I have a 2002 John Cooper Mini which has been serviced with your company for many years beginning with your prior location on Interstate Pkwy.

Over the years, my Mini has been well maintained by your service advisors and mechanics.

I have been very lucky to have been given service advisor, Mr. Lonnie Miller.

Lonnie has always been helpful as to explaining any needed repairs and helping schedule such based upon the budget of the Church and severity of the issue. Moreover, he has proactively kept our interests in mind by scheduling good times for our service visits.

Moreover, he has been very effective in communicating with our extended warranty carrier, National Auto Division, so to have them pay for covered items.

I am appreciative of your personal efforts to maintain an excellent repertoire between your customers and your firm.
