All the staff from sales to service and everyone in between are great. The selection of top notch gear and motorcycles is like a dream come true. It's easy to get lost in wants that become needs in this place. They do great work and take care of you from start to finish and will always highly recommend GP bikes.

Fantastic customer service and largest selection in Toronto. The parts team did some investigating into unique fasteners for me and came through.

A bit higher prices than online or royal distributing (down the street) but you get a nicer atmosphere and more knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of ducati products pretty large selection of KTM and a decent amount of other brands. Well worth the drive from Mississauga.

Friendly staff and a huge selection on bikes and gear. Just don't expect a ton of one on one because it is a very busy play. Which is nice as no one is bothering you while you tire kick.

Over the years, I have bought several new motorcycles. This was by far the best experience so far. Other dealers need stop by and take notes.
Jeremy, my sales person let me take the bike for a ride and make sure it was the right choice, he was very fair working out a price and super helpful all the way out the door in every aspect. The guys in parts were very busy but when it was my turn they were 100% focused on my needs, i saw other people upset they had to wait but when your good, your busy. Very happy with my Ducati. No point going anywhere else for a sub par experience.

These guys are terrific! Everytime I go, they deliver world class service! When you're in the area, you should make a point of paying them a visit!

GP bikes is an amazing dralership with a large selection of gear and motorcycles both average and high end. It is easy to feel like a kid at a candy storr here. I went here in search of a entry level one piece suit for track days. I went around 3pm on a sunny monday, it was busy no one greeted or helped me and my friend for 10 mins. I spoke to the manager about my concerns. Walked out with a nice Dainese one piece, gloves, and a smile on my face. The manager spent a good 30 minutes helping me find the right gear for my size and needs. I was given a great price and they shipped it to Alberta for free.

Ordered a helmet online from GP Bikes - one of their employees immediately sent me an email stating they didn't have the size I had purchased in stock, but they would have it shipped in from Alberta and it would likely take 2 weeks. The helmet came MUCH quicker. Awesome customer service - not many places will advise you when something like that happens! Kudos to you guys!

The staff were friendly and the service was good, but I wish when the price was quoted that they included the labour as well. The sticker shock was pretty bad when it came out to twice what I was originally quoted.

I've bought a lot of stuff from here over the years, most recently an Arai Signet X. Unbelievable gear selection with top, top brands like Held gloves, that you just can't find elsewhere. Clear and fair pricing and great staff. Sales guys are no-pressure and the owner is cool, too. Beautiful European motorcycles.

This is a good place to get your motorcycle serviced, and to get quality accessories.

My husband and I went to check out some helmets. Jordan (sales representative) was super helpful, understanding, and very patient with both my husband and I and our 2 friends. He was guiding both my husband and I on what type of helmet would be best for our head shape/ size as well as things we were looking for in a helmet such as pin lock, anti-fog, full face and other specifications. Thank you to Jordan!

We went during the Covid-19, after places started opening up . GP bikes was very clean and ensured the safety of their staff with face masks and face shields. They also would remove every helmet after a customer would try on the helmet , they would remove the helmet and clean the helmet before returning it to the display. There were many arrows on the floor to guide you on the direction of travel as well as ensuring 2 meters apart.

now me being a young adult id say walking into gp bikes is equivalent to when i was a child walking into toys r us. my family have all bought bikes from gp and lots of gear. carl is awesome and Allen in there offroad department is so helpful. seriously GP bikes is the place to buy.

I've been working a lot with GP's amazing mechanics and shop staff and can't say enough. I had two incidents this fall needing attention and they were very efficient, communicative and patient. As a woman and a first time motorcyclist I am also weary of being duped but from the minute I entered GP Bikes I felt respected and welcome! They did an amazing job on my bike (twice) and always made me feel comfortable and confident I chose the right shop! Thanks again GP

Service was more than I was expecting
Price for parts better than other shops.
Work asked for completed as promised and on time.
Was not pressured into stuff did not need, in fact I was thinking I needed front pads and rotors.
Got bike back and only pads replaced as rotors are good.
Other shops would have been happy to replace everything you ask for needed or not.
I will be back to G P Bikes for sure.

Great place with lots of knowledgeable staff members, sometimes you do get overlooked(or possibly younger crowd gets overlooked). Great selection of equipment and accessories. Called the service department to get some info on a motorcycle that was serviced there and got the run-around. After spending about 5 minutes with the gentleman on the phone he hung up.

I normally hate shopping for anything but the staff at GP Bikes make it a seamless and pleasant experience. From Courtney who started working with me to David who spent several hours helping me pick out a full set of new gear for a big trip. I left with not only my gear but also having enough knowledge to start a moto gear blog. Everyone is super nice and the investment in staff is evident.

2 star for good selection of bikes, I browsed here for a good 30 minutes and 0 salespeople approaches me.

First time I went to this place and it motivated me to buy a new bike the 821 Monster the season why I didn't think about it was because they gave me a great value on my cb500f as trade and their staff are really friendly

Called in advance to make sure they have the make model and color of the bike I was looking for. After they confirmed they have the exact unit I was looking for we made the trip all the way to the Ajax (over an hour drive). When we got there, we were surprised that the bike was in a different color! Ben was friendly and tried to help us to choose a totally different bike with a different color which it was $1000 more for a bike that we weren't originally interested. After we were decided on bike we waited over an over to talk to F&I manager which didn't happen so we booked an appointment for next hour and left to grab a bite, came back on time to talk to F&I, but we had to wait for another hour!!! We decided to leave in lake of interest to provide necessary services to complete transactions!!!!!!

I have been dealing with GP bikes got a while now and I have always had a great services with knowledgeable staff, my sale rep Jeremy Buschert is really good and will give you all what you need to make a solid choice on the bike you need and the equipement that performes.

Love the bike, service isn t what I expected from such an established dealership.
This is my 5th bike purchased from a dealer and was by far the most taxing. The woman who does the financing was amazing and really helped keep things on the rails. Every other aspect was like a trip to the dentist. From locating the model of bike that I did all the paperwork for (turned out it was sold 2 weeks prior), settling on a model that I didn t really want but it s what they had (fair enough), being given the wrong VIN multiple times when trying to insure the bike, to even getting the accessories that were included. Had to cancel a bike trip I had planned and booked because the panniers and top box I ordered and was told was ready for pick up multiple times, ended up not being in and the time to receive it meant I missed half of my arrival dates and lost on deposits. Ended up cancelling the whole trip.
I love the bike I bought but can t say it was a fun experience like I ve had at other places like BMW or Honda.

The major pro to GP is the selection of bikes. It s nice to get to see and demo a few of the big brands that I was interested in from one dealership. Really helped hone in on the bike that was the best fit for me. That being said my two friends who are interested in upgrading their bikes, I ve referred them to the triumph dealership in Hamilton.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They had a little mess up on their website with inventory and gave me the same price on a more expensive helmet without even me suggesting it. Absolutely seamless incredible customer service.

Edit: their prices are sometimes better than fortnine so it's worth checking out their website and store!

I drive one hour to visit this place, and always leave with something.

They sent us the wrong size product, then asked us to ship it back before being able ship out the correct product (which is fine), but then tried to process a refund instead of sending us the correct product.

When all that was finally resolved via multiple customer service emails they shipped the right size product (hopefully, we still don't have it) to the payment address, not the shipping address which is in a different part of the province.

This process has taken over a month and is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere, likely Fortnine (I've never had an issue with Fortnine, and have purchased from them multiple times).

Love it here. Have only ever bought gear but they have all the newest stuff.

Purchased my 2016 Thruxton at GP. I have dealt them three times for service and each time has been an absolute nightmare. I have lost almost 3 months of riding due to an oil change heat sensor and indicator. Tried to speak to a manager today about there service department and of course he was to busy to speak. I would love to get into the details of my journey with them but I don't think anyone would believe it in this day of customer service. All I have to say is I received better service at lemonade stands by 5 year olds.

The selection of riding gear is fantastic. There are whole rooms dedicated to different types of riding gear with great selection. If they don't have what you are looking for they will usually order it in. Jeff in apparel helped me buy a riding jacket for myself and a helmet and jacket for my girlfriend and was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend getting your riding gear here. Great store!

They sell used helmets at full price. Just drove all the way from stoney creek (hamilton) to buy a shoei neotec 2. When I opened the box i noticed items missing such as pin locks and general misc items shoei usually throws in. Once I got home i realized there were strands of long blonde hair all over the helmet. My hair is black and short . The helmet also came in a LS2 bag (low end helmet brand). One positive is that, the prev owner forgot to take out their sena srl comm unit that saved me an extra $400. So +2 stars for that.

Always a blast coming here. The products and staff makes you feel like your in a candy store. Love how they always have great deal events and definately go here for all accesory needs. Isaiah is the man to go to. Baught all my gear from here for my sports bike and now my Harley. Will always buy my gear here. Thanks GP!

I stopped by GP Bikes this morning (Feb. 11 / 20), with a friend who had not yet been there before. We were kindly greeted by every staff member who saw us which was really nice. We had a look around, getting ready for the upcoming season and ended up speaking with an employee named Carl who helped us with helmets. He was amazing. The customer service we experienced was second to none, truly awesome. Knowledgable, patient, courteous, no pressure and professional were all the traits we saw from Carl. Thank you Carl and GP Bikes for having such great employees there. We will definately be returning to pick up some gear.

They promptly answered my call, researched the part I was looking for, asked a technician a follow up question I had and then arranged shipping to my house. The part arrived at my house on the date promised (3 days from order date). Thank you.

Went to GP bikes for the first time. Carl helped me out choosing the best helmet and educated me along the way. My kids loved the place and kept on negotiating for Iron Man helmet. Will re visit the store for more gear.

Went in for service on my bike. These guys are top notch. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They explain what what it is you need and why and they don't try to sell you on things you don't need. And let you know if things can wait to be fix. They are clearly out to help and not sell.
I recommend this shop for pretty much all needs. But call ahead because they are busy and may not be able to slip you in.

Had an issue with one of my Ducs, GP said it was fixed under a Ducati recall..... I still have that electrical issue! Hate walking into that spectacular showroom because I spend too much money. Lol!

Worst customer service EVER!! I ordered boots, helmet and a jacket and the boots got lost somewhere and they never notified me or anything!! They just expected me to patiently wait for my sons gear, which took well over a month to arrive!! Then when the helmet and jacket arrived, the jacket was not even the proper size that I ordered!! Never ever will I shop thru them again!!

I went there today, got a AGV helmet and got some boots as well. Service was fantastic definitely coming back for all my motorcycle needs.
