I can see that the owner is taking time to reply to 4-5 star but not to one star.i definitely hope to get reply from you to my feedback. I bought almost 70 000 with of furniture in two visits coming all the way from South Jersey. When I was brought to the mattress section, your rep was so excited to show all kind of features attached to motion essentials but completely forgot to ask me questions regarding my comfort which is asked at any mattress stores. He made us try two motion essentials one with massage and another without and placed order with whatever cushion he felt comfortable, ordering mismatch motion essential base and mattress. Can you let me know which store will place an order without even knowing the comfort level of the customer which I realizes after visiting local mattress stores. And nothing was explained about the exchange policy and 25% fee for replacing the mattress set that u already charged $4,000, easily available in NJ for 3,000. What a rip off to begin with. I tried calling several people but things always get pushed around since your sales are based on commission basis. HOPE TO GET REPLY on this. my name is Priti Mathoan on the account.
