Was there for a professional event. Dining was perfectly fine and so were other arrangements

Amazing service and great staff! They picked me up at airport, ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, helped me setting up a Delhi tour, provided rides to anyplace I needed to go... The food was also great. I got access to the club level with complimentary drinks and breakfast. By far my best stay at a Westin.

Place was nearby to iffco metro station, easy to navigate through.

Had decided to go for after party to Story. Due to exorbitant rates, had to go elsewhere

Rooms - very large like super deluxe
Location - nice and easily available
Value for Money
Staffs- average but need to be improved their skills
Foods- all kind of Indian continental and world dishes are available
Medical- available on call round the clock
Check in - safe and cimfortable.

Had a terrible experience with service of staff.
Extremely rude and unpleasant service.
You don't expect this kind of service when you pay so much of amount.

Had a Buffet Lunch. Just Okay. I felt it was not worth, waste of time and money. Will not recommend.

Nice hotel, though the food is not very pleasing but the ambience is nice spacious and the entry zone is the best part of it!

When visiting Gurgaon, it is a family ritual for us to have a meal or two at the Westin. In the past, we have also enjoyed overnight stays. The buffets are always excellent, with overwhelming choices in Western, Indian and Chinese cuisines. As always, service is attentive. Don't let the term "buffet" put you off; there are many ways to customize your choices and/ or request items not appearing on the buffet. As an example, you can order an array of kebabs for appetizers to start your meal off, and that is included in the price. A beautiful setting to relax in and enjoy some good food!

The Most Expensive and Beautiful Hotel I have ever seen.

Went for the Sunday brunch buffet. Fantastic spread along with some really amazing wine. Highly recommended

I had gone to Westin Gurgaon today to attend a training. To my surprise I realised that someone has taken out all the cash amounting to 10000 INR from my wallet. When I reported the incident to the hotel security staff I did not receive any help from them. They said they are investigating the matter. I wanted to give them a written complaint which they straight away refused to provide an acknowledgement to. They asked me to get in touch with Police instead. The hotel staff was non cooperative and was almost misbehaving with my other colleagues who were there and were trying to explain the situation. They were shouting at all of us. Instead of being sympathetic they were rude and totally indifferent to the whole situation. I told them I can give details of the other things which have gone missing so that it could help them track the individual who did this shameless act. I was quite traumatised with the behaviour of hotel staff who further added to my mental agony and despair. Whenever you are in westin gurgaon please be CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS since they will help you in anyway. It is as good as a roadways bus stand where you keep clinging to your stuff and do not let them go off your sight even for a fraction of a second. Very Sad with the overall approach

A perfect business hotel but their all day dining restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

It is a nice place. It is best both in it's service and location.

This hotel is great. Very clean and accommodating staff. The breakfast here is incredible as well. Cuisines from all over the world. Really delicious. Service is top notch as well. The rooms can be far from the elevator, but this is not uncommon in a big hotel.

Excellent service, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Special thanks to Mr Nikhil Khillan for this amazing room bookings and Sous chef of coffee shop Mr Santosh he made our dinner and breakfast both memorable.also a very special take care done by Mr naveen from housekeeping who always try to take good hygiene with there room cleaning.I will try to stay here in future & suggest you do too.

This Westin is huge and a good place to chill. Located near to Delhi-Jaipur highway at Exit 6. Walking distance to MG Road metro station.

A beautiful hotel at prime location. Different cuisine restaurants are available with authentic food. Staff is polite and welcoming. Had a great evening with family.

Rooms are big and spacious, albeit a bit old. The shower stall is totally open, which soaks the entire floor. Would be great if they can fix that

Nice property but its corporate property for tour & travel visit i will not suggest anyone to stay here. Over all good and recommend to those who want to stay at Gurgaon for corporate work

Love this property and especially their dinner buffet on Saturday was well worth it. They have an awesome selection of cuisines and dishes to please any appetite along with traditional Indian fare like tikki and gol gappe.

At good and precise location, easily recognizable for a foreign group. Services are all good, the fact that I like the most is location of it. That actually affects most any person, specially when you're in gurgaon foe any business meeting or for any seminar, it is just 15 minutes away from all the business centres near by.

Good but don't use washroom as the health faucet aren't available. But yes paper roll is there to roll and roll and roll.

Prime location in Gurgoan. Good hospitality and atmosphere. Feel the best.

Visited Prego to have Italian food. Loved the service. Chef Emiliano personally took care of our food and their gnocchi was mouthwatering.

Westin gets our full votes for making it a fantastic evening for the wedding in the family. Service was impeccable, all arrangements were perfect and the food was customized for Indian pallette. Everything was dot on time and special kudos to the team from Westin for helping out for a couple of last minute things. If you are looking for a property to host a large gathering.....this is the place to check out.

Really it's imaging 5 star property.....Service of the hotel is really extraordinary.

Amazing place. At first the music wasn't so good from 8-9pm but some may like it. After that, the dj came on and it was good stuff!

The hotel has been fabulously and the combination of glass and granite is pretty stunning, although the jawai baby grand needs to be tuned and also my brother was playing the piano (and he plays professionally) and the staff stopped him. I think they should have allowed to play the piano as at the end of the day it's an instrument and it's meant to be played and my brother was playing chopin and that would've only added class to the hotel
