Aaron, he is new, He was very courteous he kept me informed.

I believe there should be a policy of informing the customer how long it will take to get an oil change and tire rotation. You were very busy, I understand. Delays happen. I had to go into the auxiliary waiting area. After about an hour. A nice salesperson went to check on my car. Great customer service as that goes. I was informed my car had just now been moved into a service bay. It was over an hour again, before it was done. I asked Aaron if it was better to have an appointment. He told me know, he said early morning was the best time. I do not have the ability to come at time. My job starts at 0800.

I did not have a positive experience with the serv...

I did not have a positive experience with the service department. I requested my tire be repaired and an oil change in addition to repair for Ford Customer Service Program issue (similar to a recall notification). I was told I would need to pay $110 for the diagnostic if they found something else wrong with the car.
Well they claimed the MAF sensor was bad in addition to this part that was bad as a part of the Customer Service Program and wanted to fix it to the tune of $510. They also told me I needed a new set of tires because they found a nail in one of them. Well I declined all the other stuff and had recall stuff completed.

Then I ordered the MAF off Amazon for less than $30 and replaced it myself...but the punch line is that my old MAF sensor was not bad at all. It needed to be cleaned. That was it.
And when I picked up my car, the oil change was not done and the tire was not repair. They did inflate it to which it promptly went flat in my driveway a day later.

The entire process took over a week because I made the appointment on a Saturday morning with no warning I was going to have to leave my car. Then the guy who was supposed to call me back never called back because he either quit or was fired and I had to keep calling to get the status of my car.

I would not go back to Dick Masheter for service or to buy a vehicle. I do not trust them and I was sorely disappointed in the entire experience. Hope you enjoy your $110 Dick Masheter. It's the last money you'll ever see from me or my family.

They was friendly! They answered any questions that I had about my vehicle. And gave me a card and told me if I need anything else or any more questions to give them a call oh, and you don't find that too often anywhere anymore.

I just got my oil changed. Could smell oil burning on my way home. Checked under the hood and oil on everything. Wow they left the cap off. I've lost a lot of confidence in the quality of service at this dealership.

I leased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Dick Masheter on 11/11/2016 for a term of 3 years on or about 5/10/2019 this business was notified I was ready to term my lease early as I was interested in purchasing another make and model vehicle. I advised at that time, I would make all remaining payments as required. On 05/24/2019 the vehicle was "Grounded" (turned in) at the Dick Masheter dealership. I met with Ryan Grimm a sales Manager filled out a one page form and was advised They would take care of the rest. When I inquired about the final payments due Ryan stated because the vehicle still needed to be inspected, I wouldn't need to make the final payments to him but would receive a final bill from Ford Motor Corp. On 06/17/2019 I called Ford Motor Co. as I had not yet received a final bill. Ford Motor Corp's customer service associate advised me that the vehicle's lease was termed however, I would need to wait for the vehicle to go to auction because the information they received in regards to the term lease was " Voluntary Early Termination" and not any information that I would be paying off the remaining payments. I called Ryan on 06/17/2019 to advise him of what I was told by Ford Motor, he sent me a copy of the paperwork that was sent over to Ford Motor and advised it must have been an error on their side.

On 06/18/2019 I Called Ford Motor again to make the final payments on the vehicle and to advise on the email that was sent to their office by Ryan Grimm. The Ford Motor associate stated that because I was advised not to make the final payments at the time the vehicle was returned, the term reason reflects a "Voluntary Early Term" and not" Early Term, customer will payoff remaining balance". Apparently the difference in wording has a significant affect on how it's reported on a credit report.

Due to the inaccuracy of the above information my credit report now reflects, the Ford Motor Corp account still open with a balanced owed. This reflection has caused my Debit to Income ratio to almost double since I purchased another vehicle on 05/17/2019. Had I been able to pay the Ford vehicle off on 05/24/2019 which I could have done if not advised otherwise, my Debit to Income ratio would be reflecting correctly and my credit score would not have dropped from 715 on 5/17/2019 to 687 by 06/10/2019. Prior to this Ford purchase, I previously leased two other Fords none of which reflected this way on my credit report once turned in. Those vehicles too were turned in prior to the end of the lease term. I believe the above process was not relayed to me correctly by design. It is a punitive tactic used by the dealership as consequence for not purchasing another Ford vehicle. It would appear that because there was no profit to be made on your end, the required due-diligence to provide the most accurate information at the time the vehicle was Grounded was purposely deficient .

on 06/08/2019 I called Ford Motor Again to try to make the final payments I was advised I could not make the payments over the phone as the account has been closed, this was never relayed to me in any of the other conversations I'd had with the two previous Rep's. She stated I needed to now mail my payment in and once received it would reflect the account closed and paid, she had no information on if this would show as a late payment on my report or any other information as to updates that would be made to reflect the true standing of the account

Got my very first brand new car and couldn't be happier! The experience has been great and Mike Carr has made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Thanks to everyone at Dick Masheter for being so friendly and getting me on the road in my 2017 Ford Fusion.

The blinker issues is fixed. However there are now buttons on my steering wheel that dont do what they say they do and others that don't work at all.
I was able to talk with someone about scheduling another time to bring it in. However I have yet to hear back.....

2nd Ford dealer in the area that I won't go back to. My experience here was slightly better than at Kreiger Ford, but it took me over 2 months to try to get the rust around the seam of my trunk lid fixed under warranty, and Ford still hadn't received the pictures that they said that they sent. The first time that I went there the body shop said that there was absolutely no way that Ford would fix it under warranty, and they turned me away. They didn't even take pictures the first time. A month after the 2nd time that I went there, they said that no pictures had been sent.

It is an easy case. Around the seam where the sheet metal is folded over and it has rust bubbles all around that area and some paint has already flaked off. They probably didn't clean the part properly before painting. There is no way that the warranty won't cover it.

The guy in the body shop wouldn't let me get a word in when I confronted him about this. He said that it wasn't his problem and was telling me things that I should do. I wasn't going to invest more time doing what he should be doing, so I am trying Germain Ford to see if someone can do something right. I will not let Dick Masheter or Kreiger touch my car. Kreiger was worse, but this was unacceptable too.

Guys be careful for making service this place, my first vehicle service here, I left my Bluetooth headset and some other stuff on the vehicle dashboard andThey took it all. I talk to couple of the service team and ask them if they can only compensate the Bluetooth headset two weeks later they said we order new Bluetooth headset, but you know what they give to me!!! Very bad Used one and I can t hear The voice clearly when I am using Bluetooth. Very dishonest people even the managers who give it to me this Bluetooth headset. So guys be careful this place at least don t left anything on your vehicle.

DO NOT bring your car here for service. I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. I got a flat tire on my Ford Focus and had it towed here & it took them FOUR WHOLE DAYS to replace and balance my tire.

They didn't have the super basic tire I needed to match others on my vehicle and then didn't have the nut and bolt to put it on after it broke off after they attempted to replace it. Their customer service is horrible & they spent half a day TRYING TO FIND MY CAR after it had gotten dropped off there by AAA. I've also had it towed there before & spent time attempting to find my car after they moved it from the service area after the work had been completed. No one there seemed to know where it had been parked!

Do not bring your car here!!

January of 2016 I went to Dick masheter after visisting several other dealerships. Josh helped me out. The reason i bought my truck here was because josh wasnt pushy and helped me find what I wanted and went out of his way to help. Service dep. and body shop are also great. $5 oil changes. Cant beat that. Its about to be january 2017 and its time to trade my truck in. i wouldnt think about going anywhere else.

I went and got several other estimates and the highest was $412.00 and the lowest was $340.00?? Really!!

When I went to pick up parts, I was told I could only get them if I allowed them to photo copy my driver's license, not see it, copy it. Cancelled order. Bought one new vehicle there and had mixed service. Will not go back.

I would give a zero. My SUV was in the shop 8 days.
I had to call them every day for updates. I was always on hold 10 to 20 minutes waiting to get a update. When I took the SUV in they failed to tell me they were behind on servicing vehicles due lack of technicians. If I had known I would have requested a rental. They need to do a better job at communicating. I do not plan on going to that Ford dealership for service again.

Mgmt needs to overhall the service department and it has nothing to do with the workers only mgmt. Could barely get through to anyone the times I was calling, had to go up there on Wednesday to find out what was going on with the car. There is so much confusion there about who should be doing what and organization needs to be worked on. That phone just kept ringing when I called in and even when I was there. Those workers need some more help and the company could get a bit more organized. Everyone was running around, bumping into one another, chaotic , unorganized.

My wife and I dropped off our 2004 Mercury Montego van on Sunday evening, February 23, 2014. The back door would not open. We were instructed it was a dealer only repair. We never received a call about the service. My wife had to call them on Thursday, February 27th. Their response - sorry we have been really back looged. We will get to it tomorrow. We never received a call. Today, March 3rd, we picked the van up from their service department. They never looked at it. They never called us. Their excuse was they were really back logged. I wonder how many other repairs were moved ahead of ours? Awfull service!

We are treated like family, treated with respect and our vehicles are always taken well care of. When the time comes to purchase our next car or truck, there s no question that we ll be buying here.

Very quick service. Took my car in for a recall and another issue. Another dealership told me they were scheduling recall fixes a month out and it would take a week. Dick Masheter had the parts ready to go and my car was finished before I got off work the same day. And that included the additional work I needed done. I was able to drop my car off before work, get a shuttle to work, and a shuttle back to get my car after work. I was also pleased that the majority of the communication was able to be handled via text. I will definitely be using them again.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. I purchased a used car from them for my daughter's 16th birthday. To be save I also purchased a full extended warranty. After having the car for just a few months we found extensive water damage from a leak in the car. A leak later confirmed to have been there long before I bought it but conveniently covered up.
I took it them for repair as in they indicated but was quickly passed off and told I would need to do everything through another dealership clearly to not have to deal with what turned in to $2500 in repairs, not covered by any warranty.
We have bought used cars from other dealerships before and never had to deal with the kind of deceit we have experienced at Dick Masheter.

Service department seems very unorganized. They seem to have a habit of telling people what they want to hear even though they know they can t perform it. Initial call to the service department required multiple holds before someone would pick up the phone. Then I was told I didn t need an appointment because they weren t busy. When I arrived they were obviously busy and had to wait for a while for someone to get free though they seemed to be doing more shooting the bull than actually helping anyone. They assured me that I could wait for the work to be done, but after having to wait another half hour for them to figure out what was needed it was 4:30. I asked if they were still going to be able to complete the work while I wait they said they would try. I knew they wouldn t be able to so I asked if they would have it first thing in the morning and was assured yes. So I left it and they said they would call to update me. I called in the morning since I hadn t heard. Again requiring several calls before I could get an answer they informed me that it would take a couple hours more. 3 hours later they called to say the work was done. I wasn t able to get back till 4:00 to pick my vehicle up. After waiting an half hour with people running around trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle they informed me that the work hadn t been completed and I needed to wait another 45 min. An hour later they finally had the work done. A quick sorry was all they offered for my inconvenience.
They also didn t give me an estimate in writing. Someone who wasn t helping me told me a price. They said they didn t charge me a charge that I wasn t told about as a concession. I won t be returning again.

I d avoid their service department at all costs. It sad that businesses can survive with such poor customer service. I made an appointment online over a week ahead of time, and my appointment was somehow lost even though I got an email confirmation from them. He was very rude about this and said that online appointments are unreliable and it would take a week at the minimum to service my car but they would inspect it. They let me sit there for two hours before asking me if I was waiting on something before telling me the inspection wouldn t happen for a week. I get long service times, but the fact I wasn t asked if I wanted the other keys off key ring, given any paper work at all, or asked if I needed a ride was disappointing. I don t expect crazy good customer service anywhere, but being treated like a total inconvenience was miserable.

My 2014 Ford Flex just hit 40,000 miles. I've had the right front axle replaced, the cover on the center console ( latch broke) replaced, and upon my latest vist to the dealer, need both front struts replaced. They quoted me three times the cost for the struts compared to what I found at RockAuto plus labor and alignment. This is the last Ford I will own. At 40,000 miles I should only be changing the oil.

I really enjoyed working with Gary Owens and the finance guy. I truly had an enjoyable buying experience. Then to be provided a temp ride to get the environment package application is a real plus. Another dealer didn't offer that for it 6 month old flex we bought new in 2019. I look forward to the routine services

We had a breakdown with a company vehicle in Columbus with a very urgent shipment. I called the service department and spoke with Don. He said he would get a look at it sometime today and not only did he honor that, but it was repaired and out the door just after lunch. Other shops said at least two days!! We were fixed up in no time and back on the road. Many thanks to Don in service!!!
