Dave and Keisha did a great job with the comp on our house we sold. I have talked to other realtors that did this wrong, and comped our 2 story with ramblers. They were very professional and their experience showed on multiple occasions during the sell of our home. I don't give out 5 stars easily, but I was very pleased on how they helped us not only negotiate a good deal, but also putting time in the contract to get into our new home. Jeff did a good job helping us purchase a home from Richmond, the model home that was already ready, except the garage. Our experience has been good in exception to Richmond's continual lip service on a few outstanding items, which has nothing to do with goBE. The entire process with goBE, especially selling our home went relatively smoothly. I am a very busy person and they handled everything. Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if needed.
