While we were only casually looking for a house in the beginning, Seth was attentive and always took our feedback to heart. Not only did we get frequent emails about available houses in our desired area but Seth would call or text us when a house popped up that hit all of our check marks. Not only was he accommodating to our schedule - he was able to give great advice on how to finally snag the house of our dreams.
