Their customer service sucks!!! I called and spoke with a agent who told me that my credit could not be applied to my account upon renewal because they had to make sure I was honing to renew mind I would still have to pay extra because the credit was not enough to cover my renewal. She placed me on hold after rudely asking where I sent the photos of my vehicle. I hung up called back and got Keviana and she changed my whole day!!!! Keviana was AWESOME not only was she have patience with me and asked sincere questions about my frustrations she apologized and said that she could apply my credit and get my renewal taken care of. Keviana definitely deserves a bonus, recognition, or whatever the company may do
