I was with another company and David gave me a call to see if I was interested I was about to get off the phone and my husband said see what he was offering and BOY AM I GLAD WE WAS ABLE TO SAVE MORE MONEY BY SWITCHING TO GAINSCO David was very helpful with explaining everything working extra hard to give us the best rates he made this experience easy and comfortable I m sooo glad I picked up the phone thank you sooooo much

Horrible experience with this company. Insurance was dropped because my new card that i paid with and saved to the payment option last month was not saved this month. Was told to pay and the policy would go back to normal but still got dropped and now I'm out of $300. Also poor customer service.

I had an amazing and stressful day yesterday but I have gotten through with it thanks to Mr. Johnny Garcia he s the man for anyone who s looking for auto insurance at the last minute. I m am very pleased on how he had patience for me through out the whole process. To be honest me and Mr Johnny hanged almost all morning on the phone trying to figure out my card situation. The whole experience was phenomenal when it comes to his patience and calmness. I was really stressing because my card wouldn t work so I was back and forth on the phone with my bank and Mr. Johnny will wait for me when I needed to call him back... This experience brought me to tears because believe it or not there s good people out here that s willing to help and be patience with you... I see a few reviews on here about ur auto insurance just be grateful that your car is insured in a timely manner and Mr. Johnny did his part now it s time to do our part and pay ur insurance on time.... Thank you so much Mr Johnny Garcia for everything and keep doing what your doing with difficult clients and the ones that says I will call you back.... God was looking over me and sent me one of his angels.....

My agent, Johnny Garcia, with Gainsco Auto Insurance was very helpful and quick with getting me set up with auto insurance on 2 of my cars. Gainsco Auto Insurance was by far the best when I first started getting quotes at the beginning of this year. So good, in fact, that I ended up not only reinstating on the first car, but was more than happy to add Gainsco to another one!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I purchased a Gainsco insurance policy through Freeway Insurance Aug 25 2020. I never received my insurance cards or proof of insurance. With dozens of phone calls over 3 days, I was unable to speak with anyone. When I called in I would be transferred and left on hold for indefinite amounts of time. Due to the fact that I had no proof of insurance, I was forced to purchase a policy from a company that answered their phones. Almost a week after I purchased the other policy, I spoke with Freeway insurance. They had a typo on my email and so explaining why I never received proof of insurance. I submitted a cancellation request per their guidelines. This company is currently refusing to refund the payment for policies that I had no proof of insurance for. I have spoken with them several times and they are intent on keeping money for policies in which I never received proof of insurance. I am in the process of retaining an attorney and filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They try to get out of paying for anything. I've been with them for eight years and they did not cover my car damages after a wreck although the other person was at fault with no insurance. Im stuck paying out of pocket and Buicks are not cheap ..... I couldn't even get a rent a car from Sewell, because sewell don't trust them as a company. I've switch to Allstate.

emma was amazing. after being on hold for too long...

emma was amazing. after being on hold for too long and then being disconnected without a call back. i ended up calling again and after another long hold was transferred to emma. by the time i was connected to emma i was very upset and letting it show. emma was very professional and took care of my request as well as providing me the correct phone number to call in the future. hopefully i ll be able to be connected to her upon request. thank u emma for an excellent job.

MY CAR WAS TOTALED AND THIS INSURANCE WALKED RIGHT ALONG WITH ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY PUT ME ON A RENTAL, AND EVEN EXTENDED MY RENTAL SERVICE. MY INSURANCE COST HAS ACTUALLY GONE DOWN 40$ IN TWO YEARS. I AM SURE THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WOULD AGREE WITH ME, THIS IS A GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY.

This is ridiculous. Any time I ve called this company I ve had to wait at least 45 min to speak to anyone. The recording keeps saying how our companies customer service is very important to us. Well it s important to you, then why don t you start by not putting people on hold for 45 min to an hour. This is freakin outrageous, just so I can ask a simple question, I have to wait an hour??? Then couldn t even answer my question, had to call the adjuster, who never answers. Fed up

RUN FAR AWAY! DO NOT GET FULL COVERAGE AUTO INSURANCE!! I have been paying nearly $300.00 a month for full coverage and had a car accident and now this company is being so unfair with the ACV of my vehicle! They are nit picking about everything such as a stain in the floor carpet... The Total loss claims rep is lying to my lien holder specifically LaTasha Banks claiming I told her their were dents in my right car door, when in fact I sent photos to her to show that their were no dents on the day of my accident when my husband took photos of my vehicle right after the accident. Now both my lien holder and I are having to fight this company for a fair Actual Cash Value of my vehicle. Not only am I without a car, I am about to have surgery and now getting hurt twice by my own insurance company!!!! This is absolutely absurd!! I would advise anyone looking into this company to go to a real auto insurance company even if you have to pay a little more, you never know what the future holds.. but having peace of mind that if you have a car accident you have a great insurance policy and company that you will not have to fight for fairness. DON'T GET HURT TWICE!!!! OR THREE TIMES!!!!

My wife and myself started an insurance policy in february of this year, thought it was a decent rate. Then out of nowhere we get notification of them threatening to cancel the account because their agent put a wrong digit on the vin code.. Now the rate has shot up and we're the ones having to pay the difference for the same policy.. I work retail and if i quoted something then after everyone agrees on the price I find out i cant do that price, id have to eat the difference and honor the quote that we all agreed on.. Unfortunatley that's not the case with this company.. It's ridiculous that their employee made the error but we as the consumer have to pay the price... What happened to integrity in business?? What happened to taking care of your clients?? What happened to customer retention practices?? These are some of the reasons our country is failing and nobody is doing anything about it... Its obvious to say we will not be renewing a policy if this is how our first interaction has been..

Hands down best insurance company, I've ever had to deal with the claims department is awesome! Dorea Is amazing, very professional and attentive. He kept me updated daily and worked hard to get all statement completed fast. My claim was open and closed in roughly three weeks. I would also like to recognize Mrs. Tiffany who finished up my claim towards the end.
I'm going to be switching my insurance to this company strictly because of the level of professionalism I received.

I have been researching insurances for about a month now and this is by far the best experience and price of all my research and trust when I say it's been a long monotonous process. My agent was again by far the absolute best and she was the most informative, patient, and professional to name a few of her outstanding qualities! Got hit by one of their drivers May 15th and just ...

Got hit by one of their drivers May 15th and just finally got my truck fixed July 20th! I started keeping record around early June of how many times I called and would never get a call back. (I will copy and paste below. I have deleted any phone numbers/last names) It was overall POOR POOR customer service! I even left voicemails with Team Leads and only got one call back, one time, from one who had an attitude and told me my case was actually being handled by someone else. (Which I was never notified about).

IDd driver on 6/12... Nothing after.
Monday 6/22 spoke with supervisor who told me that Jessica now handling the case
Called Jessica 6/22 6/23 no response
Called 6/26 voicemail no response
7/1 call w voicemail

Alicia Jessica s team lead-attempted

Called 7/1 and left voicemail
Returned call from Jessica 7/2 will follow up next Friday 7/10 with response. Waiting on Info from their driver
Missed call 7/7 w no voicemail?
Missed call 7/9 w no voicemail. Immediately returned phone call w no answer. Left voicemail. Called again an hour later and left another voicemail. No return calls 7/9 straight to in a meeting voicemail
7/10 Called Jessica-directly to meeting voicemail 8:54 9:47 11:07-left voicemail.
7/13 called jessica and left voicemail

7/14 1150 called Jessica no answer did not leave voicemail
