I was entirely impressed. Before we listed they took a look at our home and developed a plan to get the most out of selling it. We simply followed their advice with the prep work on the home, then we accepted an amazing offer given the first day we were listed! Throughout the process, it was obvious they have ample experience, cause with every situation that popped up, they already knew what to do. The Gobe team is a well oiled machine. Their communication and processes as a team are streamlined and efficient. I did not have to worry about a single aspect cause they were already on it. Highly highly recommend!
