We have bought two homes and sold one with goBE team and have been extremely happy with their work! The home we were trying to sell was sitting on market for over 6 months and goBE team was able to re-list and get the home sold within couple weeks!! We were really happy with their prompt communications, involvement and feedback on every little detail through the process. As a customer while selling our home, we also valued that Dave and his team had the expertise and experience to give some much needed advice and suggestions for a quicker sell. Sometimes customers are confused themselves and agents saying we can do as you wish doesn't really help :-)
Dave and his team also always go the extra mile and keep the customer relationship going long after the business deal is done. For last 8+ years I have always had Christmas goodies/tokens dropped off at our doorstep by goBE which is such a sweet gesture of thoughtfulness :-)
