We had a positive experience at both the outlet and the regular store. The sales people are professional and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection of furniture. The Interior Designer that I worked with was friendly and listened to my requirements and assisted me with finding the perfect furniture for needs.

Overwhelming at first because of size. Found knowledgeable sales associate, Chad Davis, who listened to our needs and placed in the furniture we needed and out the door in less than 45 minutes! Thanks Chad!

We were most happy with working with Furnitureland South again. Our community was not easy to access but they found it and delivered the table. Delivery men were great.

Wow. I can't believe I drove an hour to get to this place only to find their clearance center had astronomical prices for what seems to be regular quality furniture. Do your research before visiting the place. If you are looking to pay $2000-$3000 for a very simple, hard and not very good looking sofa and $400-$600 for ONE very basic patio chair, this is the place for you.

Upon entering the front of the store we were greeted immediately by Nick Gouge. Within a minute he understood our decorating style and we wasted no time "just looking" as Nick knew where the pieces were that fit our tastes. After we made our decisions and parted ways, Nick had a summary email sent by the end of the day. Everything was complete with pictures, dimensions, pricing etc...now we're anxiously awaiting our items! Highly recommend both Nick and Furnitureland South!

This was hands down the BEST furniture buying experience of my life. My consultant, Dennis Oldham, and the Wesley Hall representative on-site (Jerry) were both attentive and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy or up selling. I found everything I needed and received help coordinating my new and existing pieces. There is no better place to shop for good quality furniture. I will definitely return when I am ready to do the next room.

The largest furniture store I've ever seen. If you can't find it here, it doesn't exist. My designer and sales consultant, Christine, was wonderful.... patient, knowledgeable and creative in showing us solutions for our furniture needs.

Mike, Decatur and Jerry were awesome delivery men. They were friendly and couldn t have been more helpful. They placed everything where we wanted it. They didn t deliver everything because it wasn t all in but when Furnitureland South comes back I hope these 3 men will be on the delivery.

Bought a flexsteel swivel rocker from Steve who was very helpful in picking out a good color fabric to complement my door and worked with us to get the price we wanted.. great service at a great price!

Donna was a terrific resource and patiently worked with us to locate and price a specific sofa bed. The final delivered price was about $300 less than nearest competitor and $500 less than a local furniture store was charging 10 miles away. Delivery will take 2-4 weeks but for that kind of savings, it's worth the wait!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the promised 2-4 week delivery was a sham. It's now been 7 weeks and counting since the purchase -- and the only thing that the retailer can tell us for sure is that it'll be delivered by the end of December, which would be a total of 11 weeks ... assuming there are no further delays. What's worse is that we chose the quick-ship option on a basic sleeper sofa (3 cushions instead of two) to expedite the entire process, and it's turned into a joke. I can't even get an email reply to my inquiries. The savings are nice, but I would gladly have paid more for a prompt delivery, as promised. Very disappointed.

My Design Consultant GiGi and I were definitely on the same page. From start to finish she was able to work with me and come up with the perfect furniture combinations. When visiting from another state, I was a little apprehensive but right away I knew I had made the best decision to go to Furniture Land South. I couldn t be more satisfied with the purchase I ve made.

Very disappointed in the customer service! We wanted to purchase a bedroom collection but the sales reps don't respond to outreach. Two ignored email messages and a failed promise to return a call is enough. Will take our business to Bassett where they value customers.

Sent in an email via the website for more information. I unchecked the box for updates/promotions. I received an out of the office email and started receiving updates/promotions. I then received an email asking if my questions were answered and how they could help further. I emailed back and said I haven t received anything but the updates/promotions that I asked NOT to receive. I get an email from a design consultant, who was very kind and I ordered the piece of furniture I wanted. She told me she would be in touch to schedule a delivery date. That was 4 days ago and I ve heard nothing. I am still getting the annoying updates/promotions and I have no idea when my furniture will be delivered.

I had a wonderful experience working with Design Consultant, Kristen Finneran! Before I arrived at Furnitureland South, Kristen emailed and called me getting information regarding what I was looking for, along with pictures and measurements. When I arrived Kristen was ready for me. She had a scooter lined up, since I have problems walking distances. Kristen had pieces picked out and took me to see them. I was at the store for almost two full days and she worked with me just about the whole time. Kristen has wonderful design knowledge. But she also had a keen sense about what I wanted! She was very patient, letting me look thru fabrics, sit on furniture and look at pieces several times while I was trying to make up my mind! After my time at Furnitureland South, I still had a couple pieces of furniture I needed. Kristen continued working with me long distance for another two weeks, looking for exactly what I wanted. She emailed and texted pictures and information until she found what I wanted! I can t say enough good things about my experience with Kristen and Furnitureland South. Thank you!

I used Furnitureland South since 2005 and recently purchased a dining room set. I got to the storesidents 10 minutes before closing and grabbed the first salesperson that walked by , Scott Whitaker. To my surprise Scott insisted that we not rush and stayed an hour after the store had closed. We have never been treated so important when purchasing anything, Scott and Furnitureland , we say THANK YOU! ! !

Joye Adams is absolutely the best salesperson/designer I've ever had the pleasure to work with! She was able to understand what I was looking for with only a few questions and she went way way beyond expectations to find exactly what I wanted while keeping my budget in mind. And she made the process so fun! I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her in the future. She is delightful, creative and highly knowledgeable about the store's many product lines. I walked out the door saying, "Wow! She was great!"

Deborah was a great sales person. She showed us how to use the store app on my husband's phone. She allowed us to browse, but also made sure we knew she was available by checking in with us. She also gave us her business card so we would be able to contact her if we chose to buy some furniture, which we did!

Such an easy process. Searched to find what I wanted, took part in an online chat, received price quote with 10 minutes and placed my order.
Sarah was amazingl. Now I am simply waiting for my ottomans to be built and delivered.

Kim is exceptional! Not only does she have fabulous design skills, she knows everything about every manufacturer, piece of furniture, room accessories, and fabrics. Her attention to detail is amazing. AND she is such a pleasure to be around, which is important if you re going to spend three long days glued to each other s sides! I ve never before had a shopping or designing experience like this!

It was a great day at Furnitureland South for us. Brannon Killgo spent an entire day with us to help us choose the pieces we needed to furnish our home, he was very generous offering ideas and suggestions to help us decide. He was wonderful to work with. Hopefully the delivery will go as well.

What an amazing experience! This place is like a city within a city. I have never seen so many beautiful pieces of furniture in my life! We went to the outlet building first but most of their prices were actually higher than the main building. I was helped by a young lady named Madeline who was a delight and so helpful. We found a perfect sofa for our living room. We loved everything, even though much of it was more than we wanted to spend. If you want a true experience, go there. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a backpack with snacks and water because you'll be there all day and still wint see it all. I'd suggest even staying at a hotel one night! And bring ibuprofen because your feet with get sore walking so much. But you won't care because the happy endorphins from all the beauty keep you going. It's a shop til you drop kind of place! Love love love it!!!

Wow... Driving up, we were really intimidated by the size of the facility. A consultant came to meet with us and started asking questions to understand what we needed. After showing us various things to fine tune his understanding of what we wanted, he took us to a different building and hit the bullseye on his recommendation. From that point, we learned that there was a sale going on for the month, so the prices were even better than we had expected. The final sales process was super quick and efficient, which was my favorite part. This is what furniture buying should be! Thank you, Steven Blake, for your great customer service!

Great prices-true designer furnishings! Showroom was appropriately laid out although it was a little frustrating to find a piece (numerous time) that we re already SOLD.

Emily Tesch was our assistant. She was very helpful and patient. We made final decisions after returning home with her help. Furnitureland South is very large and everyone can use help finding items of interest. Otherwise it's overwhelming. We were treated well.

Huge furniture selection but don't expect it to be cheap except in their outlet and don't forget to bargain!

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the Outlet. Megan came across as quite helpful and even tho I prefer to browse, I welcomed the insight and assistance. And I'm glad I did! She helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for, staying within our budget. I could not be more pleased with the service Megan gave us, her professionalism and her knowledge.

Dedra Powers, our sales representative was excellent. The delivery/ assembly team was outstanding. A missing screw was quickly sent to us for installation.

I love Furnitureland South. Recently built a home at the beach and furished it with both furniture and accessories from them. Great products and working with Sherry was amazing!

If you don't mind waiting a month after your furniture is in ( which took 12 weeks, which we expected) - and after a month, you still don't have a delivery date- Furnitureland South is a great place to shop. However, if you feel that by the middle of June you should have the furniture you ordered back at the end of February, or at least have finally been given a date for delivery- you may want to consider shopping somewhere else. My furniture has been in for a month- I am still waiting to hear a delivery date. It doesn't seem unreasonable to me- I live within a few miles of 3 major interstates. The person from Furnitureland South that I just spoke to on the phone told me they don't deliver to my area every week. I understand that - but every MONTH??? Still waiting.....

The place is clean, they offer great funature variety. Great style and quality, but it is really expensive.

the sale process was VERY good, however, the delivery department needs major work. The saying-"Good Help is Hard to Find" fits perfectly for this part of Furnitureland South. I would NEVER buy from them again.

My representative s name was Jasmine. I can t begin to tell you how helpful, polite, and just a real joy to work with she was. I called inquiring about a table and told her I would have to get back to her later. I m sure many customers do the same and never return the call but I truly meant that I wanted that table and I was going to call back again when I worked out the finances. She was helpful and there was no pressure and I even got a bit of a deal on my table! I would highly recommend Furnitureland South if you re looking for beautiful high-quality furniture and great great sales people!

I have bought from them in person before, and ordered from their website in November. There was a bit of a mix up, but they worked hard to resolve it. It arrived today, delivery was awesome, and the loveseat is beautiful! I will order from them again!

I can t say enough positive things about my experience. First, Lisa Jackson was exceptional. She studied my floor plans and existing furniture and new kitchen choices well before I arrived. She had ideas for furniture and helped me manage the outstanding but overwhelming selection because she understood my taste and goals and kept me from getting bogged down. She was organized, gifted in design, polite, cheerful and timely in all communications.

I give Furnitureland South a 10 out of 10 because it s beautifully laid out, the design center is fabulous, everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. But I would give Lisa Jackson a 20 out of 10.

We did fifty percent of my new home in this trip and I ll be back to complete what we started.

It couldn t have been a better experience! Brittany Horton & Emily worked together to find a diningroom set & rug that I love. Brittany called me prior to my visit to understand my style and what I wanted to accomplish during my visit along with my budget. I sent dimensions of my space and pictures of my home prior to the visit and they used it to pre-plan what to show me. This is an enormous showroom wouldn t have been able to accomplish what we did without their guidance & the pre-planning. They were both very knowledgeable about the quality and options for each maker. I look forward to returning when it s time for our new bedroom set!

I called Brittany a few months later. I felt so comfortable that she knew my style and my price point. She sent me options for a livingroom sofa. I ended up loving the King Hickory story , their craftsmanship, and that it was a USA company! Brittany sent me photos of color options since the first fabric was out of stock. I am looking forward to receiving a beautiful & comfortable new sofa. I m hoping it will arrive just before Christmas!!! Thanks again Brittany!

Very high end place with wonderful amenities. They are not shy about the prices but they are open to the public and it's a fun place to visit. Really enjoy it there when we go.

I worked with Emily Tesh and she was amazing. She made the entire process from beginning to end such a pleasant experience. She took me where I needed to be without wasting a minute of my time. I will be using her for all my furniture needs in the future!

There can t possibly be a better place or an easier way to make all the designing choices needed to furnish an entire house or even part of a house. They have it covered as far as styles and a huge number of options for each. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with our designer Rachel Harris. She was eminently patient and informative. We are very excited to see our new house furnished.

I purchased bedroom as well as kitchen furniture. The brand I purchased was Hooker.
My experience from beginning to end was excellent.
Furnitureland South is THE best furniture store I have ever visited, by far. It s large enough one can spend an entire day inside and still not see everything. The staff is first class and very helpful but not overbearing.
I highly recommend Furnitureland South to anyone who is in the market for high quality furniture at a fair price.

The furniture ordered was to be delivered the end of January 2020. After 2 calls it will be delivered between March 2 and 27. Since I live in a gated community I have to find transport from the Main Street to my apartment. The cost of delivery and the time of inconvenience makes it doubtful I would order anything again.

Fantastic service. I recommend Brittany if you chose to purchase furniture from this establishment. She has a real passion for interior design. It can be overwhelming with price and the vast selection at first but I m glad I put my money here.

Placed my order and had very little communication on when my order is arriving. Several weeks later...still no idea when it's coming.

FurnitureLand South is a great place to get decorating ideas. Design associates and factory representatives are very helpful. Entire process to buy our selection was very smooth.

Once we determined the configuration that would work in our condo, Becky Whitlow was very helpful in getting us what we liked best at a good price.

I had a wonderful consultant, Rob, who worked very hard to find me the sofa I wanted at a price I could afford. His follow up was excellent and he made sure I received the best product and price!
