The young man Ivan Zuniga was absolutely an awesome customer service representative. He went above and beyond his job in my opinion. Hopefully you have more employees like him, if not please try to find more and have new as well as old employees to observe and learn from him. The company would really benefit from having him as a team leader and his job would be a "training leader/job coach". I would definitely recommend him or hire him if I owned a company. I almost apologized for going on and on, but I don't apologize because he deserves to have others hears about him.
