Make sure you read the fine print of their contract they try and lock you in at six months and even as a buyer, I only used their services for probably a total of four hours, they refused to let me out of the contract.

After my home buying experience, I felt I needed to write a quick review of what it was like to work with this business & Jeff.
For months I had been looking for a condo in a very specific area that was affordable. I found a listing I wanted to see and Jeff meet me there the same day. I didn t like the property so we parted ways. About an hour later I got a call from the agent that I had met with (Jeff) and he said there was another that just came in the market. He met me there about 20 minutes later. With my crazy work schedule & in the middle of the Covid craziness he accommodated me without hesitation. We arrived at the condo, it was perfect and I immediately put an offer in at 8:00pm that night. Jeff was the most unselfish person I ve ever dealt with in real estate as he worked well past normal business hours to get the offers, counters, and submissions done very quickly. Any complicated questions I gave him were researched and quickly handled. He was available & helpful even after the closing and was absolutely incredible & professional the entire time. He understood my needs and worked with my lender closely to make sure that we met all the deadlines to make it happen.
Our chance meeting has gotten Jeff a lifelong customer should I need ANY real estate advice or needs. With the climate of the Covid pandemic he didn t skip a beat, and the process was seamless from beginning to end. We had goBE help us with purchasing a home in this crazy market. Though we originally had a different realtor from this company, they found someone else who would be able to go out with us and look at multiple homes almost every day for a couple months. If we had questions, he was able to learn them for us or we were able to call someone in the office who would have the answer.
Though we are still in the process of closing on the home, we were very happy with their flexibility on going out with us day after day, putting offer after offer on seven homes. Would recommend using them for anyone wanting to purchase a home in any market, but especially a sellers market when it can be very discouraging to try and buy.

Dave came highly recommended. We worked with his team for months and became very displeased with the poor lack of service we where receiving from them. We have been trying to get out of a contract we signed to list our house with this company (which they never did the work for, and never ended up listing) and Dave has broken all contact with us. He refuses to answer emails and phone calls from us. We have been very upfront about our intentions to longer use his services, but he has chosen to ignore us completely. Not the type of person you want to work with.

First off, we are a little confused why you have chosen to mention that we made an offer on one home while working with you, which sold for $20,000 over our budget and we did not feel comfortable increasing our offer on that home. We have mentioned several times that this particular situation was never an issue.
We have never lied about our intentions behind cancelling a contract. Even though we have continually, over the course of months, been accused of lying and changing our story
We have provided several emails that clearly list out our reasons and intentions. In our very first email we detailed that we don t want to sell due to a baby coming AND that we had a family home available for us to buy. (We never changed that story). These emails go days on end with us begging for a response. We have also tried calling both you and Seth countless times with no response.
The contract we are referring to has not been broken. (As you are aware)And it does prevent us from moving forward in any way until May of 2021. We DO intend on buying a home. We ARE putting it on hold right now. And WHEN we are ready, we will not be using your services. Again, for reasons stated via email. That s why we re trying to talk to you now, so we don t have to try to do this when we are finally ready.
We know you are busy, we would like to get this solved. We really hope you will give us a call.

Dave and Keisha did a great job with the comp on our house we sold. I have talked to other realtors that did this wrong, and comped our 2 story with ramblers. Pros: Keisha was great! She worked hard to get our home sold for top dollar. It had over 50 showings the first weekend and 9 offers. We were able to make it all the way through closing with no major headaches or issues. Jeanette and the other office staff were very helpful as well. We would definitely work with Keisha again.
Cons: We never actually heard from Dave at all. There was a bait and switch at the beginning of things and then at the very end we got a very tacky robocall from him asking for referrals. We would have preferred they just explain at the beginning how things were going to go. If you can't put in 5 minutes of actual effort towards a client, maybe just skip the referral ask.
We just sold our home through these guys and the experience was seamless. They were awesome to work with and very professional. With the current status of the pandemic and being a very stressful time, working with this team was the very least of our stress and worries.

We sold our house even though we were thousands of miles away. Dave (and Team) are very efficient and responsive. They got knowledge about local HOA rules, fee etc.
I would definitely recommend them for anything in south Jordan.

I've bought and sold over 10 homes in my lifetime, but unfortunately I only used Dave Robison and his team for the last 3 of those transactions. When it comes to real estate agents, DO NOT PLAY AROUND. Go with the very best. Do not use a friend who just got into the biz, or a neighbor who does real estate part time. Go with a true professional who's the #1 agent in UTAH. For a split second I considered selling my last home on my own, and that would have been the biggest mistake (and time wasting nightmare), and I got more money in the end that I would have on my own. Thankfully I trusted someone like Dave to properly value my home, and he got me every penny when I was listing (both sales were sold for OVER listing price, and this wasn't just because the market is good right now. These were both tough properties to sell and he got it done, and in amazing time, both times! I have never had a more streamlined, helpful, and professional experience than I have with Utah Dave and his team. Jeanette & Shaylee are both rockstars as well. You are in the best hands with GOBE. We started our home search in the spring of 2020 with Kyle Sanford. Kyle was awesome to work with and was always on top of everything for us. We got close to purchasing a house last year but things on our end fell through due to the pandemic. We took a break from looking for a little while until early 2021. Throughout the whole experience even when we weren t actively looking for houses Kyle would always check in and see how we were doing which was a really nice and personable touch. Even when Kyle was unavailable which was rare, he made sure one of his co workers was available to show us around (Jeff who was awesome too).
We just closed on our townhome last week and could not be happier with the place and the deal Kyle was able to negotiate for us.
