I've bought and sold over 10 homes in my lifetime, but unfortunately I only used Dave Robison and his team for the last 3 of those transactions. When it comes to real estate agents, DO NOT PLAY AROUND. Go with the very best. Do not use a friend who just got into the biz, or a neighbor who does real estate part time. Go with a true professional who's the #1 agent in UTAH. For a split second I considered selling my last home on my own, and that would have been the biggest mistake (and time wasting nightmare), and I got more money in the end that I would have on my own. Thankfully I trusted someone like Dave to properly value my home, and he got me every penny when I was listing (both sales were sold for OVER listing price, and this wasn't just because the market is good right now. These were both tough properties to sell and he got it done, and in amazing time, both times! I have never had a more streamlined, helpful, and professional experience than I have with Utah Dave and his team. Jeanette & Shaylee are both rockstars as well. You are in the best hands with GOBE.
