Brad Hagen made the process Very easy. He was both pleasant & professional while clearly explaining things. He also "Listened" to my scenario of things which allowed him to offer me a solution to what I thought might be a problem. I like the personal touch of actually talking to someone as opposed to a machine, for the original contact. I would definitely recommend this company to friends & family as an option for insurance.
