Worst realtor I ve ever dealt with. To preface this review, I want to say that we worked with Keisha directly and I felt like she tried to help as best she could but because of her limitations in her job she couldn t do much for us without Dave s approval, so this review is mostly about Dave and GoBe as a whole - We were purchasing a home with Lennar, and signed a 30 day contingency deal. Because of the contingency and an incentive Lennar was offering, we used GoBe as our realtor. We signed our papers on Nov 30, and they didn t list our home until dec 18. So of course, they didn t sell our home in the 12 days (the week of Christmas) that was left of our contingency deal, and we lost the house we were buying with Lennar. During our showings, someone broke our master bedroom window and I made Keisha aware immediately. She said she would talk to Dave about what to do. Over a week goes by and I hadn t heard anything about the window and when I asked about it again, I was told that it would be hard to prove they broke it now because it s been awhile since that showing. (That s exactly why I made them aware and sent pictures MINUTES after that showing left) The window would end up costing us $500 to fix before we sold our home, with no help from GoBe. That was my first red flag. We decided to pull our house off the market after losing the Lennar house due to GoBe s negligence, because we obviously didn t have anywhere to move now. That was the second red flag because they didn t go to bat for us AT ALL with the builder even though it was their fault our home didn t sell. We ended up getting an offer the same day we pulled our house off the market and were pressured into looking elsewhere to buy a home. We found one, thinking that same deal we entered into with GoBe would carry over into the new home, but come to find out we now owed them an additional 3% because we weren t purchasing with Lennar. They gave us NO wiggle room and would not let us out of our contract, and they ended up costing us double on the sale of our home for doing basically nothing for us. Again, I worked with Keisha the whole time and felt that she tried, but every question/concern I had for her, she had to run passed Dave because he s actually your realtor which didn t make much sense to me because we didn t meet Dave until the day we closed and handed him $17k. Save your self the headache and go ANYWHERE ELSE besides GoBe.
EDIT: Daves response to every negative review is very combative and defensive which proves my point even further. He s a typical realtor who preys on people and doesn t take criticism well, obviously. Take my advice and run far away from this company.
