, and offered a second one to a buddy who was there with me. We were out for 5 hours. That is how you do a demo ride!

Great dealership. Experience was great and they will work with you to get you into the bike you desire. Jerry runs a great company and you can see that trickle down through all the staff. Thanks guys

Bought pre-owned motorcycle not to long ago. Really happy with the customer service from my sales rep Carl. Overall, the team works really well together. All the way from the interaction from the sales side, final paperwok and delivery. When I went to pick up my bike I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Very impressed.
Thanks to Carl and Mark for the smooth transition.
I was seriously blown away at how busy this place was.

Both myself and my family always have a seamless transaction with gp bikes. We've dealt with every department and have been going for years without hassle. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to please so it's easy to get exactly what you want for a price better than you expected. I generally check gp bikes first or ask them to order something for me vs going elsewhere. Also...they play the best music! Thanks guys!

Went it awhile back to buy a bike. I looked at various bikes new and used for 30mins when I was finally approached by a sales man. He asked what I was looking for and as i was explaining to him, he took a call. When he got off his phone, I showed him a bike that I was interested in and was looking it over to find him ignoring me and was texting on his phone. I got feed up and left, sales guy never looked up. I had no idea if he was ignorant or if that's the type of people that work here.

Kudos to the Alex in service and Tom in parts.

Brought my bike in for minor service recently. Without asking for a broken signal connection to be fixed, the mechanic did it on his own, the job was very professional (i.e., the OEM were left parts alone), and was covered in the very reasonable 1hr quotation for minor service (w/o oil+filter). This might seem like nothing but it saved me at least $50 in buying the parts and the time required to do it myself. Additionally the mechanic must have re-torqued something correctly, because the buzzing that had me hating my bike is gone!

Before I knew the buzzing problem was gone, Tom was helping me find bar ends which would solve the problem. He recommended an item I'd never heard of, that had rave reviews, and that wasn't something they normally carried. He suggested I order it from the US to get it sooner and cheaper. That's customer service!

They do really take care of there customers !
If you are looking for motorcycle gears this is the place to stop by. Some of there items is over priced but if you wait for the sale events than u should be good!
Can t compare the price over the internet coz there many other factors but overall you get a pice of mind shopping experience here.

GP has always been hit and miss for me as far as customer service goes in about every department. Sometimes the service is fantastic, sometimes rude/condescending, sometimes just non existent. Recently however my visits have been on the positive side hence the stars above. Also, they always have a great selection in apparel, accessories and parts in store and they have lots if sales to find good bargains.

Been a customer of GP Bikes since their original location on Harwood in Ajax.
You can always count on a welcoming environment, quality service, attractive pricing, knowledgeable mechanics, and top notch staff who have a passion for motorcycles.
Never had a bad experience with any department at any time.

Ashton - has taken over this issue and resolved it in no time ....reason I have changed from 1 star review to 5 stars. Mistakes happen, my ask was...simply people have update a client and look into things more with care. thank you Ashton for being Super Awesome!

Bought things online and I was sent merchandise "with security tags on it still", for a birthday present! I was advise to be refunded once they received the merchandise but I had to follow up with them again. ONLY Partial refund was given...where's the rest of my money? Would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

The reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Marianne. She took time from her day to help me when I needed it. She is a Rock star and made me feel like a valued customer. She is amazing !!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent customer service and great prices. Had an issue with my new AGV K3 helmet and they were more than happy to resolve it even though it required shipping back. Great online shopping experience. Quick delivery. Class act.

I generally love this place....hope Triumph comes back with a new Trophy. The last one had me sitting part way on the pillion position and I'm not quite 5'10". Just sold my 2012 Kawi C-14. There are not enough sport tours to pick from that hold enough clothes and keep both rider and pillion comfortable for the long haul. I know, I know...BMW,---$$$$$

New rider and these guys were very helpful and patient. They answered all of the questions I had and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy anything. It's for that reason that I actually did end up buying all of my riding gear with them and Jay was very fair and worked with me on the price.

Give these guys your business. They deserve it and you'll be much better served.

Constantly and consistently great service, even though we've only ever dealt with GP Bikes over the phone or the internet. Their customer service is simply fantastic. Great prices too. It's my family's go-to shop for our motorcycle needs.

I wouldnt even give this place a star due to the fact they tried to scam $300 from me .would not even waste my time with this place . I will certainly go out of my way to avoid this bike store .not giving them a single penny of mine .I could have been a long term customer but they screw that right up . Claiming my bike was in storage for 121 days but really it was only 59days .what a joke . The amount of money I spent in this store just within those 59 days was crazy I bough 2 helmets one at $500 the second was $1000 also a $600 jacket . Tinted visors the list goes on and I was just about to also buy a $300 pair of shoes and front and rear bike stands and would have continued spending. But there's mistakes and then there dishonest mistakes .and after everything said and done and got my money return. They ask for another chance to prove loyalty. Good luck .
You try steal from me and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth . I'm done with this place
