Too many free pizzas, donuts, snacks, and unlimited coffee at work... The only issue I have is trying to find ways to sneak home some of the snacks after work.

I have been working with CB911 for YEARS now, through multiple companies. Their attention to detail has saved us a lot of time and money. Jasalyn, my account manager, is always available to answer questions, and she's constantly analyzing my data to help me streamline my business practices. The peace of mind I get in knowing that she is always looking at my account and keeping an eye out for anything out of the ordinary, is absolutely priceless. On numerous occasions, she has caught some very preventable fraud, and helped me to stop it from happening in the future. I cannot say enough how important the hands-on and friendly customer service that Jasalyn provides has been to me, since I am not knowledgeable at all when it comes to chargebacks. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs help managing chargebacks!

This company is a joke. I was employed for about 8 months, and I was completely miserable working there. The Vice President of the company favors certain employees because they are friends outside of work. He allows them to have the full benefits including PTO and paid holidays as soon as they start unlike everyone else they have to wait until they have been employed for a year in order to receive that. The company expects for you to put your two weeks in but when they plan to terminate you it s all of a sudden and you are not given any type of notice. This company is so focused on other vendors that they can t even acknowledge that majority of their employees are wanting to quit because of the way they are being treated. It s a shame that when certain people come to town you have to pretend like the company has it together so that it leaves a good impression. If your not a developer then you are considered not important. Chargebacks911 is a horrible company, I wouldn t ever recommend this company to anyone.
