I went to Germain Toyota the evening of Tuesday Sept. 15 to look for a 2012-2014.5 Camry, as that was a specific body style I ve always loved (I didn t like the 2015-2017 models). I test drove a 2012 LE and a 2014.5 SE and purchased the SE from Cody Close.
Cody was an amazing no-pressure salesman who walked me through the process and answered all the questions I threw at him, as it was my first time buying a car with financing. I wound up purchasing the SE, as it was my favorite color and it was more affordable than the LE.
I also dealt with Demetrius in Finance; he was amazing and helped me understand why GAP insurance is so needed. He also sold me protection plans that will come in handy (wheel/tire as well as electronics) later on.
I would recommend dealing with Cody and Demetrius when going to Germain. They also let me borrow a loaner vehicle while I had brake work done on the SE the next day, instead of me having to pay for the rental out of pocket. Finally they also helped me get a windshield repair scheduled at no cost to me.
If you need a Toyota dealer in Central Ohio to work with, Germain Toyota is the right choice!

We purchased our 2nd Toyota Seqouia we were greeted by Omar Jackson he was very knowledgeable about the truck he took the time to go over every option with us. Any questions we had he was very helpful. Omar was the best sales associate we have had the pleasure of meeting. Most tht we hve come across in the past were just impatient... I will be refering my family&friends to Omar he was wonderful couldnt hve found a better salesmen. We will be bringing our daughter out in a few mths to look at a car we hve Omar's card so we will be giving him a call to set up a appointment to look at a car. Again Thank You Omar Jackson for making us feel comfortable and for beening very knowlegeable it was a pleasure doing business with you and we will be in touch very soon....

Me and my wife had a pretty bad experience with Germain. We bought a used car that turned out to be a total lemon. The car broke down 2 days off the lot and needed a new engine. You might as well not even talk to any manger in the used car department. For starters the staff couldn t be any more unprofessional, half of the guys are wearing sweatpants. Chances are you re going to buy a a car from a someone who knows nothing about cars. The real problem is management however, you can tell talking to them they just see you as a profit to be made or lost. We eventually got them to take back the car they sold us, they said we d get a check back for our trade in. After 4 weeks of calling DeLacy in used cars (and leaving 5 voicemails) and never getting a call back, I came in. After about an hour they told me I m not getting a check but that my car is out in the parking lot ready to be taken home. The car was dead, and had no gas. On top of that they couldn t find the title to the vehicle. That s the short story of our experience.

Take your business over to Toyota Direct, Lindsey or Roush they ll treat you a lot better.

If you're looking for a new Toyota ask for Tom Lombardo! My family was looking for a new vehicle and we had the pleasure of meeting with Tom, he really took his time with showing us all the different features on the vehicle and he actually listened to what our needs were. We never felt pressured at anytime like at other dealers. I will always recommend Tom Lombardo to our friends and family when they are looking for thier next new car!

Brought a 2012 from this dealership in 2012 for my adopted daughter in 2016 I had to take the car from her because she fell behind in her payments which I had to catch up and have been paying since then on time went back to this dealership to trade car in and got a bunch of BS ..I pay 418.00 for a 2012 and the best they did was 650 a month for a 2015 . I know there was a lawsuit for Toyota charging outrageous pricing to all races other than whites and that's how I feel I was being treated at this dealership 650 for a 2015 gtfoh they have no loyalties to people who have been customers yes I could have let them repo the car but I caught up every payment she missed bout 3 of them and have made every payment since on time for the past 6 months they say they treat you like family and can help you maybe I was just the wrong color of the day...Will never buy from them again ...

We were in a tough position. We found out we had major transmission problems. We did not want to fix it for an older car. When researching the worth of our 2014 Honda Odyssey we found an average price from 13k to 15k (minus any transmission problems). Germain Toyota gave us 12,500 for it. While we tried a few different lease options they could not get a number where we wanted. At that point our sales agent, Tyrique Smalls, offered us the option to purchase the car outright. While they tried a few times they could not get a number we were comfortable with. As we were leaving they made one last offer and it was a good one! My wife and I were comfortable with the offer, we got a brand new 2020 Toyota Highlander with no issues. Tyrique worked hard for long time we were there. He was an outstanding agent who clearly cares about his job performance. The sales manager, as well as the finance manager were all very personable and extremely hard working. While they presented us with a lot of options they never pressured us to do anything. At the end of day we got out of a bad car, Honda Odyssey, and into a great car the Toyota Highlander. Thanks to the Germain team and thanks to Tyrique!

I can't say enough good things about an experience...

I can't say enough good things about an experience I usually dread. I traded a three year old Highlander in for a new one. Omar Jackson was sharp and intuitive, getting my questions answered almost immediately. He made arrangements for aftermarket equipment installed in my trade to be removed and reinstalled in the new car, kept me informed on everything as it happened and made the whole experience happen quickly and smoothly. He even reinstalled the roof racks on the new car himself - on a day off! I have already referred several people and will continue to refer anyone I hear looking for a new car to him. He is hard working and cares!

My husband and I just bought a 2012 Scion xB from Germain Toyota/Scion. We really like the car. Jesse W. helped us and was very upfront and honest with us from the start. If he didn't know an answer to our questions, he didn't make one up, he found the answer! He was very knowledgeable and even told us some things we didn't even know about the car. He didn't make us feel rushed. The car is great and a lot more roomy than I imagined. After the stereo was installed he showed me all of the features and even hooked up the blue tooth and showed me how it all worked. He continually asked if we had any questions and to call anytime if we did. I didn't like how the paying for the vehicle went down, but that is a completely different person. But if anyone ever asks me where to buy a Toyota or Scion I will tell them to call Jesse for sure!!

Just bought a used 4Runner and was looking for a dealer to service. Took it in for the airbag recall. Scheduling and service was as expected, until I picked up my vehicle. The technician left my truck filthy. There were dark grimy smudges all over the dash and front window, as well as dirt ground into both driver and passenger entries. I had to scrub multiple times to get everything clean.
Then come the barrage of emails wanting a review and to set up more appointments. I completed the review honestly and explained how dissatisfied I was with the service. I was immediately contacted by the Service Manager, Billy Blanton via phone call. He did apologize and asked me to call him to discuss. I returned the call an hour later and never heard back from him again. Very disappointing experience all the way around.

I can't express how disappointed I am that I brought my vehicle to Germain Toyota and almost bought a new car there as well. I did call the number above and asked for Veronica. I called in the afternoon a few days after the post, the young lady who answered the phone advised me that Veronica had already left for the day and would take a message to have her call me back. Nobody called me back. Again and again, Germain Toyota says they care, they're sorry and want to hear what happened to make it right. I follow through and nobody comes to the phone and then they don't return the call. Again and again. Apparently the work they did wasn't very good since I now have noise coming from a loose fan in the dash where to tech replaced the airbag. Don't ever take a vehicle here for service!

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Germain Toyota, and had a terrific experience. Tom and Tony were extremely helpful in finding the exact truck that I wanted, and working with me tremendously on the price of the truck and my trade in. The best part of the experience is that it was not high pressure in any circumstance; Tom and Tony worked with me to make the sale but did not push the sale on me. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

If there is possible to give less than one star. definitely I would like to give -0 star. I never seen this kind of sales person or finance manager in my life. Even they were not spoken one true word. They were literally cheating in many areas. one Ex - was asking my certified inspecting checklist past 1 month till now they have not given even not responding. Also , they are talking very rudely and behaved very harsh and threatening tone.

I will not suggest any of my friends.

Called to check availability of a car listed on their website, after being passed around a few times I'm told they still have the car but someone has an appointment to look at it later in the day and if I hurry I might be able to beat them to it.
This strikes me one of two ways:
A: They are bluffing to try and get me there in a hurry and then hold the future customer over my head during negotiations.
Or
B: Someone really had an appointment and they have no problem selling it out from under someone who made an appointment in good faith and was taking time out of their day to come look at a car.
Either way I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had not been through the process before (I have always traded in my vehicles rather than selling) and it went very smoothly. They did not pressure me to purchase another vehicle and understood that I was not ready to do so quite yet. Everyone there was very friendly, professional and courteous!

My experience with the used car sales men was terrible, no names mentioned. BUT your service department was wonderful, reason was Mr. Clayton Freeman. This man was extra special and so very helpful. And should be recongonized for his merits. If problems arised that were not in his area he found someone to help me. To go back, I bought a car from your facility end of December. The day after they delivered car battery was dead, Germain fixed. The car sat in garage for the month of March because I was out of town. So I had the car for a total of 3 months give or take. Took car to local auto place and was told the tires were bald, and it needed coolant. Sooooo I brought it to your service department and met Clayton Freeman, again a wonderful person. Germain put on two new tires, because the tires were bald, but I would have to come back for the coolant. I'm back sitting in your facility waiting, because the coolant ran out, which meant I had a hole in the condenser at the cost of $560.00. I want you to be aware that all the people in service, finance were great. I assume (wrong) that when the information on the carfax detail sheet that all services were checked. If everything was checked , they would have seen the battery was bad, if they would have checked the tires they would have seen that they were bald, if they checked the coolant they would have seen a problem. I'm a 72 year old women, alone and I need a car that works. Not only is it my tIme, but also yours. I could go on and on, but why. I do appreciate everything that was done for me, but this should not have happened if the car would have been properly checked.

I had warranty work done on my Prius 5/13/2020
After I returned home I received a call from Chris in the repair department, he was concerned about my oil change they had noticed oil drops from where I picked up my car. I offered to bring it back in the morning but he insisted they would send someone to my house to pick it up and take it back to make sure there wasn't any problem. I few hours later they returned my car and had also done a mini detail on the interior. If there was a 6 on your scale I would have given your team a six. I appreciate their care and concern about a drop of oil. I truly appreciate that kind of service

I got new 4Runner here and I have to say the customer service was excellent. The whole place had something of a impersonal feel to it, chaotic, but the sales associates and financing guy were great. Sal in particular was a big help and explained everything about the vehicle carefully from beginning to end. He didn t pressure me and was very straight up about everything. The finance guy was also very helpful and had a great demeanor. The buying experience was great overall and I am pleased with my new car.

David Backerman helped me to find a pre-owned fusion titanium that was in stock. He was prompt and met us right as my family and I got out of our cars. He was professional yet understanding and humorous which eased the buying experience for my first car. The car was cleaned and filled with a full tank of gas as soon as we finalized the deal. David did all he can to get the monthly payments close to our price range which my family and I were grateful for. The staff was kind and helpful as well! When the service was completed we got a call and returned to the dealership. The service was explained and again we were on our way. Obviously, Denise is good at her job and values customer service as well as auto service. Germain is fortunate to have employees of her competence.

If I could give Germain Toyota zero stars, I would.

My son bought a used car from them more than two weeks ago. The car had cosmetic front end damage to the bumper and fender. The salesman, Jason, told us that they intended to replace the bumper, anyway. We asked if he could give us a deal on doing the same for the fender to make the car like new. He came back with what we thought was a good price. My son put a substantial amount of money down and signed on the dotted line. He was to pick up the car in 4 days (Friday).

A couple of days later, the salesman called to say that the bumper was done (which we later found out was not the truth) but they still needed to paint the fender. Might be done Friday but could be Saturday. Left message Friday and Saturday for salesman and service manager, no response. Called Tuesday and the reception was good enough to go check on the car since everyone was apparently too busy to talk to a paying customer. The car was not done. It was just sitting in the service center like no one was actually paying for a car that they hadn't yet taken delivery of. She promised a call back that evening. Nothing.

The next day, the sales manager called to apologize. "This never happens" she says (of course). She brought my son in to give him a complimentary 2 year warranty. I thought, "Okay, they are trying to make this right". She promised the car would be ready by Friday. Friday came and went. She then said Saturday. Still no car. She said definitely Monday. Nope. When he called they said the paint had to dry before putting the parts back on. They needed until Tuesday, 6pm.

Today, a full 15 days after he bought the car (and I'm sure they've already been paid), they call him 45 minutes before he is scheduled to pick up the vehicle to tell him that the technician took the keys home. Apparently this didn't matter because the car was still in pieces since they hadn't gotten the paint color correct. My son has yet to take delivery of his car. Seriously, who runs a business like this?

After giving the poor messenger a few choice words, tells him that he will put the bumper on himself! I can't make this stuff up!

What does it take to simple take delivery of a product that you purchased? I mean, filing complaints with the Attorney General and the BBB are no brainers, but do we really have to get an attorney?

I gave four stars instead of five because you can never be perfect, but my experience here was great, everyone was polite and did everything they could to make the process of buying my car go smoothly. I had the lucky experience of working with Jason Gregory, who was polite and did everything he could to help ME throughout the process! I am very glad I picked Germain to get my car from! I ve never bought a car before, so I have no one to compare it too, but it was a quick purchase with many friendly people.

You need to change ASAP. HE was explaining, saying blah blah.. I just replied I had changed 2 months ago and HE said, sorry that i read for another car. I feel like they do lots of scam on other innocent clients .

My fiancee and I were on our way out of town this last weekend to see Garth Brooks. 10 minutes into our trip my 2018 Camry hit a pothole and blew a tire. Luckily I was close to Germain Toyota (who handles my service anyway), so I slowly limped there. I was panicked because it was after 12pm and we had to be in Pittsburgh PA by that evening. I ran into the service department panicking, and they jumped right into action. They pulled the defective tire, and put on my spare for me. We ended up taking my fiancee's vehicle but Germain made it possible for me to get home to switch cars. They were absolutely amazing, and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. We made it to the concert and it was a happy ending thanks to their AMAZING service reps and department. I returned Monday to have my tire fixed and they even remembered me. Chris even asked me how the concert was. They will continue to get my business and they just gained a customer for life. Germain treats you like family and not just a number. I recommend them first and foremost. Thanks again for saving the day!!!!

The entire buying experience was sub par and it on...

The entire buying experience was sub par and it only got worse from there. We were rushed to make a decision. We had to ask to see the car inside in the light as it was dark out at 6pm in November. There were repairs promised due to some wheel and paint damage. Then waited over an hour to sign paperwork. It was very by this time. The business manager forgot to ask for our down payment. He had to call me the next day to get it. He also had to call a second time because they miss calculated and he needed more money. It's not that I minded paying a day later, but at least have you calculations correct before you call to get my payment. As I stated earlier, repairs were promised. They said someone would contact me in a day or two to schedule repairs. I never heard from them. After the hustle and bustle of the holidays I began calling. First the salesman (David Backherms), left at least 4 messages over several days, no return call. Asked to speak with manager, sent voicemail every single time (Delacy something), no returned calls. This lasted through January and February. I actually spoke to David once. He said he'd call back in a few days, never did. I also spoke to another salesman (Joe Kelly) who told me he would personally deliver the message to a manager and be sure I was called back, but that never happened. I finally called and asked to speak to manager of the entire dealership. I spoke with Rich Newsome, the general manager. He was apologetic and said someone from the service department would get into contact with me. They did, and set up a drop off for the next day. No offer of a rental or anything. They then had my car for over a week, making said repairs. I checked on it twice and neither time could they give me ETA for when it would be finished. They finally called to say it was done when I called back they said they could not help me set up pickup because "Dave takes care of dealership paid repairs and he's not here" I went in the next morning and all they items promised were not actually complete. I had to wait nearly and hour for my car and them went out to get in and they had left it out all night in the snow with the window down. My entire drivers seat and door cover in a snowy/icy/mist. All i got was a "sorry about that." The only good thing I can say is I LOVE my car, however, avoid this dealership!

With needing to replace our Ford Explorer that was declared totaled from our insurance, we were faced with finding transportation fast that usually takes us months to decide. After driving our rental, a 2015 Corolla, looking online and finding Toyota had 0% for 72 months/$1500 cash back, and my wife and I deciding the Corolla would be a great choice for our next car, I called Germain only to ask a few general questions. The first person I talked to in sales was Norman Oribello. Within talking to Norm a few minutes, he answered a ton of questions I needed to know about the Corolla and the different trim levels all the while we were going over Germain's large inventory of Corolla's online, each listed with a inventory number, straight forward pricing for that particular Corolla's trim package. I then asked him to run my credit to verify eligibility (which my wife and I work very hard to achieve), so I could look over the numbers that evening on a particular Corolla LE (at this time it is already 8:00 pm). Norm called back within a few minutes, again answered a ton of questions I needed to know about the Corolla so I had peace of mind that I was making the right decision also went over that I qualified for Toyota credit , gave me exact final pricing, including sales tax and doc fee ,so I knew exactly what my payment would be ! (by this time 8:30 pm, when he was suppose to leave for the day but did not rush whatsoever, only knew because I had asked him earlier how late he worked) Thank You for that Norm! Fast forward to the next afternoon after work, wife and I looked over every Corolla in Germain's huge inventory and we decided we liked the alloy wheels on the Corolla LE ECO PLUS. We asked Norm if he could work with us on price difference between trim levels, as it exceeded our budget but was our definite choice! Norm worked his sales manager and made it happen! Again, Thank You Norm! The next time I'm needing a car or truck, I will be calling Norman Oribello at Germain Toyota in Columbus, Ohio.

Here's my "5 star review"

Ok, so my truck was totaled in an accident and I went here to buy one to replace it. Ended up buying a 16 RAM 1500 they had. Upon test driving the vehicle it had a pull to the right and a vibration. The sticker price in the window was $19,990 and I'm thinking at that price, they've serviced it and it's probably good. After test drive i informed the sales guy the front end shakes, needs an alignment and probably tires. Also had some dents and dings. (dealer did pay to have those fixed without any hassle) they agreed to align the truck and I'd pick it up a few days later.
2 days later go to get truck, signed papers and drove it 1 more time....pulled worse to the right, sales manager says ",yeah there's something wrong with it...probably the tires but we're not putting tires on it". I've already put insurance on this and was ready to roll. I was told I could take it home and revisit this the next day. Well, I slept on it and looked over my paperwork and see it's been "inspected".....well apparently their inspection guys need more training if they missed these tires (date code 2015) I go back and end up speaking to the new car sales manager....he gets with the " used car director" and reluctantly decide to put tires on the truck if I give this "5*" review.
Long story short, a customer shouldn't have to go through all this headache when the tries should've been replaced to begin with. If you're driving a vehicle, let go of the wheel and change lanes, that's unsafe. Bottom line. To be held hostage for a review just to get work done on a vehicle isn't professional in my book. Yes I got a good deal on the truck, and they put 4 new tires on it........ but look what I had to go through to get it done.
Car shopping used to be fun, this wasn't at all.

Our salesman was very low pressure, if any at all. The Prius sold itself, a beautiful car in every aspect.
The only complaint I have with Germain is that the interior of the car, windows and seats, were dirty. We were told they would be cleaned before we picked the car up--during the interminable but necessary paper-signing ceremony.
Alas, they were not.

Update--Prius was taken back and beautifully detailed. This is easily the best car and car-buying experience of my life.

Recently brought my camrey in for service. It has a persistent water leak coming from the sun roof. It's a real pain since it's a decent amount of water and causing the seats to freeze solid in the rear.

When I brought it in I advised them that I knew where the problem was coming from. I knew it was coming from the sun roof for because I recently had the vehicle in their auto body department due to a collision. I told them I knew it was not part of the collision but I would like it fixed. They said no problem and they would fix it for me. Well they did not fix it so here I was getting it looked at by the service department this time.

Apparently they still needed to charge me the $120 inspection fee for it. Ok, whatever I just want this fixed. Then I get a call that it will cost $720 to fix the leak. From what they told me it's expensive since the whole interior of the car needs removed to drop the headliner so they can access the leak. I don't understand why they can't drop the headliner with leaving the seats in but whatever. So out of curiosity I call their auto body department to see what it would cost for them to do it and they quoted me $200 to do the same thing. It's irritating because they are on the same property. When I brought this up to the service manager he told me that the auto body department brings all vehicles to the service department for this job. This seems like a flat out lie to me. Why would the auto body give me a quote that is $520 dollars less to do the same work if they take it to the service department?

Original: Purchased what I would believe to be the most expensive Toyota available, TRD Pro truck. I put a very large down payment to finance the vehicle. The sales consultant I worked with was extremely professional and did the job well. The sales manager, I don t recall his name, it may have been Tony, was extremely unconcerning of any conversations on my deal. Being a young adult he would not take me serious despite the large down payment I was prepared to give him. I will always appreciate the great Toyota I bought but I don t ever want Tony to be apart of any car deals I work in the future. This sales manager had no respect for the dollars I was giving him and only had concern of leaving for his Memorial Day weekend. Made me feel very insignificant despite the hard earned money I gave the dealership interest free. If I could do it over again I d find the truck at another dealer. I will always love my vehicle but the buying expirene will always haunt me since I can t be certain this was the right deal for the vehicle and trim level. The terms I was quoted were also unavailable when I was brought back to finance. Love my truck - very dissatisfied with purchasing experience.

Sales manager contacted me concerning the few vehicle tunings you d expect out of a brand new car and scheduled at no cost to me. Looking forward to having this completed and back on the road!

After asking for details on my sale and looking to understand if the profit margin Germain was making on my vehicle compared to other sales was typical I was told we (Germain) don t share that info.

That was pretty lame and basically a we don t care we made our money see ya. So in that regards see ya!

Don t go here if you have any business background and know about appropriate sales negotiation they won t play the game and you won t be able clearly see the numbers.

Profits over people for these guys and from the general manager down it certainly shows.

To top it off the positive reviews left on their page are that if family members, I see the same last name as many of the people I worked with as positive reviews on google. Good grief these guys are absurd!

Took my daughter over to pick up her new car. She had been told all paperwork would be ready to sign & should only take about 30mins to complete. It wasn't even started when we got there. 4hrs later we were finally able to leave. The car itself had not been cleaned properly & smelled like mildew. Overall disappointed in their service.

Haven't bought a car there (in fact, I pulled into the dealership in a car clearly branded by one of their Toyota competitors), but sometimes it's the little things that count.

I recently bought a set of generic hub cap covers there. They didn't fit. I was fully expecting them to hit me with the 20% restocking fee listed on the receipt. But they didn't even try. A small victory for me, but I'm counting it as a plus for the dealership.

I have never been so degraded in my life than I have at this dealership. I brought my car in for an inspection and was told if I had the service completed there the diagnostic is taken off the service and also that I needed a brand new transmission and there was no way around it, among many other minor things. I took my car to a transmission specialist who said I only needed an electrical part for it, which really only the dealers can replace because it has to be programed to the car. When bringing my car in for the service the service associate (last name of Mathias I believe) spoke to me in a degrading and condescending way. He was the service associate who did my diagnostic and when he saw what my appointment was for and told me that I shouldn't be getting that I need a whole new transmission and I didn't listen to what he had said. I was quoted a price over email and when telling him this his response was "well I quoted you this when you were in here IF you can find the email I could price match". I also asked for a transmission flush which he said they can not do to my car. Then when I asked if they could change the oil he said yeah sure we will flush the transmission for you. At the end of it all when I asked if the diagnostic would be taken off he told me every associate has a different rule it is only taken off if service is done same day. Long story short I had to fight for 1.5 month to try an get anyone to call me back about my terrible service. My boyfriend and I had both tried calling and leaving messages for the service manager which were never returned. After finally speaking to a sales manager, after the receptionist lied saying all other managers were in a meeting (turns out no one else was there according to the sales manager), I was assured that Monday I would get my diagnostic refunded. I waited two more weeks to call and finally spoke to someone who told me I could be refunded the diagnostic. Nowhere in this time did I get apologized to for how wrongly and rudely I was treated. No one mentioned how unprofessional the sales associates responses were. No one told me that they would speak to the associate about the instance and try to instill better customer service skills. Overall I am so disappointed in this having the Germain name attached. I expected so much better from a company that I heard great things about. The kicker...when asked how I would like my refund the person asked if I wanted it in shop credit. No sir. I will never be returning to your shop again after the poor treatment I received.

My wife and I bought a 2018 RAV4 XLE Hybrid and Amanda was our sales person. We live in Cincinnati, but Gernain had what we were looking for and at an excellent price. Amanda worked with me to get an even better price and a good price for our Solara we traded. Amanda worked with me via emails quickly and efficiently dealing with my questions. She made the sales experience actually fun. She was prepared when we got there and everything was completed fairly quickly and easily. Demetrius was the finance guy and he was very easy to work with and we never felt under any pressure to do anything. He answered our questions and worked a good deal for us. One employee at a dealership can taint the reputation of a dealership. Amanda and Demetrius are assets to the Germain Toyota dealership.

Buyer beware! My parents had the worst customer service experience at the Germain Toyota service center on Brice Rd. Their handicap accessible van (my dad is paralyzed), is on recall for the airbags. My mom as been hesitant to take it in, because she was afraid it would take long to repair. She finally made an appt 2 weeks ago to bring it in this morning at 10 am. She was there right on time, and sat there for about a half hour, when a manager came out to ask her if anyone told her it s a 6 hr job. No one had told her,
so she had to get a ride home. My dad is at work today, once again, he s paralyzed, his only way of transportation is their van, and he gets off at 5pm. Around 4pm, my mom hadn t heard anything from Toyota, so she called and left a message with a Chris. She never heard from him, called back at 5, once again was asked to leave a message. Finally she calls me at 6:30 to come get her because no one would return her phone call. When we get to Toyota, it turns out they never even started work on her van!! From 10am-7pm they never touched it. And not only that, but never even let her know that they didn t get to it. My dad is still currently waiting at work!!! The office is closed, and my mom had to get her van that they had all day and never worked on. That is totally shameful!! I m appalled at their behavior, lack of apology, and total incompetence. They knew the situation about it being a handicap van, and my dads only form of transportation. They chose to overlook a recall appt to line their pockets. Steer clear of them!!

I purchased a vehicle about a couple months ago at this loaction. Prior to purchase I been looking for a venza for months when my current vehicles needed major repair I decided to purchase a vehicle. I noted that this location had the model and color I wanted listed for a while under 20 grand for weeks. When I stopped in I was informed that they only had one red venza that they just got a day prior. The saleman or as they say sales consultant informed me that they have a price guarantee that the price on the vehicle is the lowest and is priced on a daily price for the market and is the best price anywhere even online. My phone was low on charge that day so I took there word for it. Well I found out that night after I puchased the vehicle that the vehicle that I had viewed 2 weeks prior was the same but at a much higher price. When I asked why I was told it a "groupon type deal" and it was my fault for not providing the Iinformation "so much for the price guarantee". I inquired as to why they said it was there only one day when in fact under two different sites (there own dealership site mind you) the same care (same vin car) been listed for 30 plus days. A manager told me what does it matter if the car was there 1 day or 300 days. Well it matters due to being dishonest and misleading. When this manager didn't solve the issue I said I will be leaving a review and quote "I should stay off computers because I am not good with them". Well I contacted and spoke to another higher up and I ended up getting the vehicle for the original listing price online which was more than a grand differance. So I thought that was the end of it. They apologize for the miss communication and I took down my review and went on with life. I paid 10 grand down and I didn't receive a bill so thought they we auto taking it out of my bank account. The loan is through a bank I have a account with. I get a call that they didn't get the loan set up because I didn't sign one of the forms. Well I am with the financial person that had me sign the paper so thid should have been done right the first time. Pissed and have delt with the prior aggravation. I made them bring me the paperwork. This man informed me that the vehicle info part was not filled in correctly and this varied from the what the prior person said on the phone "that i missed a signature". I had them rewrite the loan with the difference off on the price that I went through before, and for some reason know one knew about this till they communicated again together. Supposedly the person who adjusted the price back down was to have a meeting about this. hmm? So, I signed it all again plus the additional plan that cover to 100,00 miles that cost a extra grand to cover major issues like electronics in the car. Also, when i bought this car they kept pushing for this service plan. At first I said I didnt want it i just wanted the vehicle. Well the adjusted the plan price and i agreed to the service plan, they even brought in another person to sell me this plan. So tonight 2 days after dealing with siging new papers i get a letter saying that the service plan is unable to be done due to the vehicle being to old "2013". Well I am pissed, I am done this is the straw that broke the camels back. I am a forgiving person but this is all to much. All I have gotten in this deal Is aggivatation. No offer but to adjust to the price online which is what the car should have been sold as and misleading information.
SO YET AGAIN I FEEL SCREWED OUT OF A GRAND. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TOYOTA. #HondaImissu...
