I am changing my rating from 5 stars to a 1 star. The product selection and sales process was awesome, but the delivery process has been an absolute disaster. Multiple pieces were damaged and the customer service agent has been very unresponsiveness to my phone calls and email messages. I had to escalate the matter to a manager and even then the repaired furniture along with a small monetary compensation is all that is being offered. I expected to get a replacement vs. a repaired furniture. I am never ever going to buy any furniture from Furnitureland South in future.
