We worked with Seth to purchase a beautiful home that we are absolutely in love with. We had been looking on and off for a couple years on our own, not finding exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Seth found us our perfect home the day it came on the market and with his responsive time, was able to get us under contract despite many other offers. During the duration of the home buying process he was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, flexible to meet with us at the home multiple times for various reasons and always on time. He was professional and in constant contact to keep us informed on what was happening in the process at all times. For a worrier like me, that is a big thing! He went out of his way to make the entire process easier and smooth even upto securing and booking us a moving truck. We are in our dream home and loving it! We would highly recommend him!
