In the last two years I have had my Mini serviced ...

In the last two years I have had my Mini serviced four times at Global Mini, and was never advised that I needed an oil change. My red oil icon - do not drive - came on, and I was almost completely out of oil, well below the minimum line. My technician is no longer employed by Mini, so I called and emailed the service manager. He did not reply to either attempt. I am moving on to Kennesaw Mini. This could have been a very serious situation, and I am appalled by the poor service and response.
