I'd been wanting a MINI for a while and had been planning to buy a car in about six months, but when my car died unexpectedly, I decided to consider buying a MINI then. I went to the dealership planning to just explore and consider my options, and Sergei did an outstanding job of helping me find the MINI that fit what I wanted and worked for my budget. I absolutely love my MINI (it's a MINI Cooper 4 door, hardtop), and my only regret is not buying one sooner!
