My wife and I went into Global knowing we wanted a specific pre-owned vehicle on the lot. We were approached by Mark(MJ) and he was great to work with. Great dealership everytime I'm in there I'm treated like family. From the time I bought my mini all the way everytime I'm in there for service. My service advisor Josh Pruitt is the most perfessional and friendly service advisor I have ever dealt with in at least 40 yrs. Love how friendly the staff was at the service department at the dealership. They really took the time to walk around the car and lift up the hood do some of the minor routine check points. Car was serviced quickly and accurately the first time. Best part of it all is that the servicing was discounted 25% simply because they had a special on any service! I called around and check prices of other places to have brake pads and rotors done and believe it or not the dealership was the cheapest place! I am a dedicated client to Global Mini and proud of it. Thanks Global Mini!!!

Just purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman from another dealership. Noticed the check engine light was on and made an appointment with Global Mini. As soon as I got there Lon greeted me, pulled up my appointment and got started on immediately. I enjoyed coffee, watched ESPN highlights and before I knew it my car was ready. Lon took the time to tell me exactly what went wrong and to call him for anything else regarding my car.

I was met by the service door and greeted. They suggested a few things I might want done and told me the price up front. I waited for my car in their showroom. They had moved the seats to a suitable distance given the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. They were friendly and welcoming.

this place is ridiculous! all car deals are a pain and extremely time consuming but this place has topped them all! I do not recommend buying anything from Global Imports Mini! Mall of Georgia Mini has been more helpful and informative.

I live in California, but wanted to lease a car for my son who was beginning employment in Atlanta. I worked with Sergei at Global Imports Mini. Some tricky issues arose about cross-state registration and I had to change my mind once or twice over whether to register the car in GA or CA; meanwhile, both Sergei and Tyler (finance manager) had to do extra work to help me research this topic. Throughout the process, Sergei and Tyler were unfailingly helpful and patient about going the extra mile for me. I have leased many Mini Coopers over the years and I would not hesitate to work with either of these fine gentlemen again when the need arises.

Great service. Josh was really attentive and also examined the car and suggested things to get service guys to look at. He is great. Keith who did the shuttle service was great as well.

I brought my Mini In for servicing on Saturday. Everyone was wearing a mask, the seats were separated appropriately, the counter had additional space between, the floor was marked with 6ft signs and hand sanitizer was available. This made me feel comfortable being there waiting for my car My service tech texted me the anticipated charges which I loved. The amount was less than I was expecting which was a welcomed surprise. My car was finished in less time and I could enjoy my Saturday. My Mini is running so much better. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I know there are many choices of places to service my car. I prefer Global Imports MINI.

The team at MINI went above and beyond to make sure my wheel replacement was handled smoothly. I never dread bringing my car in for an appointment!

I, for once, actually liked buying a car. It was completely different from all the other dealership that I have been to. They were nice, let me pick, was not hounding or hassling me to make a deal and sell a car. If I ever need another car I will definitely come back here everyone was nice and was willing to work with me and my credit score. I will definitely be telling other people about my experience here and how nice everyone was and how they truly still remember customer service and not just making it a sale.

I was involved in an accident and had my car towed to Global Imports Mini. Brian was very helpful and communicative through out the process. Unfortunately it did not end well for my car as the insurance company totaled it. I will say the service was impeccable!

I didn't plan on purchasing a mini. But.......
Chris was awesome and gave excellent service. The GM was nice, approachable and transparent. Chris was very knowledgeable about the mini and showed me different options.
After a few days of driving mybrand new 2019 Mini Cooper S, only 4 miles. I was at a stop light and the Mini died. I had to switch it from sports to green, put it in park and click the ignition switch. Thank God it started! My husband contacted Global Imports, asked to speak directly to the GM. The GM didn't take the call but pawn my husband over to Chris (who wasn't in). The reception contacted Chris and Chris called my husband. Needless to say Mini is going back to find out what's wrong. Keeping my fingers cross nothing is wrong.

This is my fourth Mini lease from Global Imports, and I've never been disappointed. Sales, service and follow-up have always been excellent. FOLLOW-UP: Over and above advocacy from dealership (Peter Pham and manager Asif Dossani) with BMW Finance resulted in waiver of fees - consistent service gains my loyalty! It truly was a wonderful and memorable experience at Global mini in Atlanta. My salesman, Abe Alicea was wonderful! He was very informative regarding all the different mechanisms of the car that I purchased and remained friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. At no time whatsoever did I feel stressed or worried that I was making the wrong decision. The business manager who was responsible for my financing paperwork Matt Starrett was also very helpful and informative he helped me pick the best maintenance program and made the process quick and painless.

Tyler Walton is hands down the best SALES person that they have at this location. He is professional, personable, a problem solver and certainly on point!! His follow through alone will blow your mind! I am in my 3rd mini and this is the best one yet, I didn't know I could love a car so much! I was in a bind with my last mini and was feeling completely stuck and hopeless. Once David Baker took the time to hear me out, he not only listened with an open mind...he also had his best salesman assist me further. In conclusion, they both tackled the problem and had me leaving there happier than I thought was possible! The car dealership industry deals with such a negative reputation sometimes and I have to personally say, there are still good people out there so don't be fooled and uneducated about how things work. This was a very nice ICE car buying experience. No fuss, no mess. We were in and out in record time.

In and out pretty quickly. Couldn't beat the special offer on an oil change. Besides anything less than 5 stars is a failing review.
I tried to open the hood of my car a week or so after getting the service at Global and found that the hood release cable was broken. It just seems unlikely that the cable would have broken on its own not long after service. I sent Global an email that was redirected to the salesman for some reason. He did give me the name of the person in the service department I needed to speak with. I've grown tired of not getting return emails from this person so I give up. I will not return to Global for service or for my next MINI.

Do NOT get your Mini serviced at this dealership! I took my Mini in to have a simple led light replaced and the technician damaged my door sill. To make matters worse he tried to cover up his fix and used cheap glue. When I called to complain my service advisor said there was a recall on door sills for some Minis. My car had no open recalls. To top it off when I talked to the manager about my situation he said "the technician should have just replaced the part, now I have to deal with it." I am sorry if YOUR mistake is such a huge inconvenience? All they did was replace the door sills and apologized, but no amount of apologies will account for the 35 minute drive and the hour I wasted with poor customer service.

I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper from Global Imports Mini last week.

Salesman ("Motoring advisor") Sergei Antipov was the first to approach me and offer assistance. There was a lot to take in as Mini has definitely 'grown up' since the last time I bought a car in 2008. Sergei was super helpful and spent about 2 hours showing me all the new features in a variety of the cars on the lot. Without being pushy, he found one particular car and worked up a super deal for me. It wasn't the color I was looking for and frankly, I didn't know what color I wanted so I told him I would think about it overnight and let him know by week's end. When I got home, I searched their website and found one I had not seen in the showroom. I emailed Sergei pretty late last night asking questions about the car and he immediately replied. He told me that this was one of the best deals on the lot and it had everything I was looking for. So today I drove back up to the dealership to see this other car. Sergei was right, it was perfect. I purchased the car this afternoon.

Regarding the dealership, it is a little out of the way for me, as I live in Macon, Georgia, but the incredible service that Sergei provided took precedence over the location.

I have never had a better experience shopping for and purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend Sergei and Global Imports Mini. Their selection is a little overwhelming ... but they have lots to choose from.

I had a great experience at Global Imports MINI, the facility was very nice and the customer service was excellent.

The sales people would get five stars (especially Sergei)! The front line of service department at the Chamblee location is pretty bad. The service managers are terrible at communicating expectations and will try to up sell you unnecessary services.

This the third time I have used the services over a eight to nine year period. They were great each time great and always offer very good service on my repairs. I would be glad to recommend them to others.

I had an issue with a charge, and the service manager was very slow to respond. I had to call the General Manager to even get him to call me back. They do not offer the same complimentary services as most dealers, such as free tire rotation. Very sneaky about price matching as well.

Global Imports MINI has a great service department! Recently had our 2016 Mini Cooper S Hardtop in for it's first service appointment and they were extremely professional and exceptionally accommodating!! I have learned that a car is only as good as the service department that stands behind it. Based on that, I would highly recommend buying from this dealership! Greatly depends on your service manager. I have had horrible experience and limited managerial support in the past in reference to rectifying an issue.

Very detail-oriented, and went the extra mile to seal the deal. One night he texted me well after work hours to answer a question I had. I flew into Atlanta and picked up the car today. Great Experience!!! My wife and I were just in the place of looking at the Mini since she was wanting to have a Mini for quite some time now. now. As we were looking around we were met by Mike Drew, it was a great experience from the beginning. Actually Mike makes you feel like you have been friends for quite some time. We were able to test drive several cars and after driving my wife decided to go ahead and fill out the papers. Mike did everything he could to give us a great experience, my wife was extremely happy with the service that was provided and she is very hard to please when it comes to customer service. Even when it came to doing the financial papers we had great service with Matt, over all we truly had an awesome, sweatless time purchasing our vehicle.

I always have a pleasant visit when I go to Global Mini. My service writer (Desmond) explains everything very nicely, and delivers the car... when promised, repaired as promised, and normally hits the final bill really close to the estimate I was given when I approved the work. They maintain MINI Clubmans for my daughter and I both... and we are happy that they do.

Awesome experience with the service department, wonderful service advisor(Jeemaine). My car was done exactly when they said it was going to be and they fixed the issue that Mini of Kennesaw overlooked twice.

Global Mini Service replaced my high-pressure water pump while I waited. The whole process went smoothly, as I was able to work remotely from the comfort of their lounge, and go next door for a Pho Bowl for lunch. My Countryman was ready when I got back. Courteous & professional staff, spotless facility and comfortable waiting lounge with a strong, reliable WiFi connection. Highly recommended.

We had just come from seeing a car at an As Is dealership, and I was not super impressed with the Mini I saw there. I had previously been a Global Imports Customer with my last Mini and I was eager to give them a second try if they could fit my VERY tight budget. So I called and spoke with Jonathan the manager, and told him exactly what I was needing/wanting.
Floyd, a salesman, met us in the parking lot with a big smile holding the keys to the car we were going to test drive. He was very honest about costs and made sure that we were in the range we wanted to be with our payment. He was very careful to make sure I got as close to the Mini I wanted in that budget. I couldn't be happier.

OMG - I just bought a Certified Pre-owned Mini Cooper Hardtop from Global Imports Mini, and Colleen Kelly (my sales person) was AWESOME!. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and I am very happy with the experience! I came in to test drive a Mini, and had specific requirements, which Colleen patiently listened to, and then we looked over all the inventory to see what could meet my needs. Colleen Kelly was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, professional. The first day when I test drove, I was on a time schedule, and Colleen was very mindful of that. We drove a fantastic Mini (green!), and then I came in next day with my husband to test drive it and buy it. Colleen Kelly answered all our questions easily or found answers from colleagues if needed. We are SO HAPPY to join the Mini family. I really like that Mini feels like a family - similar to the Miata family that we've belonged to for over 20 years! We traded in our 1992 Miata and got an excellent price for it. All financing and maintenance packages were explained thoroughly by both Colleen Kelly and Matt Starrett (the financial person) and we ended up purchasing the maintenance package for this 2013 Mini because it made sense to cover the costs now of scheduled maintenance for the next 3-yrs. We drove away happy! Then the next day, I returned to hand in Miata title, and had discovered a scratch on the Mini outside mirror, and Colleen had it taken back to the shop to buff it out. Great service, kind and professional sales persons, wonderfully clear financial packages - all around a 5 Star (Plus) experience!
