Dave came highly recommended. We worked with his team for months and became very displeased with the poor lack of service we where receiving from them. We have been trying to get out of a contract we signed to list our house with this company (which they never did the work for, and never ended up listing) and Dave has broken all contact with us. He refuses to answer emails and phone calls from us. We have been very upfront about our intentions to longer use his services, but he has chosen to ignore us completely. Not the type of person you want to work with.

Hi Dave! This review was in fact written by me (Brittany) and not my husband who has been handling the bulk of our conversations, because you will find he is much nicer than I.

First off, we are a little confused why you have chosen to mention that we made an offer on one home while working with you, which sold for $20,000 over our budget and we did not feel comfortable increasing our offer on that home. We have mentioned several times that this particular situation was never an issue.

We have never lied about our intentions behind cancelling a contract. Even though we have continually, over the course of months, been accused of lying and changing our story
We have provided several emails that clearly list out our reasons and intentions. In our very first email we detailed that we don t want to sell due to a baby coming AND that we had a family home available for us to buy. (We never changed that story). These emails go days on end with us begging for a response. We have also tried calling both you and Seth countless times with no response.

The contract we are referring to has not been broken. (As you are aware)And it does prevent us from moving forward in any way until May of 2021. We DO intend on buying a home. We ARE putting it on hold right now. And WHEN we are ready, we will not be using your services. Again, for reasons stated via email. That s why we re trying to talk to you now, so we don t have to try to do this when we are finally ready.

We know you are busy, we would like to get this solved. We really hope you will give us a call.
