One week ago, my husband and I made our second trip to Furnitureland South to order additional pieces for our dining room and more. Again, our design representative, Deborah Bennett, went beyond the call of duty to ensure our previous purchases coordinated perfectly with the items we were interested in buying. This is all the best furniture so the process takes time. You select the pieces, order by color, fabric, and wood stain, and it may take many weeks so having a design rep like Deborah with an eye for quality, style, and balance, makes the selection process a complete success. Ghassan was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable without being at all pushy. He followed us around to see what our style, interests, needs were before guiding us around the huge showrooms so we waisted the least amount of time. My husband especially appreciated his interaction because he provided very sound information regarding the furniture manufacturers, the materials and everything regarding the furniture buying process as well as his very easy, non-pushy style. He had a knack for making the complicated furniture buying process easy and seamless. We would definely recommend working with Ghas to anyone looking to beautify their home.

Great customer service! There was a slight error with the wood finish on the chairs I ordered and they were not hesitant to send them back to Vanguard Furniture to have them fixed. Vanguard was also great in fulfilling the requests I had. Would definitely recommend.

Marlon was extremely helpful. He walked us around and listened to what we wanted and helped us to find it. If it hadn t been for him, I am positive that we would have left after 30 minutes. The show room alone is massive and a bit overwhelming. I know we wouldn t have made it out of there. Our furniture is not due to arrive before 8 weeks, so I will have to update this later.

Barb Schaver made our first experience at FLS so memorable and successful. She got to know our personalities, style, budget, and tastefully helped us picked out matching pieces of furniture for our formal living room. She even went above and beyond to help us look for light fixtures throughout the house. We can t wait to get our furniture and make our house a home!

We just built a house and needed all new furniture. We came up and found the best prices and just fantastic product lines. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped along the way. All of the furniture was delivered and set up by accommodating drivers. We liked the store so much we drove back up there to find our outdoor furniture!

We had a great experience purchasing furniture for our new home at Furnitureland South! So many options are available, and it s a lot easier being able to get a visual by visiting the show room. Also, Tim O Brien provided excellent customer service helping us with our selections. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process.

Traveled across the US to the store and ordered an entire house of furniture. Everything came in accurately 6 months later except 2 pieces the sales person confused the fabric choice. They promised to correct it and it has been 10 months and we have not been told that anything is Happening. They keep telling me that it s in the works but zero confirmation. Frustrated.

Brittany, our assigned designer, provided superb recommendation and navigation across the vast complex, all while showing the utmost patience while we chased our 4yr and 1yr old around the floors and beds. We look forward to our next visit.

Our experience was great! Kristin Grubb assisted us in selecting our sofa and chair. She was so helpful, and at the same time gave us time to look around unassisted until we needed her expertise.

A great place to buy furniture! The first time I purchased I visited for two days and really had the kind of experience that makes you feel good about your purchase. I have twice since made purchases in which I was able to do from home with the help of the sales people I have worked with, Sherry Needles and Catherine Hardwick, and manufacturers websites. These sales people are very good at understanding what you like and are able to make good suggestions about additional purchases. They have very high quality furniture that you can buy and feel comfortable with the quality you receive. Still continue to recommend Furnitureland South to everyone!

An absolute experience every time I go. It s astonishing just how big the establishment is...the number of buildings, levels and the overall layout. There is so much to see, so you definitely need to have an idea of what you are looking for and at least narrow it down so you can layout a strategy with any one of the helpful salesman on location.

I'll preface this with I've had two previous experiences with Furnitureland South. They went smoothly without any problems. This last order has not gone smoothly.

I bought two pieces of furniture back in the middle of July. Both pieces were damaged. First they made me wait for a repair person to come assess the damage (good thing I caught it before the delivery people left). They sent another set. One was good, but the other piece was more damaged than the original. So they made a third replacement attempt and that piece was damaged as well. They were surprised that I didn't accept it because supposedly it could have been fixed by staining it. I have no idea if that's true. I don't know why they allowed it to leave their company if was in that condition. Either that or their delivery process is really rough on the furniture. I'd be embarrassed about sending out replacement furniture that still needs to be fixed.

I've been waiting since the middle of July (when I purchased the furniture) for this to be resolved it's now 3 and a half months later.

Buyer beware.

Excellent service and really good pricing. I initially submitted my questions to the website and received a quick response from a designer - Jayson Parker. Jayson worked with me on color samples, leg selection and type of cushion... I had all the information I needed to order with confidence. Jayson was great to work with. In fact the whole team at Furnitureland South went out of their way to help me with questions. Lovely experience.

Tracy Dunn has been my designer for many years at Furnitureland South. Her sense of design is impeccable, and she is more than accommodating to our needs.
I would recommend her to anyone who wants to create a beautiful, well appointed home.

We recently built a house and had to furnish the entire house. Our sales team, Todd and Sherry were so helpful. They helped us every step of the way and made the process so enjoyable. They were amazing. I would highly recommend Furnitureland South and ask for Todd or Sherry, they are so knowledgeable and helpful.

Inga Huff is providing really good customer service. She has helped me pick out furniture for my new home over the last year and really has great knowledge of putting a room together. I would recommend her and Furnitureland South to anybody. They really have quality furniture at fair prices and awesome customer service all the way around.

I have purchased a leaner mirror online from them. They took the money and they never delivered the product. I did not hear anything from them or the delivery company. No phone calls , no emails. Nothing. Finally I started calling and literally nobody knew what was going on. after 6 weeks of this wonderful experience I am getting to the point where - " We will process your refund". It is extremely sad to have to write this review as I had many outstanding prior experiences with the company when I was living in North Carolina 10 years ago.

Excellent customer service. The product is elegant and very well made.

This place was phenomenal and presented individual furniture pieces, sets and accent items in a way that gave us a true sense of how they might look in our home. We came looking for ideas this trip and this was a success. We did find some accent pieces and purchased them. The staff was helpful, explained how the store was arranged and how purchasing worked. We will return when ready to make additional purchases.

Gerald was so helpful, as well as very pleasant and knowledgeable. We felt very fortunate to have him working with us. Would want to request him on any future visits.

I'm writing this after my 3rd successful shopping trip to Furnitureland South. Each trip was a wonderful experience being assisted by Brittany Morris, who is incredibly knowledgeable of the different product lines, styles, and is able to take tackling their massive store and distill it down to an effective, and informative shopping trip. I'm always looking for a sale or special pricing, and Brittany delivers there too. My first trip was for a sofa and tables for my sunroom. I needed them ASAP for a party. We found a great set in the main showroom that she was able to get a discounted price on for us. Delivered the next week!
A year later I wanted a plush sofa for my living room, and Brittany helped me with a custom piece , the many options of fabrics for the sofa and pillows that I get continual compliments on. Again great pricing there.
This week Brittany helped me with a new dining room set, and was able to show me samples of various manufacturers, their options and subtle things like height of table versus chair, making sure I would be able to have my feet flat on the floor, insure the scale of the set was right for my sized room, as well educating me on the myriad of finishes and optional chair styles that could be mixed. It is such a joy to work with a decorator like Brittany.
Now I just call in and ask for her and we can set an appointment to get through the fuss at the front desk. We talk about what I'm looking for and she has a number if ideas to show me right when I get there. I appreciate that because I drive up almost 2 hours from the Charlotte area. So worth It!!

Working with Kate Joy, Designer, was truly a JOY! I made a special purchase for an organization and Kate researched options and offered advice that helped our team make the perfect selection for our needs. I am most grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you!

Recently moved from home of 48 years. Had to downsize from ten rooms to two. Decided to sell everything and start fresh . I had an excellent experience with sales rep LaiLa Ettorchi. She listened to what I wanted and guided me through what could have been an overwhelming process. I love my furniture ! It blends together beautifully. LaiLa was particularly helpful with fabric choices.

Had a great experience working with Cindy Brewer-Smith while we browsed the majority of Furniture Mart for over five hours. She asked us some basic questions and was able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for. Cindy was very polite and extremely patient with us throughout our shopping experience. We'll surely go back after we move in to our new house and look to get some more furnishings!

Selection is great but each time I ordered I was informed the price tag displayed was not accurate, always an increase, so i had to pay more, hmm.

We were so lucky to walk in and meet Tanya. She was so helpful and patient as we were looking for a couch/sectional. She quickly understood our style and budget and was able to point us in the right direction. We can not wait to call Tanya with our future furniture needs.

White glove delivery is wonderful. All the delivery people who have delivered furniture to our home have been courteous, careful, and helpful.

While I found several items that will work in our new home, overall felt the prices were on the high side. But there was so much to see and appreciated the way it was organized.

Purchased a table and was told it would be delivered in a week. After a week followed up and was told the order was not even in system

After sending in receipt was told we would her from them in 24 hours. 24 hours later still nothing!

Upon entering, we were met by design consultant Constanta Ellertsson. She made furniture shopping fun and was such a help in navigating the huge store... we finished in one day what we expected would take all weekend!

TERRIBLE COMPANY SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR DINING ROOM BACK IN NOVEMBER 2017 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT WAS DAMAGED TWICE THEY DON'T EVEN CALL ME BACK. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

ive been working with Tim shepard since 2011,,,my mother has been working with him much longer. Tim is a great guy with much knowledge of whatever product im looking for. whenever I call tim or email him he always responds answering whatever question I have.. when dealing with tim he makes u feel comfortable and never comes off as a pushy salesman,,Tim wants u to be happy with the product you buy and never seems like he just wants to make a sale..
Tim is a great guy and the main reason I do business with furniture land..he takes as much time with me as I need and I never felt rushed.i hope tim never retires

Our latest trip was our 3rd time purchasing from Furnitureland South. Our 1st trip was from New York State. Well worth the trip. We have since moved to NC and we re only an hour away. We have NEVER been disappointed. You can t beat the selection and the price. Lee Beatrous, our design consultant, has been a true pleasure to work with; honest, up front, knowledgeable and has a keen eye for design. White glove delivery can t be beat. They did literally wear gloves, albeit black, while moving our light colored leather sofa. We just moved into our home and have had many people in/out including our moving company and no one compared to these gentlemen. Before delivery, Furnitureland inspected our items and noticed an issue. They brought it to our attention already prepared with a solution. At delivery, a couple minor issues were handled the same way. Diane Eppley, Customer Service, couldn t have been more understanding and accommodating. Wonderful experience from beginning to the end.

I worked with Becky Winslow in the outlet. She was easy to work with and very friendly. My order took a few months to complete. But she saw thru it with a smile. I Love getting first grade furniture out of the outlet. I saved plenty and got beautiful pieces.

I was very pleased with my purchase at Furnitureland South. Furniture was exactly as I ordered and arrived in a timely frame based on order date. We were very happy with the delivery and the 2 men who set up our furniture. All in all, it was a great experience

I love Furnitureland South and the people there. The place is amazing. Nowhere else can you see so many things to furnish a house in one location. In particular Tracy Dunn (design consultant) has been wonderful to work with. She is very talented and very responsive. Furnishing an entire house is very challenging but she has made it easy and fun! Also their delivery teams are wonderful. I will be a customer for many years!

From the moment we walk through the front door, we treated like family. Missy, our design consultant, was so helpful, we could of not filled our whole house with furniture without her!!!
