I have bought my last two mini cooper's from Globa...

I have bought my last two mini cooper's from Global. My first experience was great. I dealt with Phil and he was the greatest. He made me feel comfortable and like I was part of his family when buying my car. My second experience was not like that at all...and I mean AT ALL!! I went in to test drive a roadster but the sales person would not even let me look at them. I was told I would be getting $1700 back on my trade in and it took 4 months and several calls to get $400. When questioned about this matter I was told I was wrong and nobody ever said I was getting that much back. It was a horrible experience and def made me dislike the Mini I was driving.

The sales person called my place of work several times (after I asked him not to call the office) demanding I take the survey after purchasing my car. I took the survey to just get the calls to stop.

I could go on about the sales team at global but I will stop...trust me if you want a Mini I would look elsewhere.

The service department is not much better. Again I could go into a long rant about the service department but really all I need to say is this....I took my car in for service June 2015 everything was great. Flash forward to September 2015...I took my car to another mini dealership for a recall come to find out I had several recalls that were from 2014. The disregard of a safety recall at a dealership is something I cannot stand for.

Until the management takes control of their business I will not be stepping foot on Global's property. I would much rather drive out of my way and go to the Mall of Ga Mini where the treat you like family and not just a dollar sign.
