We were greeted by Denise and told the service would take 5 hours to complete. She walked us to the office area and helped us to get a loaner car. In a short time we were on our way. When the service was completed we got a call and returned to the dealership. The service was explained and again we were on our way. Obviously, Denise is good at her job and values customer service as well as auto service. Germain is fortunate to have employees of her competence.
