I posted a previous review a year ago unhappy with the customer service in the parts dept. I decided to give them another shot last week and spent $315 with Paul. I also stated I had a large order as my daughter had wrecked her R56 but would prefer to email that list to simplify the process. Paul provided his email and I sent him the info that evening. I did not hear anything the following day so the next day I called to be sure he received it and he stated I might can get to it late today but will probably be the next day so I asked if doing business and helping customers is more important than inventory? Paul replied yes right now the inventory is more important I was floored...and still several days later have received no response.
So I sent the list to Mall of Ga mini and they had it processed in 30 min spending the $2462.99 with them. Global needs to take some lessons from the Hendrick group.
