Pretty good price on a CR-V. Only disappointment was finding the tires inflated to 45 PSI once brought home. Per the door label should be 33 front and 30 rear

Late on the 30th of the month, shopped all over Lindsay was the best choice by far. Beat the other dealer 18 miles away, and didn't play any games. Matter of fact was sitting in the lounge when the previous dealer called with an update that they "would" give me what I wanted for my trade ! Very satisfying to say sorry... I told you I was ready to purchase. Oh don't even think about Newark ! Can't say what I feel about that fiasco. But they have a super salesman Mr. Lybarger, too bad he didn't work for Lindsay.......
I went to Lindsay to look at a new car while we were visiting family, with the belief that when my wife and I got back home to Cleveland we would buy there, I was so pleased with how courteous and helpful our salesman Antonio was and how helpful and attentive the staff there was, even the finance process was much nicer then I expected, so my wife and I decided to drive back from Cleveland and purchase our new Honda from Lindsay. I must say I was not a Honda man but Lindsay and Antonio and the belief among the staff that the customer comes first has converted me, I am already planning to buy my next new car from Lindsay Honda or Lindsay Acura next spring.
Received a good deal on a new 2020 Accord. Dave Dawes in the sales dept. was great to work with. Small hiccup in the finance area, but the dealership went the extra mile to fix it. Highly recommend shipping at Lindsay Honda.
I Listen to them all the time on 104.9 radio. They have cash for clunker 2500 to 3500. This is just NOT true they would only give me 2200 for my car. That was after I debate with them. My car was well worth 4000. it was a 2011 Sentra. I purchased the HRV anyway. The the exit interview was very sloppy. Salesman passed me off another guy to do our exit process.. All he did is set my phone to the radio system. Salesman said to me before he left me with other guy. If you are not going to an excellent rating i want to no why. I Thought he was kidding but he wasnt. I was disappointed with dealerships lies, and misrepresentation. Maybe I should of went elsewhere. Hugh Honda or stayed in Marysville. Probably will not by another car from them. Salesman was pleasant until end exit process.
Did my homework when shopping for a new Ridgeline. Based on customer responses I selected Mike Houston to talk to. I was not disappointed. Has to be the kindest most knowledgeable salesperson. If you have never been to Lyndsay ask for Mike. Best example of what a salesman should be. Thanks Mike.
Absolute nightmare of an experience! I went to Lindsay Honda to get a CR V. Was told they could only put me in an lx. It had zero of the 5 features that I asked for. I come back to get rid of it and presto, they can put me in the car i wanted for an extra $9000. My salesperson was great, but every deal he took got shot down the first time, but instantly it was accepted when I came back. Long story short, a $28,000 car is costing me $50,000. Buyers beware.

The dealership has great follow up, very persistent. They hounded me for a year. Anyway, my 12 year old Mercedes died the night before. I walked into Lindsay Honda and walked out less than three hours with a newer ride. Not one hour missed from work. Tyler Woodall is a great salesman. He made the process transparent and honest.

The vehicles have always been reliable so I knew as long as we went to the right salesman I wouldn t mind returning. In the last month, my husband and I have bought two cars from Lindsay Honda. Earlier this July we traded in our 2008 Ford Escape for a 2011 Honda CR-V, and the process was so easy that we ended up trading in our 2010 Civic for a lease on a new 2014 Civic today! We have done business at other dealerships where they make you feel like THEY are doing YOU a favor by selling you a car. This is NOT the case at Lindsay - they truly value your business. Our salesman, Tom, was so pleasant and easy to work with during our used CR-V purchase that we requested him to come over to New Sales to sell us our new Civic today. My dad has been a customer of the Lindsay's exclusively since moving to Columbus in the 1970s, when they were still Honda East. I can say that this is the only dealership my family will do business with as long as we are in the state!

Ask for Leon Smith. He was fantastic. I set an appointment the day before intending to get some ideas on a vehicle I had been looking at online. Leon proved he knew his product. I thought I wouldn't like the interior color on the model I wanted and he assured me it looked much better in the car than it did in the sample book. He was right. Felt good about it from the get go. Test drove a used SUV which involved driving roughly a half mile away from the dealership turning around and coming back, never above 35 miles an hour. Sales person asks me to park the truck and when we get out wants to know if I m ready to buy it. Literally spent more time watching the person enter my information into the computer for sales purposes than time I got to look at the SUV. Needless to save I bought elsewhere.
Stopped by with my grandmother to return my grandfather's car after he passed away. Customer service from these guys are terrible. The tone of voice used was unacceptable and the fact that Eric pretended he was "too busy" to help us is just a joke. We came in during the morning hours and there were legit no other customers around. Rather than assist us with the required paperwork needed to return the car, he gave us a business card, spoke extremely fast, and told us to call some number and tell them that he needs paperwork faxed over to him rather than him call this number himself.
It's unfortunate we had to deal with this poor customer service from Lindsay Honda because they have always taken good care of us in years past. Our entire family has purchased cars from this location and has built great rapport with some of their associates.
Amenda Richardson sold me a CR-V, she went over and above making sure every detail was taken care of for me! She is so helpful and friendly I can't to refer her to my friends and family for their next car buying experience!
They make buying the car easy and do get you a deal. I appreciate that.
What they won t do is provide follow up service or be accommodating to getting titles squared away, simply saying call Financial services or go down town even when you show up with tags and registration from a previous vehicle that could be transferred. To be fair, COVID happened, still lazy.
They also won t record your address right even when all the paperwork has your apartment number on it, they ll forget that and all the mail will never reach you.
When you do actually call Honda for a Memorandum of Title, they ll just Xerox the Blue title and ship it out to you like they did a great job.
I won t be buying another car from them. Or from Honda.
Brad was a horrible salesman and was there just to make a sale. He and management lied to make the "best deal" that they could. They swapped vehicles and undercut the sale price I was getting.

Oh hell, here we go again... I really have to remember to start taking pictures! I bought a 2019 Honda Fit sport ( Orange ) no less from these guys last year and they were great! It was for my girlfriend's daughters graduation. Because she would be going to work during the summer and off to Miami University when School started up in fall. Well we all know how that turned out. So she ended up using it to drive Door dash deliverys. Only logging about 3500 total miles. I had Lindsay Honda go through the total service today just to make sure everything was ok even though there isn't that many miles on it. Like I suspected Hondas reputation is still rock solid and everything is all good. Despite all the crazy going on Lindsay Honda is still great with service and pricing. Customer service etc... Or at least that's been my experience. Sorry if I ramble a little bit but at least you might understand where my view point is coming from sometimes.

Our sales specialist Christian, was excellent to work with.
He represented our request on the sales price and negotiated that for us well.
Our only concern was a mechanical issue with the vehicle that presented itself during test drive , this a previously used vehicle.
The in-house mechanics had represented that problem had been noted and tended to but in indeed had not, which also became apparent to our sales specialist during the test drive.
He went to great lengths including talking to supervisors and the problem was resolved .
Following day upon the second test drive the issue seem to have been repaired so we did purchase the vehicle.
The space itself at Lindsay Honda Used Vehicles is very clean, the lobby is very comfortable complete with comfortable seating and complimentary beverages and popcorn.
First, I want to acknowledge our sales associate Jeremiah Wilson who went above and beyond to help our family get a car that is more than efficient for our needs! We had visited a couple of other places who wouldn't help us and didn't really care about our needs or concerns in regard to purchasing a vehicle. Karoline in the finance department is amazing!! She also went above and beyond and made sure we received a great price for our car, a affordable downpayment and a great monthly payment without even asking! I take my reviews seriously because I know people read them looking for information to help them with a decision that they are trying to make. I will go a little further and say that our credit isn't the best (understatement) and they still worked with us. We left feeling like we got a great deal and Jeremiah and Karoline didn't leave until everything was handled with us which wasn't until after 9pm! They are awesome and more importantly... they care.
My husband and I recently went to Lindsay Honda just to browse the CR-V options, not really planning on leaving with a car that day. Our sales attendant, Mondale Bradley, was awesome though and spent a lot of time getting to know us, what our needs were with our vehicles, what our current financing situation was and what we could afford, etc. My husband is a stickler for getting a deal and is very cautious about car salesman as he's had bad experiences in the past. That was not the case for us this time at Lindsay Honda though, and we left that day with a new leased car for a great deal that we felt really good about. Mondale even went out of his way the next week to find us a cargo cover for the car which doesn't normally come with our model. I would recommend Mondale to anyone who wants an honest guy who will make sure he gets you what you really want, for a price that works for your budget.
very VERY disappointed in this place! I bought my car on August 25, had some features that was to be done by Lindsay Honda, was told a A WEEK atleast for the window tint and hubcaps to be done, it is now October and my sales man Mark hasn t done anything! I will NEVER BUY a car from here again! I wish I would ve went somewhere else. I still have no received my PROMISED window tint not my hubcaps. I would NOT recommend this place!
Excellent service by Mondale Bradley! The Honda Accord Sport (Black) was the car I was looking for. He provided all the instruction I needed to operate the vehicle! This included the phone connections for GPS, audio and source controls. I am sure I will be pleased with my Honda purchase for years to come!
Brand new 2017 Honda Civic LX Two days after buying raid freezes after a phone call received and have to pull over and restart car to reboot the radio. I take it to Honda Lindsay and they tell me it s from my iPhone update (WRONG) it happened with two other iphones AND an android with a computer completely different OS. Went up to this dealership twice to have this issue fixed and they continued to blame it on he iPhone it s clearly an issue with the unit itself! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.Save yourself and go to ANY of the other Honda dealerships in Columbus.

We had done extensive research prior to arrival, and our questions were specific. Mr. Williams proved very knowledgable, courteous and helpful without being the least bit pushy. At no time did I feel we were being manipulated or coerced into moving faster than we wanted to move or add things we didn't need. It should be noted that we arrived fairly certain that we would not be making a commitment that day. I inquired about a new vehicle on the Lindsay Honda website on a Saturday. I promptly received a call from Jami who indicated she had some options for me. I walked in on the following Monday and was immediately greeted by Ernest who was honest, fair and friendly. He made the entire process feel like I was working with a good friend. The Lindsay Honda atmosphere is lively without the hard sell. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and my experience at Lindsey Honda.
I had an excellent experience. I couldn't have had better service from my Sales Consultant Mondale Bradley. He got me the car I wanted and the finance team gave me the deal I wanted. All in all, great service and a very fun atmosphere. The dealership was also very neat with a small museum and soon to be gyms and movie theater.

I purchased a brand new 2015 Honda Accord and within 90 days, all engine lights are on and Lindsay Honda Service "Doesn't know what is wrong with it". Tell me how a brand new vehicle is having so many issues and Lindsay Honda is not backing up their product? No one is able to help us and it is a little frustrating because now we are stuck trying to figure out how we are going to function without a vehicle while some one figures out what is wrong. Why does it become our problem after we purchase this brand new vehicle from your Dealership?
Lindsay Honda was great! They were not pushy and were very easy to work with. Adam Long did a terriffic job of helping me find a car I could afford that I love! This is a dealership who truly cares about customers NOT just about how many cars they can sell each month. Go Adam and Go Lindsay!
I bought a car from Lindsay recently. At first I was very pleased but they are very sloppy. They did not follow through with what they said they would do. Everything just didn t work out like they said.
I d probably shop here again, but I ll think long and hard before going back. Would hate to have this happen again.
The salesperson was easy to work with and they had a nice selection of used vehicles. We purchased a vehicle this past weekend and the transaction was smooth, however there were some mechanical issues we found with the vehicle the next day that the dealership would have been aware of and did not address. When the sales person was contacted, we were told that he would check on it and they would "make it right". After speaking with the manager, the salesperson contacted us and said the mechanical issues were not necessarily "safety issues" and would not be addressed after all. So now, on top of what we paid for the vehicle, we are having to pay for additional repairs and replacements of issues that should have been dealt with by the dealership. Very disappointing. Perhaps we would have been valued customers had we spent more money. From what I've read through other reviews, this is the norm. Once the sale is over, so is the customer service. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.
Went in 4 months ago just to look at vehicles and actually got up to walk out of the dealership when I realized that I wasn't going to find something that was in my price range I saw ask for 179 a month but that quickly doubled once I got there. I was a bit hesitant because I already had a vehicle that I was almost done paying on but Jessie the salesman said that if I wanted a new car that he can make it happen so he proceeded and everything was done in-house even the insurance everything happened so fast and there's so much paid was I really didn't understand what I was getting into and I'm 39 years old so it's not my first rodeo but it was a rush rush situation it felt like and by the end of it I was in a 2015 Honda Accord but immediately I noticed there was some issues I believe we're with the battery because the car wouldn't always start and sometimes I had to get it jumped other times it would just start back up after about 5 or 10 minutes I tried to contact Jesse Again by voice mail but you never return my phone calls I called and spoke again with other employees and they said that he was probably out of town and would get back to me over the period of 4 months I never did get a response from him about 2 weeks ago I took it in for an oil change and ask them to check the battery because of the issues I just mentioned and they said the battery was fine this past Saturday morning the car was pretty much inoperable I was barely able to get it to the service department once at the service department they said that a mouse climbed into my engine and chewed up all the wires. It sounded pretty ridiculous to me but what can you do so they wanted $330 to fix that but said that there could be transmission problems as well so I began to call the dealership to speak with Wes Campbell I called for three days before he returned the phone call and when he did he said what do you want me to do about it he's extremely rude and unprofessional before he can even finish showing me out for being unresponsible and blaming me as if it was my fault I just asked if he could direct me to the department they gave me the extended warranty and he immediately jump to conclusions and said you won't get any money back even though I was not calling about getting money back I was just calling to see if the warranty covered the electrical issues needless to say they completely put the blame on me and Jesse has ignored me the rest of the day today I've called back several times to try to reach the finance department but keep getting sent to voicemail.
I doubt highly that a mouse was able to climb up in there from 3:30 or 4 a.m. Friday night until 9 a.m. Saturday morning and do that much damage and since I was already experiencing issues which were documented with my insurance company since I called in to get a tow truck and a jump and also with the used Lindsay Honda dealership at my last oil change they are still refusing to assist me.
Either way I figured I would post this to potentially warn future customers.
I am really shocked at the way I have been treated here not to mention the car that I trade it in was worth $4,500 and they only gave me $500 as a trade in I did need a new car because I work as a courier and and the delivery driver so I figured a Honda would be best for that line of work I have a question and Jesse the salesman also said that he was a Christian he also said that the dealership didn't have my vehicle and that I never showed up there Saturday so I'm not really sure what's going on with this place but I will continue to fight.
The car salesman I worked with (Luis) was exceptional at working with me to get me in the car I wanted. Drove away with a brand new 2015 Civic Si and I absolutely love it. This place is really what it is hyped up to be.
