My experience in dealing with FLS was very good so far. My sales consultant Elizabeth Moya did an exceptional job helping me coordinate my order via email and phone. She was prompt with all her responses to my many questions and flexible and patient with my many changes. She was critical in making this a very positive experience. We shopped around at local stores and FLS beat all prices by over $1000. Will let you know how the rest goes after we receive our furniture. Thanks again Elizabeth!

We had another wonderful experience at Furnitureland South. An online response to a request for a price on a piece of furniture lead us to meeting Michelle Taylor, an amazing Furnitureland South designer. That inquiry and subsequent meeting lead us to furnish our entire house with Michelle. She lead us through the huge showroom and helped us make the perfect decisions for our new home. She is knowledgeable, talented and patient. We couldn't ask for a better experience!

Good place to look around for furniture. Many many choices. Prices are very very high. Customer service is good and prompt. Would recommend to my friends and family.

We were able to browse freely while narrowing down what we wanted, which we really appreciated. When we decided and started getting to fabric choices, we felt really rushed. The salesperson was very impatient. We ultimately purchased several items, but I would ve hated for this to be my first experience at Furnitureland South.

Furnitureland South can be very overwhelming. Sara helped us navigate the different buildings, floors and areas so we could find what we were looking for. She showed us many options and left it up to us to decide what we really wanted. The prices are well below regular retail so we were very pleased with our purchases.

I live in Florida and have been looking for a sideboard for storage in my living room for 3 years. Furnitureland South has the best selection of high end contemporary/ modern furniture I ve seen anywhere on the east coast. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Sales people were helpful but not pushy. Check out was fast and easy. I love the piece I got!

We had a wonderful experience at Furnitureland South. Our designer, Debbie Kennon, was amazing. She took all the stress out of choosing our new sectional for our home. The selection is incredible. If you can t find what you re looking for there, it probably isn t available. We look forward to shopping there again.

Great place to decorated your entire home, no need to go to multiple stores, they have a wide variety to choose from.

Meg was a fantastic guide. She gave us direction without crowding us. Giving us hints that saved us untold hours of wandering through a sea of choices. Her suggestions for coordinating colors and styles with our current decor were spot on. She is an asset to your company, and we are certain to request Meg again at our next appointment.

The worst customer service I've experienced for a high dollar purchase anywhere. Our furniture is not only 2 MONTHS late, I still haven't received fabric samples, though I've requested them for the last 3 MONTHS from the sales rep and his manager. Go look at their selection, and then save yourself a big headache by buying it somewhere else!

FLS is an awesome place to look for furniture. We spent a fair amount of time looking around both with our consultant and alone. The people were helpful but not pushy or pressuring. Make sure you take time to look through the discount mart as there is a ton of great furniture at good prices.

When we walked into FurnitureLand South looking for a dining table we were immediately greeted by Janice Booker and made to feel welcome. For the next 2 hours (or more) Janice gave us her undivided attention and the benefit of her expert design knowledge. We were fortunate to find the perfect table to fit our needs. Thank you, Janice!!

Furnitureland South was HUGE!!! Thankfully they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff to show you around.

Well, I had high hopes for what seemed like a pretty straight-forward furniture purchase. But here I am, over seven months after the order was placed and still don't have the correct product. The sales rep, while very nice, placed the incorrect order with the manufacturer initially despite re-confirming with me a month after the order was placed. She was notified about the issue over two months ago and still the correct product has not been shipped despite a promise of five to six weeks. And of course now she's unresponsive.

Furnitureland does indeed undercut just about every other vendor's pricing, but at what cost? Certainly not convenience. In the future, I'll shop locally. Perhaps with particularly large orders, the savings is worth the potential headache - but not for a $3,500 item. At this point, I would have happily paid 20% more and bought elsewhere (and actually had what I had ordered).

We had an amazing experience at Furnitureland South! Our design team was excellent at helping us curate a beautiful look for our brand new home! Tim helped us so much and was even helpful as we tried to figure out how to place the furniture in our great room.

Longer than normal delivery time. Poor quality control of products and company's they represent (Lane Furniture) The worst when it comes to customer service. They are polite, but never follow thru with a customer problem.
Made a purchase of two automatic couches, with one being defective. The driver did the right thing and documented, photographed and reported it. I never received a phone call back from Furniture land South even after I mentioned I would leave a negative review if someone doesn't call me back by the next day. (it's been 11 day's)

How can you not call a customer back after repeated phone calls?

CAUTION! You may be told it is a family owned business and you will be treated as one. Sorry but I don't have that feeling for some reason.

Hello, back pain seems to be a part of me, especially when the furniture does not have support. I purchased an Ekornes stressless chair and I m so happy. It supports my back! I m going back to purchase a love seat. Can t wait.

We walked into Furniture Land South with only an outline of our purchase, sofa, two chairs and a rug. We had no thought of the design or manufacture of the items. Through careful questioning and attentive listening, Sharmayne Legaspi helped us form a concept of the room with design and color options. As Sharmayme moved us through the showroom, she narrowed our options based on further questions while we observed the various styles to be offered. At the end of the process Sharmayne was instrumental in picking upholstery textures and colors to bring the room together. Sharmayne was patient, attentive and professional throughout the day long process. We would recommend Sharmayne Legaspi and Furniture Land South for future purchases.

The furniture their is great but the directions were horrible

I am changing my rating from 5 stars to a 1 star. The product selection and sales process was awesome, but the delivery process has been an absolute disaster. Multiple pieces were damaged and the customer service agent has been very unresponsiveness to my phone calls and email messages. I had to escalate the matter to a manager and even then the repaired furniture along with a small monetary compensation is all that is being offered. I expected to get a replacement vs. a repaired furniture. I am never ever going to buy any furniture from Furnitureland South in future.

I had come across the store's website and was curious. A friend of mine and I were in the area and stopped by. I was looking for a recliner, but did not want a powered one. After walking around the outlet and not finding what I wanted, we went to the Mart and finally found exactly what I wanted in a price I could afford. I'm not in the market for anything else for now, or the foreseeable future, but I did get my curiosity satisfied.

Todd White provided outstanding sales assistance! He was right on point directing us to exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend him and will definitely seek him out in the future.

The design consultant we worked with gave our family the best customer experience we've ever had. 2 small children combined with hours of furniture shopping typically results in a nightmare, but not here. I cannot give these people enough high ratings.

I wish I lived closer. The selection of top brand furniture is great. I still like to sit in the chair or on the sofa before buying and with the selection at Furnitureland South you can do that. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff that can answer all your questions. I ll be back.

Sales agent ordered the wrong item. But, the mistake was not discovered until several months later when it was delivered to my house. There has been no attempt to rectify the problem - no communication from the sales agent after I have left several vm, no reorder, no refund of money paid for the furniture. Nothing. I am very disappointed with the service. I recommend that if you do decide to purchase something, you take it home with you that day and definitely go elsewhere if you need to special order anything.

Chelsea Johnson was our salesperson. She did a terrific job for us. It's a huge store! My feet hurt but it was worth it.

Madeleine is a furniture priestess. She has encyclopedic knowledge, a great sense of humor, unlimited energy, vast patience and wisdom too. Sounds too good to be true but she s a real person! Wow! She saved us weeks of shopping time. Furniture land has it all!

Just spent several hours at Furnitureland picking out a bedroom set that was on sale, only to find out that it had been sold already. The manager said he could order the same set, but we would have to pay full price. hmmm. I wonder how often that happens? Needless to say, we declined his generous offer. Poor salesperson who helped us was out a commission as well (She was lovely). That will definitely be our last trip to Furnitureland. Big waste of time.

We enjoyed shopping at Furnitureland South. Our sales associate was very helpful and guided us through the selection process. Lots of choices to choose from and "building" your unique furniture from wood colors, fabric colors, leg options, size options, etc made for the perfect purchase for our own specific furniture needs.

Really has something for everybody. Christine is amazing, and really takes the time to figure out what you want.

While the choices can be overwhelming, it is an awesome place to shop. All the associates are eager to help. I go with one idea in mind and find that there are other possibilities. I always leave satisfied. It is nice to know that the furniture can be stored until convenient for delivery.

My husband and I traveled from PA to Furnitureland South this weekend. We just bought a new house which is substantially larger than the townhome we were living in, so we needed A LOT of furniture! We worked with Michelle Taylor and her service was outstanding from the first time we reached out to her through the website. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts and was able to quickly hone in on our style and guide us in the right direction. I am so thankful that we got to work with her, our personalities meshed perfectly! If it wasn t for her we probably would ve wandered around aimlessly for hours not being able to decide on anything. With her help we were able to pick out furnishings for our entire house in 2 days! I definitely will be recommending Furnitureland South and Michelle Taylor to our family and friends.

I bought about $15,000 stuff from funitureland south last year. Overall, it was good experience. Price is good. However, the sofa set I spent over $5000 on, has color off issues and scratches, which were not supposed to appear. Also, the console table missed two leg pads, which I didn't notice it, until the console damaged my hard floor. I contacted the customer service, but they said since it had been delivered for weeks, no discounts or services would be provided. I was disappointed. Anyway, I just found about the google review, if furniture land south could do anything about it, or give me any discount would be helpful.

After I posted the review, someone from furnitureland south quickly contacted me and offered some discounts. I am impressed with their quick response. I would like to recommend furnitureland south to everyone. Large selections, and great prices.

We were shopping for a glass top dining table last week and found a Dinec table which was just what we wanted. It was not possible so we were told tp split the set apart and just allow us to buy the one pice. Don Greyson was able to find out that the set was not sold, simply on hold by another sales person. We have so appreciated his help many times when we have shopped at your location.

Recently spent 1.5 days at FLS with Personal Designer Donna Buchanan. Donna was very knowledgeable, very patient and gave me her full attention the entire time I was with her. I couldn t have been happier with the process and my purchases. Highly recommend a trip to FLS and time with Donna!

I can see that the owner is taking time to reply to 4-5 star but not to one star.i definitely hope to get reply from you to my feedback. I bought almost 70 000 with of furniture in two visits coming all the way from South Jersey. When I was brought to the mattress section, your rep was so excited to show all kind of features attached to motion essentials but completely forgot to ask me questions regarding my comfort which is asked at any mattress stores. He made us try two motion essentials one with massage and another without and placed order with whatever cushion he felt comfortable, ordering mismatch motion essential base and mattress. Can you let me know which store will place an order without even knowing the comfort level of the customer which I realizes after visiting local mattress stores. And nothing was explained about the exchange policy and 25% fee for replacing the mattress set that u already charged $4,000, easily available in NJ for 3,000. What a rip off to begin with. I tried calling several people but things always get pushed around since your sales are based on commission basis. HOPE TO GET REPLY on this. my name is Priti Mathoan on the account.
