Great motorcycle shop. Very professional, well informed staff helped me there.
Great motorcycle shop. Very professional, well informed staff helped me there.
I ordered a helmet from GP and unfortunately I was shipped the wrong color. The apologized and informed me how the mistake was made possible.
I was given outstanding customer by Ashton. They worked with offering a few options to reconcile the mistake. I ended deciding to keep the mistaken color and purchase the correct color at a large discount. Plus I was offered a small coupon to apply to a future purchase.
Very happy and recommended.

Its really the only bike store in southern ontario that offers such a great selection. I would honestly say that it is a one stop shop. They often have deals and sales and offer a range of products and prices for any user. Great place and great customer service. I wish they had more locations!
Awesome experience purchasing a 2019 Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black at GP Bikes. Jonathan Clarke sold the bike to me and I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful. He helped me through the purchase every step of the way and even helped me with getting insurance. It's employees like Jon that make this place the best bike shop around! I'm loving this bike. Just wicked!
This is a store with extensive array of premium brands of motorcycle gears and accessories.
Definitely a solid place to go for riding gear. The staff are super helpful from my experience. I would be hesitant to buy a bike here though because I've lost some confidence in the mechanics. I've done 2 oil changes here and both times they under filled my bike. If it was a little bit I would be understanding but I had to add a little over half a quart to meet the line. My bike takes 2 quarts. That's more than a quarter of the oil missing from what it should have.
I ordered OEM KTM 390 Duke parts on Sunday and recieved them Tuesday. Way to go parts department. Service like this will keep me coming back.
new and used bikes, tons of riding gear and a service centre
Great online experience so far. Good customer service. Items shipped to Vancouver,BC w/out issues. Both orders I had to make some sort of exchange or special request and they were dealt with quickly.
I haven't used their maintenance services or purchased a motorbike from them but for gear they have good prices and Ken if very knowledgeable and has good info.
Most impressive bike shop I've been to in over 30 years of riding. Selection, layout, cleanliness, location and most outstanding - customer service - each 5 stars or better. I wish I didn't live 5000 kms away.
Great service and staff. Really enjoy this bike shop
Best motorcycle store in Ontario. Makes yoy feel like a kid in a candy store. Well staffed and experienced staff members.
Purchased a helemt, pants and boots from Mike B. in the store. Great service, knowledge, and awesome prices ! Their customer service is great, any question or concern about anything they get right on it, and do their very best! l will shop only here, from now on.
Great display of bikes and accessories. Pricey though.
Took my bike there to address a number of issues including stalling, a few electrical gremlins, a remote key that wouldn't pop the seat properly, and a fuel tank door that wouldn't open. The bike was supposedly new, but clearly a lemon from the get-go, on pick up one of the workers who was feeling chatty said the bike was hard to start when wet. This was all under warranty. They held my bike for a month, and returned it having only addressed the fuel door claiming the factory routed a release cable incorrectly.
My bike was returned, still stalls, still can't open the fuel door, and they didn't even look into my other concerns. Very disappointed.
Suspension problem, leaks, stalling, all problems brought in for warranty repairs, all problems that were never addressed.
Update: After repeated visits, still failed to address problems with the bike. Repairs last days. Absolutely abysmal customer experience.
I bought my KTM 1290 ADV S here in the COVID lock down time.
Didn't have to go there, via phone and emails. one of the best experience. Jeff Bolt helped me with the transaction. fast, simple. shipped my bike and offered a great deal. Happy Customer for life.
Staff treat you well, the prices are reasonable, good selection of products. The mechanics know their stuff and are very helpful, although I wish they'd use a torque wrench.
I had the best experience with GP bikes and more specifically jeff bolt who just recently sold me a new Honda crf. Not only was he super easy to deal with, he had the bike ready early and with tons of knowledgable information to go with it.
I highly recommend Jeff for all your bike sales and the rest of the team for all your bike needs. Ordering parts is a breeze too, I've done it online, in store and over the phone. OEM honda parts too***
I had a perfect transaction with this business. Purchased a set of michelin bike tires at the lowest price anywhere and was treated as a valued customer. Called them directly and the woman I spoke to was polite, professional and kept her word to email me info and even called me backed personally. The tires arrived with in 4 days to New Brunswick from Ontario with free shipping. I've read the reviews before buying from this business for the first time. The bad reviews I've read seem to be very undeserving. One reviewer was upset it seems because they felt they should have been given a course on bike maintenance and the other because they wouldn't buy his 2 year old bike back? I bought tires and was treated like VIP Lol . Ya..this is a good business with good people running it. I'll recommend them to anyone for online purschases.
Great motorcycle shop with Joe Rocket and Speed and Strength motorcycle apparel and helmets
Ashton went above and beyond when I was exchanging for the right size of gear. Awesome customer service!
Bought a bike from them, and dealt with Jerry. He was fantastic and super helpful. Highly recommend this place, you'll be taken care of.
Well stocked with wide selection of motorcycles and gear. They also have a repair shop
Shopped online, with little to no hassle and a lot of help from the customer service team. Received my items and couldn't be more happier. Can't wait to check out their store one day!
If you need it for a motorcycle, they will have it!
I ve been buying from GP Bikes for a few years now (since 2010) and never had a problem. Huge selection of product and outstanding customer service! Would like to extend my appreciation in particular to Sarah and the Online Sales team.
Great store! They have a wide collection to choose from and, a very helpful staff! Check it out!
I've always wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle and I decided to get my first helmet and jacket at GP Bikes and I was not disappointed in my choice. I did a bit of research before hand but not nearly enough to prepare me for the variaty of gear available. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, detailing the differences between different style of jacket and helmet and giving pointers on fitting them properly. If you do plan on visiting definitely ask the staff for their advice to help you find the best deal. For first time buyers I would highly recommend coming to a store in person. Online shopping may be tempting but the fit and feel of the items you are buying is so important that trying them on before purchasing is invaluable. And you couldnt do better than GP Bikes. One of the things I loved the most about my visit was the general atmosphere of the location, which was welcoming to riders and of every background as evidenced by the variaty of poeple visiting. Families, couples, solos, experienced and inexperienced. It made me feel quite welcome as a first time buyer. To close I will mention that prices may be a bit high for those on a budget but I managed to snag my two items, a Joe Rocket Reflex textile jacket and a Deluxe Qualifier Bell helmet on significant sales so just buy smart and you'll make out okay. And finally, never underestimate the importance of safety first. Given the choice spend a bit more for the safer of two options. Safe riding everyone!
I recently purchased a used 2016 Ducati Monster 1200R on which the previous owner had installed engine/frame sliders, that I just couldn't wait to have removed. I called GP Bikes and ordered the necessary parts. When the parts arrived, they called me to arrange an appointment. I arrived about 45 minutes early, but they took in the bike right away. It needed to have the rear brake line bled, which they did under warranty and saved me some money. All in all, it was a pleasant and seamless process and I can't say enough good things about GP. I'm a customer for life.
GP Bikes is by far the best place to shop for your new bike. Jerry was awesome, very helpful and easy to get a hold of when I had questions. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!
Awesome experience!!! Amazing service. Spent 2 hours there learning and having fun and of course, spending money. :-)
Abundant selection across multiple brands and friendly staff. Thanks again!
As a new rider Reese helped me out getting me equipped that I required. Thank you for taking the time.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable huge selection of new and used bikes, great place.
It is so big and the selection is great. To be honest, the staff was pleasant. At the same time, I didn't really get the personal feeling that all customers want. Many employees moving around but no one approached to see what my wife and I wanted. We had to find the employees. Otherwise, we bought the newest Sena's and are happy with them.
Fantastic customer service. Great product. Very good customer experience. One stop shopping.
Although they carry a wide selection of inventory & can pretty much order anything else you may need that they don t currently have in stock, beware of their prices! On average they are anywhere from 15% to 25% higher than any online Canadian retailer. The gentleman I spoke to today did say that they will price match any competitor however, it would be incumbent on the consumer to do their price research first.
Personally, I can t be bothered shopping anywhere knowing that the store s prices are grossly marked up. I would encourage the owner(s) to perhaps at the very least mention that they do price match the competition. Had I not asked it would not have been offered.
Thanks Mike and Alan for great service!!! Can't wait to ride my 2021 KTM 300XC.
I was shopping around for a new Ducati. GP bikes won my business hands down. The sales manager is one of the most pleasant, fair, and BS free sales person I have ever encountered. The price was also better than other dealer. Highly recommended.
Waiting over a week for oil and filters for my Speedmaster. Order parts last Tuesday after the long weekend. They failed to put the order threw. Called back on the Thuresday they say oh yes we found your order. Shipped out canada post expidited. Hoping to see it this Tuesday. Should have paid the frieght and baught the parts from Sturges Cycle. Would have had my oil change completed last Wed.
Calvin J. Hayes
2007 Triumph Speedmaster.
Has lots of gear in stock, at okay prices, but the thing that irks me is that some of the employees have a hard time understanding on how to use a mask! I sat there waiting for 15 minutes with a mask on while some workers failed to follow that very same rule that me and every other customer has to follow! I wear a mask to protect others, why doesn't GP Bikes?
Carl in apparel was amazing! I saw a jacket on sale through an email. I called, he had my size and was kind enough to put it on hold. When I got there, he showed everything on the jacket and while I didn't need another one, I bought it because of his professionalism. Kudos to him!
I've asked GP bikes to take me off the email list because every time I go there, I spend $300-$500 because of their great service! LOL
(Kidding...don't take me off the list)
If you're looking for anything to do with motorcycles, go see GP bikes. You won't be disappointed.

Recently bought a new bike from GP bikes and my whole experience was great , my sales rep was Jonathan who not only help to get a fantastic deal on this new bike but also personally helped resolving a technical issue preventing a SW upgrade option to be installed on this bike by talking to KTM manager in Canada and working with Service to resolve the issue before delivery of the bike which was beyond his responsibly , thank you Jonathan and GP Bikes for such a great experience will defiantly deal again in the future , Kamran
Very helpful staff though one of the younger lads in helmets seemed pretty disinterested in helping. But there 2 other young lads who were very keen and a wonderful lady as well. Parts guys were quick getting me answers. Girls at the front helped me a lot with finding the right sunglasses. The helmet sale was awesome.
AMAZING customer service! I've been there many times and have always been treated great even if I told them I'm just there to look. Last time I was helped by an extremely patient and polite girl (with glasses). She wasn't pushy but also didn't leave me stranded and was there whenever I needed help. I am very happy with their customer oriented approach and will ship there again and again and will definitely recommend them to others.
Quick note: some of their prices may seem a bit steep but they have specials all the time.
This establishment is like "Disneyland" for the motorcycle enthusiast! It's always a great outing for me, when I visit.
Awesomely nice people at your service, and everything you can possibly think of acquiring for your motorcycle riding experience.
Service department is exceptional too!
My wife ordered/bought a jacket, free shipping to our home. Very good.
Great prices and great service. Also, I had two items in mind and both were in stock! It's very refreshing to find the above mentioned features in a bike shop. It's a bit of a ride from where I live, but it's totally worth it.
Came for the chrismas party and had some fun..! Ate some great meatballs and talked about motorcycles.
Entered there free raffle.
Thanks GP
Great place to purchase motorcycle gears. They have a lot of options available. However, nobody offered help . I had to look for an associate for help. When I come in next time, looking forward for one of the associates to reach out to help. Overall, a motorcylists paradise!
Good selection but way over priced. Can order online for much cheaper.
Awesome, dropped in to just look around and walked out with a good deal on a Torc T1 helmet.
I would highly recommend GP bikes and Jeff Bolt. The process was great and top notch. Bike delivered to Kingston with care!! Thanks again Jeff and all staff at GP bikes!!
I ordered Sidi Adventure boots online, for my husband and needed them ASAP. I called shipping and asked Colin if he could expedite the order. He was fantastic about helping me out and the boots arrived the next day! (I paid only a small top-up fee for the courier). Customer service is still alive and well at GP bikes. Thanks Colin!
hi folks I wanted to relay a quick review of my positive experience at gp bikes. I should preface that this is not my first time receiving exceptional care as a customer there.
more recently however I unfortunately experienced a leaky motorcycle boot that I bought at gp. I contacted Marilyn and she immediately took action. she contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement set of boots for me. an offer to ship them to me was made but i happen to be near the store so i went in directly. marilyn had everything ready. she was courteous, professional and effective. i literally stepped out of my original boots and into a new pair.
i decided to wander around the store for awhile. it was loaded with gear of all sorts and lots of sizes to try on and compare. in addition, each staff member i encountered was very kind and helpful.
i will make a concerted effort to purchase any of my future motorcycle needs from gp bikes. they back up their products no matter what and do so in a most professional way. you can't ask for much more than that.
sincerely, satisfied customer, dino
Huge gear and bike selection, and the (frequent) sales are fantastic, too. My girl and I have been here almost a dozen times just in the past year and there hasn t been one visit where we didn t receive EXCEPTIONAL service! Even though we commute from the west end, it s always worth the trip. Thanks, GP Bikes!
Great selection and no pressure browsing.... I have happily bought two bikes there
Lots of selection, both new and used. Little heavy on Ducati & Triumph, but a decent selection of Japanese bikes. Staff is really knowledgable and willing to sell you a lower cost bike if that's what you need.
Thanks for doing what you do. Im not sure the girls name but my parts counter experience was excellent.
After hearing plenty of positive reviews from friends and riders, I'd hoped to have a better experience here versus what our first visit ended up being. My wife and I shopped in the store for about 15 minutes (very clearly in need of a sales person to assist us as we were struggling to get jackets from some of the very high hooks on the walls) before anybody even paid attention to us, and then our assistance lasted about 10 minutes before she seemed to get bored and went back to stocking shelves instead.
Another salesperson helped us briefly while searching for a pair of helmets...however everything we wanted was either out of stock or apparently no longer available. When we had spent several hours browsing their website beforehand and narrowing down exactly what we wanted it was frustrating to find out after the fact that it was seemingly impossible to get, and apparently several items had actually been discontinued and shouldn't even have been listed on the website any longer.
Frustrated, we lefts empty handed and decided to check out Royal Distributing down the street. A super pleasant salesperson patiently helped us from the moment we walked in the door and we ended up spending close to $700 on our gear there instead.
It seems others have had much better experiences, perhaps we went on an off day or an off hour, but it is what it is we were greatly underwhelmed.
Great selection of bikes and gear with very helpful staff around just about every corner who are happy to help you out.
Horrible customer service...staff refuse to assist. Ducati sales staff will only help certain customers (if you know what I mean) Sad environment, no manager or leadership on the floor
Great place to shop staff very helpful takes the time to explain things to you . You don't feel pressured to purchase anything.
Came here a couple summers ago to get my first set of riding gear. It was a blast, the place had a decent amount of traffic and looked amazing. Seriously well kept and the staff are great as well. Slipped my mind to leave a review unfortunatelu
Top notch selection and advice.
I do recommend and will be back!
Lots of selection on gears and bike. Price is similar to any other place. [expensive =)! ]
Great spot. New and used bikes. Lots of gear and accessories.
It's a nice store. It has everything that you would need in riding gear and equipment. Parking in the lot is challenging.
The staff at GP Bikes are very helpful and put a huge effort into satisfying customers. I bought a brand new bike and gear and love it. All the people I know who are customers praise them - go see for yourselves...
Friendly helpful staff and a very wide selection. And their website has recently been greatly improved.
Great selection and good pricing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Was looking to buy a Triumph here but prices are higher on used and new bikes. Been comparing with the dealer in Moncton with the brand and not sure where I will buy come spring time.
Great staff great deals can't go wrong in this place
Im trying to buy a one piece suit nobody knows whats going on there, there is enough sales people but eighter they dont know or are not willing. Im very disapointed!
I filled out a trade appraisal form on the website. Someone got back to me with a few questions, then never bothered to reply with a value. Bought somewhere else.
