We started our home search in the spring of 2020 with Kyle Sanford. Kyle was awesome to work with and was always on top of everything for us. We got close to purchasing a house last year but things on our end fell through due to the pandemic. We took a break from looking for a little while until early 2021. Throughout the whole experience even when we weren t actively looking for houses Kyle would always check in and see how we were doing which was a really nice and personable touch. Even when Kyle was unavailable which was rare, he made sure one of his co workers was available to show us around (Jeff who was awesome too).

We just closed on our townhome last week and could not be happier with the place and the deal Kyle was able to negotiate for us. Kyle was extremely helpful through the entire process from showings, to offer guidance, to closing, and everything in between. Not to mention he stuck it out with us for over a year of looking. When we look for our next place to purchase in the future, Kyle will definitely be our 1st call. GoBE thanks for your amazing staff, everyone we dealt with was top notch.
